This is such a great video I can't tell you how many don't show what they're doing how they're cutting and angeling which all makes a huge difference especially in layering but this is quick gives great points and shows everything! Great work!!

Wow, I've been cutting hair for years, and never have I came across this technique. I love it. Sections with the 45, 90, 180. Blown my mind.
    Can't wait to try it.
    Thank you.
And she has the perfect hair to show that cut. She has what I call HEAVY hair. Not light and flyaway.
Congratulations on your baby. Hope all goes well. ❤

Oh my gosh!! I’m a newbie stylist just starting and I’ve watched video after video trying to find a way to cut layers and you broke it down so simply and made it so easy to understand and replicate!!! Your newest subscriber right here!!🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️

This is exactly the layer I need! I feel like I don’t have much hair and the traditional layer thins out on the bottom. I want a a subtle layer where the bottom is soften, full and not thinned out and definitely not like a traditional V look.

I'm self taught...well self and UA-cam taught lol, but I've only been doing men's haircuts and just straight trims, for the last 2 or 3 years...I'm about to try layers for the first time on my best friend and have watched a number of tutorials, but yours is definitely the one I'm going to go with! You've outlined every step and explained everything you're doing, and WHY (which is the biggest thing for me, the reason as to why you do something makes it easier to do it). Thank you, wish me luck!! ☺️

This looks so good! The last time I got layers (quite a few years ago) it looked so bad. Very thick layers and thin at the end :(. Since then, I went for blunt cuts and just some very soft curtain bangs. But this looks so good! I would consider asking my hair stylist for this. What do you think I should ask for when she asks me what I want? Thank you x
