  • I wanted somewhere to keep all of my power tools, and I've always wanted a phone box.
    SOLUTION.
1: Get a great big pile of pallets.
2: Turn them into a phone box.
3: Keep all my power tools in it.
This is a replica of a 1930s K6 phone box, originally designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott.

So, to my untrained eye, I have just watched a cabinet maker, a glazier, a metal fabricator, a sculptor, a painter, a typographer and a videographer make the most astonishing tool box ever…. am I missing anyone?? Oh yes… a comedian 😂… who else checked their phone when the box rang half way through 🤣🤣? Seriously Jason, your skill, patience and talent seems to know no end. What a wonderful piece. Thank you as always for a fabulous video.

I am lost for words (cause I am from the Netherlands), so I can hardly describe how I am blown away by the skills you have in all those different disciplines. The patience until the roof was closed with all those tiny pieces. That fine “TELEFONE” letters cutting on the Lexan, fine sculpting for the Royal Coat Of Arms, and that both four times. And of course the Carpenter skills in general that made every single piece of wood fitting exactly and almost seamlessly to the next piece, and on difficult angles. Almost every action impressed me, because I have made just a few things myself and know what skills and talent you need to accomplish such a beautiful Telephone booth. You deserve a lot of respect, and not only from me 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I subscribed immediately

You deserve a medal for all your achievements over the last few years of your you tube channel adventures. No, wait! Maybe a knighthood! After all you did reconstruct a facimilie of the royal crest….and it looks super impressive!

Has anyone ever told you that you look a lot like 80s film director John Hughes? You could be his twin. All kidding aside, you, like my father, had/ had a jig for everything . He was a welder/fabricator/machinist/wood worker and literally had to build an addition to his garage just to keep all of his jigs. I subscribed right away. I've seen a lot of talented wood workers on her. However, I've never seen talent like yours. Great video. Great job 👍

Being British born , I must say this an exceptional build of an iconic British (once ) every day site . Sadly very rare to find one outside London , I must say the paint is very close to Post Office red and as you probably know is surprisingly trademarked by Royal Mail . The British telephone went through many changes throughout it's life , starting off I believe in a green colour and rather heavier looking thank post war model's .
