    Throughout my 90-day journey to grow hair, I did yoga and exercises, massaged my scalp using oil three times a week, shampooed once a week, and used llitllextra serum of reactivate. Consequently, my hair grew longer without any hair fall.

      After seeing so many of my friends applying reactivate hair growth serum, I also tried it, and it really helped reduce my hair fall and boosted my hair growth. I suspect it is thanks to the rosemary in it.

    Tip: if you detangle your hair while it’s wet use a wide comb for less split ends. Your hair while wet is the most fragilest state so combing it out with a normal brush causes a lot of damage.
    Also only shampoo your scalp and not your ends aswell. Shampoo is mostly meant for the scalp to cleanse the build up etc. washing it out will act like a cleanser for your ends. Then you can use conditioner on your ends.
    Hope this helped.

    Your diet plays a very important role.
    Even if you use all the right products for your hair, if you eat junk, it will show. I had white hair for a very long time. I was troubled so much but when I fixed my sleep routine and ate amla everyday, my hair actually turned back black. I also stopped stressing over unnecessary stuff and that reduced stress also helped. Hair strands started becoming thicker and black at the roots. The only addition was hair serum. I have frizzy dry hair but the serum reduced breakage and saved a lot of my hair. I'm still working on my scalp care though

      Actually if you wash your hair everyday then it can rip natural oils from your hair. This then damages your hair

      @bellalobela Рік тому +25

      @@Kpop-ENHYPEN that has never proven to be true. hair is dead, and as long as you're using conditioners/masks/oils to seal in your cuticles after washing, it will be fine.

      depends on what kind of hair you have i would say. in fact, i have very fine and wavy hair and structurally it is quite prone to breakage. so i really try to go 3,4 days without washing or heat in it and it has improved it a lot. my sisters have quite thick hair and it is naturally more forgiving on heat stress or washing more frequently. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I like seeing other people’s hair care routines. But i think it might be best to make a video on how you FOUND “your hair care routine”, products, and how to find yours (the viewers). I’m not forcing i think it could just help other since alot of people get overwhelmed with hair products and tips that aren’t necessary, and what ACTUALLY helps.
