I agree with you. I love being alone. It helps me get through the ugly in the world. I do believe I'm not any better than anyone else. Everyone has the right to be who they choose to be. Respect is a big part of being a part of our existence
If I’m an empath at all, yes, I’d be a sigma. Doesn’t surprise me as an INTJ either. Difficult as, we “may” find ourselves more respected, than accepted. People often don’t like that we don’t share the same value system and aren’t led around by social norms. It can get to the point where people don’t like you, because you don’t even fear being alone. It’s off putting to them. Depending upon your social status, it also may seem arrogant to some, that you have the audacity to want to be alone or to not want to be in service to others, because you’re pursuing your own dreams.
Wait...so INTJ can be empaths? I'm not insulting you (please forgive me if I am) you guys are known for being low on the empathy scale in general so it surprises me to see . I do know sigma would fit though for some INTJ's,INFJ's and INFP's

I really don’t know the interplay, between INTJ and being an empath or narcissist. Just that narcissism is a spectrum. Also, in my family of origin, I’d be the empath, with my mother definitely being the malignant, covert narcissist and my sister being the flying monkey. I know that it’s said that an INTJ can appear to be pretty emotionless and cold. Speaking for myself only, it’s not that I’m emotionless. In fact, I can be quite easy to cry, if I get hurt. But, equally so, I can also be quite formidable and have sent a couple of narcissists packing and I’ve dumped my family. Societally, having done that to my own mother, probably paints me as the narcissist. Because WOW, she’s my aging mother! But, that is because people are projecting their own life and opinion into mine and a great many live by filial piety, which basically means that my mother can do whatever she wants to me. I beg to differ and will not allow any abuse or misbehavior, to where it ruins my life. Could be that sense of justice INTJs are said to have. Be unfair and abusive and one of us is leaving. Obviously, my opinion is not a professional one.

From my understanding a full on narcissist is not as quick to practice self reflection (not the kind that actually matters). So its a good sign :) BUT I also would agree with you that INTJ'S are at higher risk of being narcissists. You read people differently than INFJ's can, but you still do. And well I wont go on about the dark capabilities you all have because you probably already know all about them. An empath wouldnt hurt. They operate out of love. You know yourself best, but to me it would be highly unusual to see an INTJ empath, maybe a little empathic though. Like you: just my opinion not professional advice lol

I’ve found out through my psychologist that I was a Sigma Empathy! I’ve never heard this before so I search…. all my life I felt different and exactly the characteristics from the video. It’s is hurtful sometimes feeling people emotions and know when they are lying or not. But I feel very happy to be like that and I would never change a thing!

yasssssss I recently was in a relationship with a covert narc and she said I drove her crazy for having all these traits. She thought I was purposefully triggering her with my thinking, independence, and flexibility. It constantly held her accountable but in a loving way. So she couldn't do shit. She wouldn't compromise so she would spin. All the way to the end she kept running from herself, trying to hide, and I told her.....ill see you wether you like it or not eventually. Its just a thing that happens. It did. Talk about a scorched earth. :)
I kinda believe that these social “types” are a result of personality combined with amount of attention shown as children and how society views us each as individuals. I would love to see a video on each “type” and why they each feel the urge or “need” to fall I to that category. Like, what might each type have had to deal with that created this outward persona. The benefits and drawbacks of employing that set of behaviors in present situations. And the likelihood of that types becoming another type into the future. That might be cool to see. the fun part is i'm not a type, never will be a type and never have been a type. no matter what someone wants to claim. it's just easy to compartmentalize humans rather than allowing us to live our lives.
We can never learn enough, I need to learn about everything. I even wonder how people ended up in their lives, homes etc. Most of us would stay in college forever if we could. Self awareness is huge with sigma’s. When I talk about my flaws people have a knee jerk reaction to assuage me but it’s not an insult. We are all flawed humans. Lots of time alone, and a love of philosophy ❤️.
This is a brief description of my life. I am a Sigma and so much more! I was born charismatic, and I truly know myself enough to not care about titles. I have received Divine Favor throughout my life’s entirety, and I feel the proof is always in the action.
On the 'equality' issue... I don't believe all people are equal... (lightening strike) Because they're not. A good leader, esp., knows that most people are NOT equal. Rather, they have individual strengths and challenges instead. This isn't a bad thing. This understanding is key to placing everyone on your team in the best possible positions, while utilizing their individual strengths. That makes a good team. Is there room for development and cross-training? Sure. But, a weakling won't lift the same weight as a body builder... A short person isn't the best hurdler, etc. Just a couple realistic examples. I'm a Sigma male who was career military and.. was a successful leader. S-I-G-M-A 👊😁
True! People are NOT equal. But power dynamics are often moot, and nobody should be regarded as higher standing than anyone else, except purely based on merits and character. Thus many people in the top of the dominance hierarchy are scumbags and criminals (even criminals capable of creating corrupt "laws" that do not serve the highest good of the majority of society, much less all of it, instead they are contributing to its downfall), worth nothing but contempt. While many outsiders, homeless, low paid people and other "losers" have high enough character and much abused merits, that they deserve not only our compassion and friendship, but sometimes our admiration as well. This is not always the case, mind you, but far too often. An intelligent and balanced sigma empath will ignore the pretty much worthless dominance hierarchies, and create new competence hierarchies instead, together with any likeminded people, independent, honest, kindhearted and conscientious enough to see their worth. The Sigma may very well act like an Alpha for those that appreciate his/her worth, but without the pretentious boasting. Sigmas have lots to learn from Alphas (about how to not be stepped on, how to make others respect you), and Alphas need to learn from Sigmas (about how to properly lead, with more benevolence than malevolence). Betas need to learn from Sigmas as well how not to take shit from anyone, and only following and serving those who treat you well.

Thank you. I am stronger with no one in my way I see more clearly when I look to God instead of people I'd rather use my power to help others and not myself. That's where I find satisfaction People are precious to me I don't think about the meaning of life. I make the meaning for myself. Nature and life are one and I am one with it. No one has the right to rule others. Anarchy in it's truest form; rule by one's own conscience (do to others only as you would have done to you). Control yourself. We would need no government. We would be free to live life properly instead of some being rich while others are starving. Yes. I can work with the system as long as it is not being abused. But the selfish will never play it fair. So I protect who I can. God is working with me to form the best that I can be. There is no such thing as overthinking. Quite the opposite. Nothing seems to be well thought out in this crazy world of selfish egos. I have a right to occupy the space that I'm in. Just like everyone else does. So I respect other's rights and that gives me license to keep my own. Don't try to go there without a personal invitation from me. I won't invade your space so don't try to invade mine. This is non-negotiable. Last question: I'm not interested in being anything but me. I am more than comfortable being me. I am dedicated to it. No one can make me change that. Or even get me to second guess myself. Gaslighting is still just a stage effect to me. It highlights a play, not real life. Label me anything you like. But don't expect me to accept your flawed idea of what I am. Y'all don't even know yourselves. Do you really think that I will let you define me? HAHAHAHAHA! What helps is when we use intelligence as a weapon for nothing but good. We are interested in everything. Essentially. Even if we don’t know anything personally about it. We are interested. Even if we have no clue about it at this moment in time. It’s just something I’m aware myself or another will be interested in in the future. If I know about it trust me I’m interested in some form. It’s is hurtful sometimes feeling people emotions and know when they are lying or not. But I feel very happy to be like that and I would never change a thing!
I NEVER knew there were different Empaths. This describes ME as well as just being Empathy.💕I prefer being ALONE but I do great around others. But she it's time to *fall back or disappear I do it very well.Over thinker have to learn to turn it off for sleep. Very important *personal space* SACRED.
The turning it off for sleep was a challenge for me when I was very young. Writing mind books helps.

Yeah, I’m like this. I do approach everyone equally, except if I run across someone who is consistently narcissistic or unfair, I tend to write them off. In my mind, they become not worth knowing. My respect for them plummets, and I cannot take them seriously anymore. It’s a problem when it’s your boss, as I’ve recently learned! 😆

yasssssss I recently was in a relationship with a covert narc and she said I drove her crazy for having all these traits. She thought I was purposefully triggering her with my thinking, independence, and flexibility. It constantly held her accountable but in a loving way. So she couldn't do shit. She wouldn't compromise so she would spin.
All the way to the end she kept running from herself, trying to hide, and I told her.....ill see you wether you like it or not eventually. Its just a thing that happens. It did. Talk about a scorched earth. :)

I kinda believe that these social “types” are a result of personality combined with amount of attention shown as children and how society views us each as individuals. I would love to see a video on each “type” and why they each feel the urge or “need” to fall I to that category. Like, what might each type have had to deal with that created this outward persona. The benefits and drawbacks of employing that set of behaviors in present situations. And the likelihood of that types becoming another type into the future. That might be cool to see. Thank you for this.

Being an alpha is of no importance to me, I'm well aware of my capabilities without feeling the need to make myself known.
We can never learn enough, I need to learn about everything. I even wonder how people ended up in their lives, homes etc. Most of us would stay in college forever if we could. Self awareness is huge with sigma’s. When I talk about my flaws people have a knee jerk reaction to assuage me but it’s not an insult. We are all flawed humans. Lots of time alone, and a love of philosophy ❤️.

On the 'equality' issue...
I don't believe all people are equal... (lightening strike) Because they're not.
A good leader, esp., knows that most people are NOT equal. Rather, they have individual strengths and challenges instead. This isn't a bad thing. This understanding is key to placing everyone on your team in the best possible positions, while utilizing their individual strengths. That makes a good team. Is there room for development and cross-training? Sure.
But, a weakling won't lift the same weight as a body builder... A short person isn't the best hurdler, etc. Just a couple realistic examples.

True! People are NOT equal. But power dynamics are often moot, and nobody should be regarded as higher standing than anyone else, except purely based on merits and character. Thus many people in the top of the dominance hierarchy are scumbags and criminals (even criminals capable of creating corrupt "laws" that do not serve the highest good of the majority of society, much less all of it, instead they are contributing to its downfall), worth nothing but contempt. While many outsiders, homeless, low paid people and other "losers" have high enough character and much abused merits, that they deserve not only our compassion and friendship, but sometimes our admiration as well. This is not always the case, mind you, but far too often.
An intelligent and balanced sigma empath will ignore the pretty much worthless dominance hierarchies, and create new competence hierarchies instead, together with any likeminded people, independent, honest, kindhearted and conscientious enough to see their worth.
The Sigma may very well act like an Alpha for those that appreciate his/her worth, but without the pretentious boasting. Sigmas have lots to learn from Alphas (about how to not be stepped on, how to make others respect you), and Alphas need to learn from Sigmas (about how to properly lead, with more benevolence than malevolence). Betas need to learn from Sigmas as well how not to take shit from anyone, and only following and serving those who treat you well.

What helps is when we use intelligence as a weapon for nothing but good. We are interested in everything. Essentially. Even if we don’t know anything personally about it. We are interested. Even if we have no clue about it at this moment in time. It’s just something I’m aware myself or another will be interested in in the future. If I know about it trust me I’m interested in some form.
