Today was a bad day for me. I broke down. Crying and can't sleep. Why?? That's all I keep repeating. I've tried so hard to steel myself for the last 2 months. I'm going between feeling angry and crying and frustration with myself for ever falling for anyone. My heart hurts. I feel so much pain right now. It is cruel.
It took me two and a half years to start feeling different but at year 3 I am where I wanted to be. That was working on myself every single day all these years.

There are several reasons why getting back with your ex is not the best thing. The reason of the break up would still be there. You don't deserve those who come back. You deserve those who don't leave.

My wife dumped me and walked out on our marriage 3 months ago. All she has done is ghost me. I don’t see her making any effort to come back and I don’t really want to be with someone who can give up so easily without any counselling. She’s an avoidant so now I’m not surprised and see this attachment style as a mental illness.
In the CHC course theres a video about the pros of an avoidant attachment style. It's still a mental illness that causes others great pain and they are oblivious to it.

Hi Craig,weather he comes back or not,i will NEVER not watch this channel!! I feel more at peace now, and I'm dealing with NC better, im sad terribly,but im finding my strength shows him I'm not looking for him like he's used to. He's very stubborn,and lacks any empathy for hurting me,but I'm hoping that he feels the loss of a woman like me,and that someday i wont be available for anymore hurt,craig i used to watch so many other coaches who really didnt address things as realistically as you have, thank you for for the great videos!!
I’m going thro this, my ex lack empathy for what verbal abuse he did then he went straight into a new relationship I know it’s messed up, but I still love him maybe in no contact he will regret hurting me… Or maybe I’ll become so strong I’m never gonna let someone like that hurt me again
I’m trying so hard to focus on me and my 2 year old. My ex ended it nearly 9 weeks ago. I’m so heartbroken and watch your videos not to get him back but to help me. I think he moved on with in 3 weeks after ending it 😭 he hasn’t seen our son in nearly 6 weeks (tomorrow) and 3 weeks since we’ve heard from him. I feel like I’m never going to get over the hurt. I thought my break up was hopeless too. I did an email coaching with Craig and he agreed that my chances were low. I went NC to move on.
Last Monday, after 3 months, I got rid of his gifts and when my therapist asked me "How do you feel about your ex now?" I said "I don't care anymore". Guess who messaged me that night?! He went from not wanting to see me again to asking me if I wanted to repair things. We met yesterday, and I'm not sure I want him back. But he said he missed me and there were things that reminded him of me. No contact worked for me, and I thought It wouldn't.

What's this about confidence or a lack of? Maybe one is scared of the thought of their ex returning. Cause then they would have to hurt them. You hope that its hopeless. So the hurt doesnt happen again. So you dont have to face that uncertainty.

My ex dumped me to focus on his career and studies so I'm in no contact since a month and half...and i got to know from ex's cousins that he was upset when i blocked him from my parent's no. ...since last 4 weeks he was asking his cousins that i'm asking about him or not And a few days back i saw his dp has changed he has put a sad and lonely pic of him on his dp.... Sometimes I think it’s always better to be the one to do the dumping than be the one getting dumped. I think the dumper will feel less grieve
Yeah, they have already processed detachment by the time they are dumping you. Then you suddenly find yourself blindsided, kicked in the nuts (figuratively), and forced to detach even though you don't want to. Painful AF.
Respectfully, absolutely not in my case. Dumping somebody I deeply loved was like ripping my own heart in half. There can be a much higher level of guilt than when being dumped. It all depends on the relationship

@kita0918 I just don't get it. She asked me questions like "have you ever wondered what it would be like if we worked it out?" She said to me " if you proposed to me last year we would be married as husband and wife" I responded saying "I'm open to work towards marriage amd I'd still propose." Then she says "I think I'm getting proposed to next month on my birthday. The guy proposed in Paris exactly to the day after she wanted me to propose. There proposal videos and photos are so professionally done. It's obvious she wasn't suprised.
@@kita0918 I talked with her mom and she told me that my ex told her parents that she doesn't even love the guy. Her mom also said she is not happy at all. I'm so confused!
It seems she loves the idea of marriage more than she can love another person. It's a major red flag. she wants the security and the attention over real love. I feel your pain.
@rwentfordable I don't know... she also said to me. "Youll always be the love of my life." I ended it with her because of depression and pressure. I still was so in love with her. I was just in a bad spot mentally at the time. She said to me "I got dumped by the love of my life and I had two options die alone or just settle down. It sucks to have missed the chance to marry the one I love." I seriously don't get why she didn't choose me.
I usually see women taking their exes back but when a man breaks up it’s usually a done deal.
