I have heard from people whenever there is a positive judgment from Supreme Court for the Central govt. they say it is acting upon the wishes of the govt.- but when the judgement is against the govt.they keep quiet. They do not understand Modi and his government.
This is the best that the India Today Conclave produced. Truly, Chandrachud Jr. is one of the best judge not only in India, but also the whole world. It is easy to ask questions but to answer each and every question with such clarity and openness demands a lot of courage. Well said the CJI "justice is not something to be accessed but a sovereign function". It is however important to stress that while providing justice is a sovereign function of the State, the Judiciary or the CJI is not sovereign by itself but part of the State. It is the Parliament alone in a democracy which is sovereign.

My blunt question to Congress is why were they biased to provided land to Muslim Waqf Board and not to like of Hindus, Sikh, Jain, Parsi.
Firstly, why do we provide land to the community who in bulk of 97% voted for a seperate nation and later on only 20% migrated to their so called holy land Pak***an with the greed for the land they held in India.
Partition was a Win-Win for Muslims as they held land at both end and Hindus could only gain Lessons on Secularism.
Who will take accountability of these One sided Justice
