They're illegally going into land that is designated for the Palestinians and building settlements, making the Palestinian land smaller and smaller as it has been getting for decades now. Not only that but in Gaza, Israel controls everything that comes into Gaza, food, electricity, water, building materials for homes. Under those circumstances, I wouldn't say Palestine is free one bit, let alone any country with those same circumstances.

A girl tip for the bottom of your feet , right the shower you can use your favorite body butter and rub the bottom of your feet then add some soft comfy socks and your feet will thank you. Trust me

I also noticed you cleansed your face once before the gym in another video and again afterwards for your shower. Does this mean you cleanse your face 3 times a day? As much as I love to do all of this steps I just dont have the time sometime. And if I stop for one night my momentum is ruined and eventually abandon this routine lol. So now I just stick to the basics of exfoliating 3 a week and moisturize .
These videos are always so relaxing yet makes me feel I’m not doing enough 😅😅 I wish I could use exfoliating gloves on my skin but if I use even a washcloth on it my skin itches like crazy out of the shower. Can anyone relate?
