great attempt and appreciate your effort ...keep it going ....
However i found a thing or two mistakes in the review:-
First one being the Suspension. Its a normal suspension set up in the first place and doesn't have any electronic components like adaptive dampers that alter the stiffness.. So in S mode nothing happens to the suspension what so ever.
Secondly, the lag. Every turbo engines have lag and with this car having a Variable Geometry Turbo, It spools up much earlier at about 1500 rpm. If you look at the torque curve ... the 175 nm is available from a very lower 1500 rpms all the way up to 4500 rpms. So for the most if the revvs is just about 1500 you are in the boost zone and you have considerable power delivery in a linear manner up to 4500 rpm and beyond. The lag you experience while launching the car is due to the programming of DSG. While launching you can't get the revvs higher enough with brake and gas pedal fully depressed, the engine will be at 1000 revvs or so and when you release the break there is a 1 sec delay and 500revvs to be climbed up to get the boost. Thats the lag.
Thirdly, About the back door plastics IMO polo still a decade old has the best plastic quality in the segment... Even the i20 isn't a match when it comes to overall built quality and fit n finish.
Also the manual mode doesn't offer you the freedom to play around with the revvs, it will up/downshift on its own.
I strongly recommend to research more on those aspects .. anyways as a beginner you are good ... it will take time and you can be a great reviewer:) .... ALL THE BEST

Do you think it worth buying polo gt tsi in 2019... Its 11 lac rs on road lucknow...I mean it misses on some useful features.
@@khalidqidwai1867 Personally i won't in the current setup. Concerned about features? yes it misses out on keyless entry with push button start and infotainment screen is small to my liking. But with VCDS you can unlock dozens of features. If you browse Ali express there's plenty of addons for polo.
11lakh is still a whole lot of money for a decade old car, if TSI had a manual i might have booked one right away.

Great. Good explanation. You could give more details on Headlight.. Blind spot lights and other features which are lacking for that budget like reverse camera etc

Very informative and funky review
Only the gear shift goes into sport mode i.e the gear changes at a higher rpm. The steering doesn't weigh by going into sports mode.

The Punto Abarth is a good alternative but the interior is very outdated and the engine isn't as smooth as the Polo GT and also has a very noticeable amount of turbo lag!
Haven’t you heard the news today ? Fiat is stopping to make cars , only jeep will be sold in India. Unsold abarth punto available at 9 lakhs on road. Try if you can get

DSG's the best possible transmission you can get in the car market, and specially under the premium of 10L.
The issue of DSG failure is true, but not common.
Again, a car needs to be maintained properly and certain nifty measures to ensure, things don't go wrong.

Polo Gt's the hottest hatch you can get around with.
Dsg issue is sorted. Yes dsg had issues in 2014 and 2015 cars . Until now Vw changed dsg gear box issues free of charge even after warranty period is finished . Cars from 2016 cars dont have dsg issues because dsg is now tweaked for indian conditions. Moreover Vw is giving 2+3 year extended warranty for 18500 rupees. You can also buy extended warranty for 7 years now.
I brought it with 2+3 year extended warranty. Let vw worry about free dsg gear box replacement. You also opt for 7 year warranty
