I have thought for a while that I’m a Sigma Empath but now after watching this I’m 100% I’m definitely one. I’m dealing with a narcissist at the moment at work and this is exactly what I’ve been doing. Amazing 😮 and spot on. Thanks I now know I’m not acting strange and unreasonable. I tick ALL the boxes for being a S.E.

The crux of the problem is that the signals a Sigma Empath (or a Sigma INFJ) gives off on the person who annoys him are not picked up and understood by that person. Apparently the signals are too subtle. The next signal is probably less subtle, hoping it will now be understood. In the meantime, the empath continues to act like a gentleman. Some people are too blind to see, or they do it on purpose and continue to annoy the empath. The empath will try to avoid that person, but sometimes that's impossible. During the process the tension builds like in a pressure cooker. When the limit of what an empath can handle is crossed, he explodes. The resulting damage is usually everlasting.

As a sigma empath, myself. I have learned to control anger. I do get upset. Angry no.
I used rock or fossil collecting to burn off steam . Smashing them open has so many good benifits . Find something new to science and it can be named after you ! I done this many times and the first was at 16 ! In 2015 I was so ANGRY that I knew that rocks wouldn't help ! So I redid part of my home with new door and so on . I was done in 4 weeks . Smart ya ! Make something GOOD out of something BAD I always say ! Peace
Omg this is so my life! Left a narc spouse of 23 years ! I went completely code and had to cut off everything while going through my divorce! For along time, I would snap and not realize why I was doing it! The crazy thing is that, he enjoyed seeing me upset! Like, he got a rise out of it! That was until I learned to meditate and go deep within myself to heal and addressed everything that caused me hurt and pain! I had to pour into myself and love me! Now, he doesn't stand a chance ❤❤❤!
People are stunned when they see my demeanor change when I get angry. Like a jekyll and Hyde transformation.
Sigma Empaths don't get visibly angry. They hold back and think of the proper response and then will tackle the issue if they feel it is necessary. One may confront a Sigma Empath, who will listen, and then it's entirely likely they will just walk away while thinking about it and the ramifications of what was said. Sigma Empaths are thinkers. I know this, because I'm one. It really upsets people when they confront and do not get a response, and I wonder why, as one gets further in understanding when contemplating the points made by the other person. I can consider the variables made for quite some time, even hours, while sitting calmly and reviewing, somewhat like meditating. I don't agree with what was said here.
It's only a baby sigma empath that isnot able to control their emotions. Once they are fully matured their trademaek is their ability to control their emotions no matter what the situation is.

YES! We are non reactive and total introverts. Its the quiet ones you've got to worry about right? 😊 A narcissists worst nightmare because we know our worth and the devaluing doesn't work on us. I've always said I'm a human bullshit detector and once I see someone is not genuine, my psyche will cut them off immediately without thinking.

Yes I can't control my self when im angry I feel bad energy when I meet wrong people. I feel not comfortable when im in croud. When I meet people there are signs I feel like my heart bit faster and I don't like to talk to anyone when my mood off and always want to stay alone. I angry to much but I forgive easy

I love your videos, one thing I always hear is that non-infjs say we are unpredictable which o always find bewildering.
Everything we do is based on a justifiable reason making our motives, always predictable based on the situation that happening in the information we have.

I used to do the “up and leave” in the two relationships I was in…if the person pissed me off I would leave in the middle of whatever we were doing (out at a bar, etc.)…in hindsight that bit me in the ass, because I realized they pushed my buttons on purpose whenever they wanted to get rid of me at that moment. I’ve been single ever since.

I recently began watching your videos on the sigma empath, of which I can say with 100% certainty, I am. Besides finding them interesting, in a weird way, they have become like a pressure relief valve. Not because I don't know who or what I am (I do), but because finally, someone else does. So when I listen to all the descriptors you present - and by extension, absolutely relate to them completely, I feel... validated. I feel that I am not the only one that thinks or reacts in these ways. That I am not crazy or week or meek.... just ask the trail of bodies of those that found out the hard way. (Humor and figuratively speaking) Be that as it may, since this formerly outgoing, charismatic and jovial person who could and did move mountains for those that needed became pretty much a hermit, I have become the opposite of all the things that made me... me. I still love. Feel hurt. Care.... if pushed, I would still come running. Even at the expense of my own well being. But it has become nigh impossible to let that inner light shine anymore because of years... no, decades upon decades (I'm 56) of being all things to all people... except myself. Now I feel the hurt that has been piled upon for so long. The loneliness and bitterness. Even hopelessness. I can still say that I have faith that one day things will work out. I am still young,,,, ish. But my teeth are getting long now. (some will understand the cliche) Like everyone else these days, life has become tough. But already dealing with health issues that have no cure, just a prolonged life of pills, blood tests and worry about every sneeze (again, only those that have had this verdict placed upon them will understand the "stigma" associated with it). Imagine the inner loneliness when you are far from your loved ones - whom you distanced yourself from because of said health issue among many other reason. Imagine not being able to practice your profession and see your co-workers - commonly known as extended family. Imagine that you no longer even have friends or places to go. Imagine, that their are now only 3 people in your life and you are all they have... and vice versa. Imagine living in a city now known more for its crime and homelessness than its former glory and with not having enough for rent AND food and no means at all to leave this prison without bars and then, maybe.... just MAYBE, you might begin to understand the mix of emotions and pain that no drug in the world can cure. The only cure is love, faith and hope. The last time I checked, there was still some of each in my medicine bottles. But my prescription is running low. So thank you for these videos. My only outlet for now. They help me refill at least my bottle of hope.

I would only add when reaching a point of confrontation, the argument is based on the benefit of the many over the individual (often narcissist). The argument has already been calculated by the SE, and therefore, emotional retorts are dealt with solid logic, further infuriating the bully. Then from Sigma Empath's point of view, the air has been cleared, shake hands and move on. We're all idiots trying to make the best of life for those around us, benefitting the majority. A privileged SE will fight for those without agency, often in a ferocious manner (i.e. in the UK, William Beveridge, Nye Bevan and Clement Attlee, thus the forming of our Welfare state in 1945-48)
I was at a recovery meeting when this pretty girl sat next to me, she had only 27 days sober. I'm an older guy, to set the story. I introduced myself and during the meeting I explained to her how the meeting works and how to participate if she liked, I also made her laugh and giggle a lot which pissed the group off a lot. A 13 stepper is one who preys on new girls or guys to the meetings. At the end of the meeting one of the old cows began to excoriate me for being a 13 stepper and the atmosphere turned mean with another old cow barging in between me and the girl as the closing prayer began.
I got angry and simply left. The following, same meeting, none of those old cows showed up to the meeting. My anger lasted far longer than I usually allow. I knew all the men were jealous as hell, proof came from a message sent to me from a woman who was not at the meeting, she called me an "old pervert", she was/is jealous also, but we've had a rocky relationship for some time now.
Anger is not a good thing to let loose on a crowd.

Yes indeed, most ppl. can´t really keep up with sigmy empaths at all - bc sigma empaths are use to make their very own decisions about other ppl. behaivor and deeds in past - they do watch them very well and even seem to accept toxic behaivor for quite a while - but when the day comes and they do find a challenge - you better dress up yourself very warm....bc this will be the first day that you recognize their true identity for sure - no doubt about it - you better don´t even start messing around with us - seriously.
If somebody feels the need to actively self-identify as a "sigma empath" and go around telling people about how "dangerous" they are, you can be absolutely guaranteed of two things.
1.) They're a gradiouse narcissist who not only lacks self-awareness, but is fundamentally incapable of having self-awareness because they're incapable of being honest with themselves about who they really are (and who they aren't).
2.) They're not dangerous.
