Do you think daeng gi meo ri ki premium gold shampoo and conditioner works ?? ☺️ also I heard people say ryo shampoo lines , dr.forhair shampoo line,Aveda shampoo line, the aromatica rosemary line shampoo and treatment and labo H shampoo lines are good for hair fall and will give a soft hair I have very dry and frizzy hair also dandruff 🥲 My hair usually feels very dry when I wash my hair like the 1st day of hair wash but after 2 days it looks normal like no dryness and tightness it just feels right and after few days it becomes like oily like its not that much So which shampoo line do you think will work for me ?? You can also give me your recommendations for shampoo conditioners and hair masks 🥰
I never knew people didn't turn it off when applying soap 🥲 I don't understand why people do that, it's not so hard to do and won't the water wash away the soap too soon?
hey! just a small tip. Exfoliate and cleanse your body after removing conditioner/ hair mask. As they might clog the pores on the back again just after exfoliation. Kinda takes off the use of those exfoliators.
Oh my god. Yes. You’re right. This is probably why I still have back acne after so many years. I totally rinse my conditioner out of my hair and rinse my body at the same time. I need to wash my back again after!! Thank you!!
This was super satisfying and calming to watch 😌 I also really appreciate that you showed actual hair on your legs unlike a lot of other videos where people are shaving hairless legs 😅! Love the authenticity!
hahahh omg tyyy! yes i had mental hurdles filming this coz I was like, are ppl going to be grossed out by this LOL. so thank you for sharing your thoughts keke!! - fel x
I’m so jealous that you can run your fingers through your hair like that without covering your hands in hair! I swear you could make a wig with all the hair that comes off my head on wash days. Nothing abnormal - many stylists have told me I just shed a lot. I use a wide tooth comb in the shower to disperse conditioner and to detangle.
oh mannn yes that is a struggle! I'd suggest the same, try to comb through your hair everyday, and before the shower to get as much of the hair that's already afallen out off the head, so that it reduces the amount that we have to deal with when we're in the shower hahha. Don't worry, you're not alone girl, I used to have handfuls off hair coming out each time I wash, but with brushing beforehand it helps a lot! - fel x
I switched to using a men's safety razor, and omg, it totally changed my shaving game. Cost me about $40 initial investment, but the blades are like 60 cents each and give me the closest, smoothest shave I've ever had. Not to mention that it's so much better for the environment. There's a very mild learning curve to it, but in my experience, as long as you're using the right blades for your razor (I bought the wrong ones at first and realized very quickly I couldn't use them with the model I had) it's way harder to cut yourself with a safety razor than a 3-5 blade razor. Plus, I usually shave once per week, so one blade will last me 1-2 months if cleaned/stored properly.
omg before i saw this video i recently started leaving a claw clip in the shower cause i got so sick of my hair getting everywhere while i scrub my body, idk why seeing you do the same thing made me so excited 😂😂
tyyy glad to hear you enjoyed it! it's definitely not as intense as some other videos i've seen, but at the end of the day, this is already a lot of steps but still brings joy, so that's all that matters heheh - fel x
Tips from your 40 year old auntie: 1. Hydrate before you begin. You sweat a lot more in the shower than you think. 2. Brush your teeth before you get in. You always want to brush before washing your face to prevent transfer of bacteria to your skin. 3. Shower stool. It lets you sit down while exfoliating and shaving making it easier to avoid missing spots. 4. Exfoliate in short strokes toward your heart for lymphatic drainage 5. Don’t forget your feet. They should be scrubbed with acidic body wash to exfoliate, prevent fungus and kill odor causing bacteria. 6. Spend some time naked. Really. Your skin should be allowed to dry completely and it’s the perfect time to check for skin concerns like unusual moles, places where skin changes texture or appears to move incorrectly with the tissue underneath so you can bring it up to your doctor or dermatologist.
I don't have a body care routine, but I have a hair one. My hair is wavy, thick, long and damaged from bleach. I wash my hair once a week and it takes a good 1h-1h15 hour to do my whole routine. So I start by brushing my hair. Since my hair is wavy, I can't brush it daily, so right before washing my hair is the perfect moment to do it (also kinda the only time I can do it, otherwise I end up looking like Hagrid until I wash my hair again). Next, I'll go with a first shampoo. Like you mentionned, the first shampoo really cleans the sebum and dirt and whatever my hair accumulated and I only shampoo my scalp. Then I go in with the second shampoo for refreshing my scalp and giving my hair that clean look. Next is a conditioner. I untangle all my mids and ends with my fingers, then toroughly rinse. For the fifth step, I use a mask. The mask I'm currently using is for long and damaged hair and it made my hair so soft, bouncy and shiny. I toroughly rinse once again. I usually then go with a gel body wash and with my face cleanser. Once I'm done washing my body, I will leave the shower and wrap my hair in a towel while I do my skincare (toner and moisturizer). After I'm done with my skincare, I will unwrap my hair and use a serum for split ends, so I only use it on my ends and work it through with my fingers. the seventh and final step of my hair care routine is a wave/curl mousse. I apply it over my mids and ends and run my fingers through it to even out the product application. I then scrunch my hair to help the wave pattern and let it dry out for the whole day.
Thank you for making this video this has changed my shower game moving forward. I knew some stuff but not a lot of the stuff you said and tips was new to me and was amazing to learn from you thank you for writing text on the screen loved this video.
Thank you so so much for these videos where you show your hair routine! I have similar concerns and these videos totally changed how I care for my hair 🫶🏼

it is super interesting seeing all your comments in this haha! it definitely is a cultural and regional thing too! when I was in Australia, we always had droughts, and so we would also naturally do this. so that's why I thought the term of 'navy shower' was interesting, because it's essentially coming from the same need to conserve water hehe - fel x

God I need this.. I’ve been depressed for so long and I’ve neglected myself that I don’t remember what I should fully do. I know it seems a bit useless but do you have a skincare and dental routine? It’s so embarrassing trying to ask or look online for something but I just want to do it correctly. I’ll wash my face and it makes my acne worse or I’ll brush my teeth and somehow still have bad breath. Is there something I’m not doing right or am I skipping something?? Idk 😭 I just want help

Check out her other video she mentioned called reasons why your hair loss and dandruff are not getting better, she explained products and ingredients to use and look for. Like the 107 Beauty brand had the Purifying microbiome shampoo and conditioner. I seen her and many other reviews say it works super well so I got it myself, it might help with your SD as well
hiiyaaa! ooo if the clincial strength H&S doesn't work, I recommend also the Nizoral shampoo with ketaconazole which is effective also for seborrheic dermatitis hehe. let us know how it goes! - fel x
@BeautyWithin Yesss I absolutely love it!! I've used it twice so far since it arrived. Not only do I love how great it smells, I can tell it's working well to reduce my flakes. I also got the hydrating conditioner that pairs with it, it's pretty okay, I don't know if it's really necessary? Maybe I need to use it a few more times to notice anything from it . I still have some dryness after drying my hair, I bought a very hydrating hair cream from "Amira's secret", that hasn't come in yet, but I'm excited to see if it helps to hydrate/moisterize my hair after washing. Thank you so much for your videos btw, they're super helpful 🥹🫂🩷
guys try luseta rose oil it is the best it leaves the hair so soft hope yall like it , I love your vids I appreciate how much effert u put in to your vids!
Great video! How often are you washing your hair nowadays? It’d be great to know!! Thanks for the reference to the products you use. I use some of then and love them
hiiiiiyaa and tyyy! ok so noowwww I can go comfortably 2 days without my scalp feeling irritated, gross and overly greasy, but that's my limit 2-3 days max, otherwise I start to feel uneasy hahah - fel x
are some of these steps necessary? also, i could never have so much money to afford this shower/face routine as well as also having others things (meals, bills) to pay for.
Wash your hair then wash it with conditioner then wash your body with feminine wash then wash your body with body wash or exfoliating body wash while leaving hair mask in your hair then wash your body with soap and nail brush with soap to scrub your nails on your hands and feet and wash your face with a facial cleanser and wash your hands in between everything u do in the shower pat dry your skin with a towel when u get out of the shower and use a hair turan for your hair then put on toner your face moisturiser on your face and arms and legs or body lotion for the body then blow dry your hair after u take the hair turban off your hair get changed into your clothes before that put on deodorant and perfume then put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket in the loundry room then wash your hands then go back into the bathroom and brush your teeth and use your eye drops that’s my shower routine on Fridays or weekends 😊
I never ever do so many things. The max I do are the Olaplex treatments, but other than, it’s pretty much shampoo, conditioner, body wash and then hair milk and hair oil leave ins.
and that's probably enough! I don't think we need all these steps either, but it honestly just comes down to what works for us and what makes us feel good hehheh. I love hair milks as well btw! the briogeo rosarco hair milk leave in spray smells so good - fel x
with the body essence, the edible plant Hatomugi, you wrote "edible barley plant," is it a barley product, I'm allergic to Gluten, and I use this acronym BROW - barley, rye, oats, wheat. So would my skin possibly have a negative reaction to this product?
So what if you have like super short hair? There is no way for me to not get conditioner on my scalp while still leting it do its job. Any suggestions (my hair is above my ears but im growing it back out)
Nope, first latter not being much of much depends on how dirty the hair is and have products in . Hair gets dirty from outside as well so .. that’s the truth . No matter the shampoo if it layers little your hair is probably very dirty or has a lot of product in that needs to rinse .. that’s why we professional in salons always wash hair twice . And yes I’m a hair expert . But right on the scalp it needs really massage up and use it all over it helps hair grow . This massager isn’t necessarily at all and can actually damage really thin hair like Scandinavian hair and tangle it so massage with hands ! A tip before u do wash it is to use some oil in hair and make a real good scalp massage to activate hair sacks so the hair grows . Works for sure . Just keep it up .
I'm using the Caudalie beauty elixir spray, and then for serum it's either the Superegg vitamin elixir or glow recipe pomegranate serum lately :) - fel x
Just a tip, you should wash of your hair mask before you wash and exfoliate your skin because the hair mask contains a lot of ingredients that can cause breakouts on the body and face if you don't cleanse your body after ❤
I have irritating scalp rn, and there are bumps which make me scratch my head. But I'm confused if my scalp is dry or oily. And which method I should apply to get best results
your facial skin type is easier to find. if you rarely break out and have dry, irritated skin on your face, your scalp and face are dry. if not, you may have oily skin. if you have eczema your skin is dry. also stop watching this channel its owned by a cult and is mostly for profit 🥱🥱
What is that have the good things for your hair? Because usually I just use a brush to make the shampoo all together because I don’t have one of those things but yeah.
What do you mean Navy Shower? You're telling me not everybody turns the shower off in between those steps? How can you even lather up if the water is always running?
i don't do showers, only baths, so while i'm in there with my skin soaking up all that water i'll also do my nail cuticles and by the end i can even scratch all the dry skin off the bottom of my feet with my nails \0/

if your hairclips rust and break when you leave them in the shower (i learned the hard way) try those plastic scrunchies, work great.

Is there a recommendation of an alternative for alive:Lab O2 Scalp Water Shampoo that's inexpensive?
Hmmm I haven't found one that's similar in the sense that this shampoo is like water!! But if I do, I'll defs share! - fel x
I learnt so much from this video, this was so helpful.😊
The biggest hair game changer for me is using a hair mask instead of conditioner for every shower
I mix them together, that makes my hair smoother for me
omg riiiight!! When i go back to using a normal conditioner i'm like, this just aint the saaaameee! - fel
Oooo this is actually a good idea, so that we don't burn through the hair mask as quick on a daily basis lol - fel
Heyy! where is your bathrobe from? It looks so nice
I LOVE AROMATICA! It’s my secret weapon for hair
I loveeee cold showers
I’ve been doing “navy shower” my whole life😆
She had nayeon’s smile😭😭
Do you think the daeng gi meo ri ki gold premium shampoo and the treatment combo is good for hair loss and will give a silky hair ???
I thought the navy shower was supposed to be common sense 😭
SAME
love your channel!!!
I’m using this to motivate myself to get in the shower😅
I love that lamellar water. It’s amazing. I usually get a Japanese brand, but it’s hard to find in the states. L’Oréal’s is a good stand in
ooooo which ones is the japanese brand that you get?? do they have it on yesstyle? I''m curious to try mooore! - fel
Great! Thanks for sharing!!!
Thank you so much! This is amazing i love it! ❤❤
May be try to wash body after washing the hair mask off to avoid body acne ❤hope it helps...
are some of these steps necessary? also, i could never have so much money to afford this shower/face routine as well as also having others things (meals, bills) to pay for.
omggg u saved my life
Wash your hair then wash it with conditioner then wash your body with feminine wash then wash your body with body wash or exfoliating body wash while leaving hair mask in your hair then wash your body with soap and nail brush with soap to scrub your nails on your hands and feet and wash your face with a facial cleanser and wash your hands in between everything u do in the shower pat dry your skin with a towel when u get out of the shower and use a hair turan for your hair then put on toner your face moisturiser on your face and arms and legs or body lotion for the body then blow dry your hair after u take the hair turban off your hair get changed into your clothes before that put on deodorant and perfume then put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket in the loundry room then wash your hands then go back into the bathroom and brush your teeth and use your eye drops that’s my shower routine on Fridays or weekends 😊
You don't need "feminine wash" that is a marketing scam to rid you of your money over time.
Very clean and great skin care ....became ur new subscriber
the baby hairs! 😂😂😂 fel you are too funny ❤
There's no controlling those babies.... hahahha - fel
does this routine help with hair growth...i hope you reply!!
Thank you for the video. I am definitely trying the 8 serum. Also, I absolutely love your bathroom.
ooo yes let me know what you think after trying it out! and tyyy! hehe - fel x
Btw Pro tip: Cuticle is also a part of the hair!!!
Hi what a wonderful skincare routine 😊 xx
tyyyy my dear!! - fel x
me watching this knowing im just gonna grab whatevers at cvs
I'm just heading home to take a shower and this popped up😂
did it inspire any changes or curiosities? heheh - fel x
Can u recommend other Lotion or Moisturiser that can work well with the hnaturie hatomugi skin conditioner skin
Mm.. can i ask how your shelfs are still not resting ?
Because i blught mine 2 months ago and its already started rusting
Can you talk abt rosemary mint oil and tee tree and all those on you’re skin and hair
Which brand is the scalp scrubber you preferred?
Just keep it up .
korean hair is so beautiful
Also what we’re the products you used on your face? The spray and serum/oil?
I'm using the Caudalie beauty elixir spray, and then for serum it's either the Superegg vitamin elixir or glow recipe pomegranate serum lately :) - fel x
Just a tip, you should wash of your hair mask before you wash and exfoliate your skin because the hair mask contains a lot of ingredients that can cause breakouts on the body and face if you don't cleanse your body after ❤
Free palestine 🇵🇸 ❤
you are soo beatiful ı love you take care of yourself even you say you are lazy girl you slayyy
Should guys use confitioner if ot shouldnt touch their scalp?
Can you please suggest some cheap ways to get rid of tan
I have irritating scalp rn, and there are bumps which make me scratch my head. But I'm confused if my scalp is dry or oily. And which method I should apply to get best results
your facial skin type is easier to find. if you rarely break out and have dry, irritated skin on your face, your scalp and face are dry. if not, you may have oily skin. if you have eczema your skin is dry. also stop watching this channel its owned by a cult and is mostly for profit 🥱🥱
What is that have the good things for your hair? Because usually I just use a brush to make the shampoo all together because I don’t have one of those things but yeah.
it’s called a scalp massager, if your hair sheds a lot you might want to be more gentle with it but it works very well☺️
What do you mean Navy Shower? You're telling me not everybody turns the shower off in between those steps? How can you even lather up if the water is always running?
You lather up by stepping out of the water.
Just turning the water off is way better@@sykotikmommy
What did you use on your face before your hair?
should i use my anti-dandruff shampoo in the first cleanse and the my normal shampoo in the second cleanse or vice-versa?
Normal shampoo, then anti dandruff 🙏 God bless you
hiiiyaaa! I've found it helps in the second cleanse, because the ingredients can do it's magic on the scalp more directly hehe - fel x
yes agreeed! - fel x
I live in Florida so maybe that has something to do with it. (It being hot and most of people in Florida being crazy 😅) but I shower cold! Love it.
Oh gosh yesss because it's so humid there!! the cold showers would be a relief hahha - fel x
i don't do showers, only baths, so while i'm in there with my skin soaking up all that water i'll also do my nail cuticles and by the end i can even scratch all the dry skin off the bottom of my feet with my nails \0/
What do you think is best to use during a shower; hot or cold?
