I do this workout as part of my weekly fitness regime, and I love the challenge of it. Today I really nailed it. I just completed this workout routine now. This was the most difficult workout routine I've ever done. So amazing. 🤩🤩🤩🤩💯💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏🙏 Everyone who dislikes this video doesn't know what doing exercise really is( foolish peoples) Hit the like button for this amazing man
I have done three times this workout already , it always feel like a KILLER one, but so happy I manage to do every rep (push ups are the hardest for me ) . I started by doing plenty of level 4 and 5 for 5 months before doing this level 6. I am happy I did not start right away, I wanted to make sure I would be fit enough to manage 100% of the reps in the given time... and so far: mission accomplished 👍💪 Keep on training guys, and this level will be like piece of cake to you 😊😊😊
We all want level 7 and after that 8, 9 and 10.In my opinion level 5 explosive is much harder than this.Because if you are ok with burpees and split squats you will survive this training.Recommend to everyone level 5 explosive that kills literally.
Thank you for following my routine. Imo, the Push up itself from Level 6 (yes the standard basic push up) is already harder than level 5's Push Up Toe Tap. Why? The Push Up + Toe Tap from level 5 each rep consumed more time to complete, especially in Time (30s) format its actually more forgiving. However, Standard Push Up you can max out more reps within 30s compare to level 5 one, it drains more energy if you crush more reps. In this level I've added Tuck Jump, rep'ing this exercise alone already kill most Level 5's move. Lastly, as written in the video that you must hit the given Rep Goal in this workout (with good form of course), any reps below the goal it is not up to Level 6 difficulty, even if you survive this workout. PS. About level 7, 8, 9, and 10. I don't think I'm up to this level to present to the world. Sorry to disappoint.
@@jordanyeohfitnessI just saw the last video that talks about the injury. I wouldn't have written about levels 7.8 ... if I had watched it earlier. The most important thing is that you get recovered (I know how many problems injuries cause in every aspect of life).I didn't write about level 5 where push up to toes are, but about level 5explosive.Anyway, there was no criticism of the way you determined the level of training, but my subjective attitude (maybe later than it should I have started to include exercises that are characterized by explosiveness, so such trainings are probably even harder for me).You have absolutely the best homeworkouts on the internet and good luck in your recovery. P.S.I am absolutely sure that when you are healthy you will continue even stronger and I know that you can do even harder trainings. I think it is a great idea to go from level 0.5 to 10. Greetings from Montenegro.
@@darkodamjanovic6771 I totally agree, for me personally, explosive has been the go to killer for me. This felt like more endurance hard, but explosive just gets me every time!

Make another 30 min level 6 PLEASE. I beg you. I've done this workout for the 10th time, this time with ankle weights. It was absolutely brutal. 💪 💪 💪 💪 💪
Those who disliked this video, they're not ready for this workout..
THEY SUX! 😂😂😂
Good Job Idol 👏👏👍👍
I substitute regular lunges and regular squats to keep up. Love this workout. Good pump in my legs, chest, and arms, and dripping with sweat. My goal is to build up to incorporate in the jump and jump tuck
I just love how jordon always goes to workout without any intro and speaking. etc unlike others
Loved this! Jordan my partner and I do your workouts together and we have become insanely strong' we are beginning to run through all your videos....we focus on levels 3-6! Please come back and make more! We need this energy in our world more. If you make a new video' dedicate it to Richimon and Dom. We appreciate it ❤🙏🏼...we love hard "no repeat" workouts 💪🏻
I'm waaaaay out of shape! Couldn't get past 19:40! Good ish my dude! Next time I'll finish tho!
Hey, have you beat it yet?
I have been doing HIT workouts at home since 6 months, this was one of the most challenging body weight workout I've done so far! 👍🏻
Wow, what a killer! Just completed the routine, but couldn't do all 12 pushup reps during the descending part, and the split squats are just exhausting after a while. Keep up with the great videos. Can you please do a pull up and pushup routine, too? The back strengthening is a bit missing. Thanks.
Thanks @JordenYeohFitness. The Tuck jump got me thinking about my life. still managed to complete though. You're awesome ;)
😄👏
Very hard indeed, especially in the end! I really like the ascending/descending mode.
I am following your training it really help me out to get my healthy and perfect body so thank you so much.
I've never tried you lvl 5 workout before but I've tried lvl4 workouts and i just did this lvl6 workout lucky i finished it
You are great that you already tried this.💪👌 good buddy. Keep it going.👍😇
@@supersharath7 can you put the link about the other lvl Workouts it's confusing because there's a lot of level workouts
peter hale yeah bro. You need to be specific which workouts you are looking. Cuz there are many level workouts in there like you said.
@@supersharath7 before this workout
peter hale ua-cam.com/video/Un9nePkfdT8/v-deo.html I think this is the one.
I do this workout as part of my weekly fitness regime, and I love the challenge of it.
Today I really nailed it. Beat all of the repetition targets and also completed in a faster time (less rest break). My heart is racing and I’m covered in sweat.
Thanks Jordan, your workouts are for real!

I'd rather die from this workout than the coronavirus. Let's go!! Like if you agree
Haha good point Muzen. I’m dying from this workout and our workout on the channel 😂

Epic comment. 😂😂
But if you survive this workout, you then increase your odds of surviving the coronavirus too! >:D

Lovely workout Jordan again terrific video ,a mention of the calories burnt at the end of the workouts would really be so helpful
I just completed this workout routine now. This was the most difficult workout routine I've ever done. So amazing. 🤩🤩🤩🤩💯💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏🙏

I was never so tired before.!!!! What A Challenging Workout 💪 Thanks Bro
This is so easy. I am watching it sleeping on bed and sweating just a little.
This workout combined with low carb diet brings an amazing result.. i lost about 2kg of fat.. no muscle loss within 3weeks
That split squat makes it killer 😭
Jordan!! You are the man!! You’ve had an impact on me and we’ve never met
Super Duper Intense, Jordan has the best fitness channel 🙌

Thank You, Jordan!
I’m done ✅, exhausted but happy like a hippo 😁👌
@Lucie Tomkova great work! You did great haha
As always, simple, not complicated n effective. Thanks Jordan.
I tried and completed this workout fairly , and my age is just 16 yrs.
do 15 secs rest only :)
I have done three times this workout already , it always feel like a KILLER one, but so happy I manage to do every rep (push ups are the hardest for me ) . I started by doing plenty of level 4 and 5 for 5 months before doing this level 6. I am happy I did not start right away, I wanted to make sure I would be fit enough to manage 100% of the reps in the given time... and so far: mission accomplished 👍💪 Keep on training guys, and this level will be like piece of cake to you 😊😊😊
I completed in 40 mins so its a level 5 for me as per Jordan
Not the time, the reps its the important thing
Please we need more level 6 killers!! You da best
Thanks for always updating and sharing your videos. Big help at home during this pandemic.

I go life & death everyday. thx to you
I got ma power & youth, thx
Wish u luck. God should bless u
I mentioned this in you other video. In the beginning I can only dream of catching you up to this video and all its exercises.
Now I can. With the exception of tuck jumps that hurt my knee too much. I replace that with another round of push up burpees.
It has been a journey for me to went from always slogging on the road long running time to lose a measly few pounds guy to as good shape as I am today. Thanks Jordan
I've done this workout like 30 times. It's still ridiculous.
I can relate i have been doing this same exact workout for 3 months, still makes my entire body exhausted
