I used to follow Jordan's workout videos about 10yrs ago when he was still not as buff as today. Very dedicated, discipline, hardworking, and consistent. I remember his old videos where he did his workout at playground or a park :D I wanted to lose weight, so followed and I did lose weight. To my surprise this was not ascending/descending, it was a full force double ascend. Wishful thinking at the start, but in the last session doing all the exercises together I only did till 25 seconds and with the last burpees I didn't even bother to come up, just jumped in with a jack. Good to know, this is not my level, still it was worth to try. It was fun, salty sweat in my eyes, shirt completely drenched, enjoyed it to the Max. The full body stretch on the App was my reward. I have enormous respect for you, Jordan, to perform this live and give it more than 100%.
Found Jordan's channel and never looked back! He deserves everything, his videos are perfect, to me at least. The format is so easy to follow, the music is just right, the previews and progress bar are informative but not distracting.
Finally I finished the workout after trying 3 times in the span of two weeks. I never would've pushed myself harder if Jordan didn't upload this workout.🙏

I'm 38 started working out about 5 months ago, I have to say this is by far your hardest routine...those in out squats + mountain climbers were a killer for me!
I only do burpees for 9 reps and squat pop for 17 but only half squats! I can do full destination reps (level 6 ) for other workouts. I do not pause the video. My heart rate pop out to 175 at the peak of workout. Thanks Jordan without you I can’t achieve my dream!
Man Your Level 6 workout is insane I tried It for 1month daily And now my belly is gone 4 packs are visible 🔥🔥 progress for 5&6 abs Guyzzz if u follow his workout routine with proper diet u will surely have a result Note:- Don't Persue for results just make a routine and have patience ❣️
daily? while very impressive, it seems to me that this inches closely to overtraining, you might be gt more results by to taking some slack days, or alternate with softer exercise like running from time to time
Dude brought me through the long lockdown over here in Germany. I did 2 freeletics moduls and 3 of his workouts including this one. Ive never been so fit in my life. Now i'm doing this one again once a week just for the fun of it
Very challenging but also very satisfying. My watch showed me 591kcal burned and average pulse 153 (max 174, my boundary: 186) though i probably pushed the exercises to my limit. From all the channels I tried, Jordan provides best all body workouts, IMHO. Feel great today. Thank You, Jordan!

WOW This is a killer fat burner workout for sure!! At first, (not knowing what the routine is) this is pretty easy. Half way through the video, okay, nice finishing it with burpees!! "That's the first half" 😮😮😮
Just did it ✅ for the very first time 🥵🥵 I am happy I did many time before your first level 6 before this one 😁 the first round felt quite easy, I took 2 mn break before round 2 , but the last 2 cycles of round 2 were very difficult 🥵🔥🔥 Thank you Jordan for pushing up us so far 😍
Excellent Cardio. In the second phase, I had to take a little longer than a 30sec break (45s - 60s) to bring down HR below safe 165 for my age (58). Really enjoyed this workout. Thank you Jordan. You are an awesome coach.

The first round is still okay. The 2nd round is super tough unless you are a pro burpee doer. It almost kills me around 33-34 minutes mark in the video, I am 82 Kg, 5'11 BMI - 25.5 and a good medium distance runner upto 10 KMs.
Man, just finished this wo and Im dead. One must respect your level six trainings. I believe I was around level 5.5. Did 10 burpees all the time, and took a breathe during a couple squats pop. Thanks man
