    Love this haircut! Do you normally cut hair dry with a bit of cutting lotion or do you sometime shampoo your client before? Does it depend on the haircut or the client's hair? xo Sarah

    • @WholyHair
      @WholyHair  4 роки тому +2

      it depends on the client and their hair type, sometimes I will cut dry before I do color and other times ill do their color first shampoo and then cut wet. but typically when I cut wet I always double check everything after I dry it!

      sarai diaz yes, very much so! she wouldn’t let me cut more than a trim and we were about to put extensions in. sometimes you really want to cut a lot off a clients hair and they just won’t let you🤦🏼‍♀️

    Not at all a hair expert here, but question for you (I've seen one video and I can see that you're an excellent teacher)! Those whispy, broken off sections in the front... ugh. My daughter has never NOT had that in the front/ around her face. How can I get them to grow? She's 12 years old and EVERY time I take her in for a professional basic trim they end up putting layers in her hair I'm assuming because they're trying to make those front pieces blend. But she has the type of hair that layers just don't blend, so it just looks choppy. Anyways, I'm attempting to give her the very basic trim that it needs! Thanks for the video!

    • @WholyHair
      @WholyHair  Рік тому +1

      I would suggest saying not to add any face frame cutting, just a blunt cut on her ends and see if that works!

    i dont understand. If you cut the back all the same length. why section it off?

    • @WholyHair
      @WholyHair  6 місяців тому

      because our hands are only so big, if we cut it all in one section when we release it from our hands it will be different lengths

  • @SFC415
