@@smileok123698 I started all the way from lvl 0.5 as I was not strong. Then every 2 weeks i was going up 0.5 in level. When i was doing lvl 2.5 fat burning and strengthening I was looking good already. I also did intermitent fasting. I was eating tuna sandwich at 12 am. Then at 6 dinner anything I wanted. Glass of red wine. All the way. Lost a lot of weight and feek great.

Amazing! I really felt this workout the next day. However, I realized that you need to adjust your diet, because exercising alone is not enough for weight loss. I ended up getting personalized diet plan from Next Level Diet. They even provide home workout plan, but some exercises are really hard to do. Still, I made a decent progress. Happy exercising to all of you!

I'm 45 and this will be my first time. However, after doing cardio for a year with 100 burpees every other day. I'm more than confident that this will help me burn more belly fat. Started with a waist 42 and now I'm a 34. Lost 30 pounds of fat so far. Just need to get the belly under control now. Good for you and for those who can't. Start the next day. Little by little. Don't give up on yourself.

After the first 12 mins I almost gave up, its been a month since I haven't done no cardio, then I decided to go all out and keep and constant pace which wasn't too aggressive, i was amazed with myself that I finished the whole 30 mins without pausing. So proud. Thank you for this great video

just finished this work out. I am a 68 yr old female who had been exercising and doing weights for the last 2 years. This work out is the best cardio workout so far. what i did is i modified some of the movements and i still sweat a lot. i will continue to do your exercises here. Need to stretch and warm up before doing it. Now i will do weight by Has Fit.
I've been doing this for 12 days now and I went from skipping one or two exercises to do the whole thing in form and with the proper repetitions.
In the lockdown period, i have been able to maintain my fitness similar to the pre-covid situation only because of this channel. Thanks Jordan, I am a great fan of yours. My day starts with Jordan Yeoh Fitness Channel. Plz bring more harder workouts in future.

I have done this workout for 8 days consecutively 1st thing in the morning, followed by OMAD in afternoon. At 1st it was tough, trust me the more consistent u r the better u perform. Consistency is the king! Thanks Jordan! This is the most motivating workout I have done so far, keep me going!
I'm too doing for sometime, Can't do the full exercise without some extra rest. But yeah, I'm improving my time!
I did this workout 3 days ago. Wanted to do it everyday, but I'm so out of shape that my body was crying. I rested 2 days, but I didn't stop. I did another session today, so I'm back moth***** and will continue this for the 90 days until I will be satisfied with my body.
Yeh i want to do this everyday as well.. I'm not out of shape persay but I do have a nice chunk of donut around my waist id like to remove asap lol.. goodluck

@@Anirudh_krishna Hi, lost few kgs, but I was skinny fat. Most important thing is that I have lost 10 cm in waist and got much more muscular. I did this training mixed with lifting weights, because that was best for my type of body :)

Just completed this workout as a whole! This was me first time trying this nd finished this at one go! That burpee goal at last was terrific..but the word "goal" made me complete all 10 burpees completely on time. Loved the combination of workouts, thanks 👍🏻

If you want death, try switching out the jumping Jacks and bicycle crunches to maybe jumping Lunges and star jumps maybe 😂. All the jumping exercises are death sentence 😂🤣😅

When I first started doing Jordan videos.. my burpees were crap, couldn't hardly jump, my wrists killed me when I went down for the pushup, but after 2 months of consistency, I'm smooth like butter going up and down and my wrists don't hurt anymore.. no pain no gain!
I felt very betrayed when that last jumping jacks changed to 10 burpees.

I have been travelling the word for the last 17.5 months and continue to work out 4 times a week (give or take a day). I use this work out when I do not want to run or do the longer 1 hour workout by Jordan. I have kept fit and positive. Also, works well when I have nowhere to run, as is sometimes the case in certain parts of the world.
Quick story, I was in some remote part of Asia a year or so ago and saw a couple of young lads working out on the side of a road with a phone work out in front of them. I recognised some of their exercises as probably Jordan’s, so I went over and they were following a Jordan workout. I said “hey, Jordan Yeoh” and put my thumb up, they laughed and put their thumb up. Nice work Jordan, you are everywhere! 😃

Glad I found your channel. I gained A LOT of weight during covid and never really found the drive to get back into shape. I started an intermittent fasting diet 2 months ago but never really got myself to start exercising even after all the planning till yesterday. This is the second day i’ve been following your routine. Honestly I can only last till the 10th minute mark right now. Im excited for the day where I can first complete your routine atleast. This the best workout routine have found in UA-cam after a while. The course looks pretty simple but men oh men it drains out so much sweat I just can't stop looking at the progress but yes advisory do not over do it or you will get muscle pain for the rest of the day....

ha! you got me! I thought the last 30 was Jacks so I did Bicycle Crunches instead - then I noticed you doing Burpees! So I went back and did 30sec more of Burpees! Level this one up and do the Decend in the opposite sequence so we do most bicycls, burpees, etc! Great workout! #keepupthegoodworkouts !

Hey you, I am a total beginner who tries to myself together and workout and eating well for my body, mental and health. I completed this workout. But, I paused many times. I didn't do the burpees because right now I know I'm not able to do it, so I did jumping jacks instead of for the moment. And you know what ? THIS IS NOT A BIG DEAL. Because it's always better to begin and complete this workout the best you can, than doing nothing. Take your time and listen to your body. Remember that Jordan is a professional athlete who's being doing this job for many years. So be kind with yourself and work hard, step by step you're gonna get better every day, I swear ! Good luck guys !

The latter part of the workout is "psychologically" easier than the former part. I repeat only psychologically
