I'm sure we could all use his life advice. I know my family sure could. You can surrender to the Lord but it won't make you appreciate freedom. You have to rethink everything and be accountable.
I work in prison. I care. I work with inmates who have lost faith, and hope, and have attempted suicide. I don't look at what brought them to prison. I do my job to help them and I pray they get better and do better. I'm glad Banky made it out of the system and able to enjoy freedom and share his story.
That ending was touching. Any son in prison with a living mother, she's going thru it with you just as hard. So I know the pain was lifted for both of them on that day.
You are mature, wise, likeable and easy to listen to. I hope that you experience all you desire in life. Good things await you! God loves you & so do Jesus.
This is an amazing man right here. I cannot even imagine what he has been through. He could use all those negative and terrible experiences as an excuse to be bitter and angry. Im rooting for Banky. This man made a mistake but took responsibility and now seems really well grounded and I hope his journey now that he it out is filled with good things.

Banky - I fell in 79 went through state farm recieving and straight to the walls @19 and seeing this brought back memories of survival. However after maxing out which means no parole but there forced to open the doors to freedom and I believed at the time I would never walk out because your challenge to prove yourself and for a young kid put in that environment I gained respect but it was at a price. I walked out in July of 1985 after doing 7 yrs ,I have never looked back and it's been 35 yrs since that door opened I would love to be able to share my story with someone who understands what I'm talking about I have tried to block that time out like it didn't happen but it stays in my head
Right!!! I can't imagine how he felt hearing that, after waiting and waiting for all those years. Then being scared that ANYTHING could happen that would stop it from actually happen. Where I live prison isn't bad at all. It's almost like a hotel, they even got TV's and Playstations in their cells which are not really cells but more a room. Some places it's literally a camp, no fences and open doors, if you leave and get caught you won't get any more time, because they believe that escaping a situation you don't want to be in is something all humans are going/wanting to do so you'll just pick up where you left and continue serving your time.
God bless this gentleman! You can see the pain on his face and even in his eyes, but there’s hope, encouragement and optimism in his voice. Listening to Banky is akin to hearing a grandma or grandpa talk: lots of wisdom. Thank you guys 👏🏽❤️

Thank you young man, I can saw young man because three of my children are over 52 years old. I believe your Mother is proud of the man you have became. May each day bring you closer to your dream as you help these young people hear of your wisdom. You are a 1000 percent teacher of life and to share it speaks volumes of testimony. Bless you Joe for using this platform to enlighten a new generation.
Banky dropped a lot of jewels through the whole video, some I'm still yet to learn. He has a great positive mindset and I wish him nothing but the best wherever life will lead him. It would be nice to have him work with at-risk youth I believe he can go far. Thank you for sharing Guerrero
I love the story when he called his mom to let her know that he made parole. It would be nice to have an interview with his mom as well.
That ending was touching. Any son in prison with a living mother, she's going thru it with you just as hard. So I know the pain was lifted for both of them on that day.
Man you can tell this guy has seen it all
How he deem in prison for 33 years in the same sell🧑🏿🦯🧑🏿🦯🧑🏿🦯

You are mature, wise, likeable and easy to listen to. I hope that you experience all you desire in life. Good things await you! God loves you & so do Jesus.
This is an amazing man right here. I cannot even imagine what he has been through. He could use all those negative and terrible experiences as an excuse to be bitter and angry. Instead, he is so insightful, self aware, and trying to use his experiences to help and inform others. So much of what he is saying is so important. Thank you so much for this video
Im rooting for Banky. This man made a mistake but took responsibility and now seems really well grounded and I hope his journey now that he it out is filled with good things.
Mistake??? This criminal was involved in beating and killing of a 91 year old man in his apartment. He was involved in two other similar home invasions. You call that a mistake?
B G people are dumb. They hear this guy taking and are like ahhhh so sweet he’s learned his lesson. Let that be your mom, grandma with their skull bashed in. Dumb asses. He’s a cold hearted punk killing a 91 yr old doesn’t get worse. He should be under the jail
@@MOONRAKER1922 you will be judged narcissist
This man has left me speechless. I have nothing but love for him. He brings hope to the hopeless. I can listen to him all day. Keep speaking brother, you are being heard.
Joe. You gotta keep this dude around if you can. His way of words is something special. And i think both of yall together is a great combination. All of The Youth need to see this video. Banky is a motivational speaker and i dont even think he knows it💯💯
PLEASE DO A PART 3 with Banky!!! He inspires me to get off my behind and do better!
Truly seems to deserve a second chance. A positive soul.
You feel you can say that after two 30 minute videos cut to present him a certain way. Ok.

You so busy worried about that, you're missing the message. Obviously you need to listen. You think life is supposed to be what YOU think it is? You don't have enough brain cells to rub together to know his message is unique because of his experience which IS MEANT TO HELP OTHERS
@@jaylenjaylen4935 I hope someone judges you the same way... and TRUST you are farrrrrr from perfect
Man, he had me cutting onions at the end there. This guy seems legit. There was always some uncertainty about Danny, could never put my finger on it. This guy seems like he's as real as it gets. If you're reading this, keep doing what you're doing mate. Keep helping, keep teaching, keep loving, and keep out.
This world is a messed up place, however, It desperately needs Men like you Banky. Your mind, heart and spirit are solid. You built this impressive man while inside, gotta give your Momma her just dues also! Family strength made you who you are! Best of Success to you, Peace!
I would like to know what Banky did every day in his cell. Did you read the Bible or the Quran.
Does he believe in God.
Man by far the "REALEST" interview I seen! I did 17, and was behind the wall in 90's! Then you know this Man is speaking facts💯! I salute you my Brother, much respect!
I can't see this man ever going back to prison ,he is to head strong and has to much motivation and a great outlook ,great video
Exactly, my thoughts.
After 33 yrs ...how can anyone go back?

You could be on paper.... man's foot still on your neck...
The world you are in isn't the one you left...
You were somebody in prison...now your less than zero....
Do I need to go on?.....
These kids really need to take something from this man. I couldn't even imagine seeing or goin through some of the things he has been through. Listening to his story has made me look at my own life..not to keep taking things for granted. I wish u, Banky, nothing but happiness and success. God bless you!! Keep up the good work Joe!! Outstanding interview!!
This guy is so damn cool. His personality is so chill. I really enjoyed his interviews! Him and Danny are the best so far!
Banky has way more humility than Danny. Danny was always simmering, just under the surface.

Banky is a humble dude u gotta work with this guy more 💯💯
This man feeds his inner hero to bring him forward, whereas some people feed their inner villain through all types of pathetic shit. Respect! Much love.
33 years in prison is no joke. Keep your head up and stay positive brother 🙏
One of the best I've heard. He's intelligent, expresses himself very well, and seem very confident when he talks. He should be a teacher. I enjoyed his talking.
Banky is a smart man. It took me 30 years to figure out for myself what hes saying in this video
Took him 33
This man is one of, if not the most inspiring and motivating persons for me. I often find myself in selfpity, depression, lack of energy etc. He has the best attitute to life a man can have. To take responsibility for everything you did, be grateful for what you got and never give up.
Thank you banky❤🙏
Hope Banky is getting in some great naps and sleep. Amazing story. This episode should play in Netflix.
Blood reminds me so much of my uncle and grandpa! Thank you for being real and genuine!!!
We are blessed and grateful to hear your story.
The best story I've heard on after prison show bring this man back on your show again.
Mr. Banky need to write a book...his testimony makes me feel like I can, see, hear and feel his day to day. Emotional
Imagine traveling around the country/world with Banky.......

Thanks for the reply @TJ Carter. I'll keep that in mind
But still that dude's not going anywhere JS

loved part 2, wishing the best for Banky
Listening to Banky's interview I hear wisdom over bitterness. I pray he has a good life 🙏🏽.
I can't imagine the feeling he had when he made parole after all that time. But I pray he accomplishes all his disires. Sky is the limit Banky!!!!!!
Right!!! I can't imagine how he felt hearing that, after waiting and waiting for all those years. Then being scared that ANYTHING could happen that would stop it from actually happen. But then stepping out of that gate and breathing free fresh air after all that time. I think I probably would of cried my eyes out driving out of the prison grounds.

Been looking fwd to this. I like Banky. Much luck to you!
I love the way Banky talks, his whole demeanor. I wish him all the best.

Thanks for introducing us to Banky. What a great story and hope to hear more of his stories and He is a breath of fresh air for APS!
Joe doesn't have to do this. But. Because he's been in that box. He uses his platform as a term of motivation and that's remarkable
Share this vid yall everyone needs to see this series it can help so many younger ppl out there in the streets bruh.. if i saw this ten yrs ago I would of never went to prison at all
Are you sure you would've changed if you watched this when you were younger? I think some people like you only learn the hard way from experience
@@sirmounted8499 thats crazy I've never herd of a prison like that
Sir Mounted ok what magical state do you live in?
God bless this gentleman! You can see the pain on his face and even in his eyes, but there’s hope, encouragement and optimism in his voice. Listening to Banky is akin to hearing a grandma or grandpa talk: lots of wisdom. Thank you guys 👏🏽❤️

See we dont know as a Society what actually happens in Prison. To hear this Man speak about his experiences is just mind blowing. But he pulled himself together
Just Amazing how he came through . Bless his heart

This man is a true inspiration...after everything he’s been through, he was strong enough mentally to not lose hisself in the midsts of it all. Beautiful person, inside and out. I really hope he uses his story to help others, especially youth. 💛

WOW. For this man to serve 33yrs and have such a beautiful spirit is remarkably. So true about helping others through.
🙋♀️ Hi Banky, Im Melody. You make yourself and your family proud. It's hard to listen to the hell that people endure in prison, but you have a gift to share. I am not going to wish you good luck, I'm going to congratulate you in your endeavors. God bless you. I believe we will be seeing more of you.
You are a MIRACLE.
Enjoy your life, you have earned it all, and baby you deserve it.

He would be a great father. This dude is on point mentally and emotionally. We can all learn from him.
Mannn joe i started watchin this channel not to long after you started it. Ur story grabbed my eye cuz my dad did a 7 year sentence and got out around the same time you did. Always loved your stories and always loved when you have other people come on to tell there story. Keep it up glad to see you doin so well🙏
Banky should really consider a book/movie deal about his life
So many guys coming out of the bureau of prisons could put a wealth of knowledge out there, all they need is to put pen to paper.
Best interview you've ever done jobro...gr8
I am absolutely amazed at how articulate he is after being locked up for so long. I watched Part 1 of his video and I came away with the hope that he could get to speak to young people about his experiences. My only concern is that he sort of minimizes his crimes a bit. Maybe this is his authentic self but he definitely has something valuable to share with the world. Well the world according to the United States. I have watched many prison shows and this interview is by far the best I have ever seen. Good job, and keep hope alive, my brother!
Thank you Joe for allowing him to share his story and for us to listen
I pray that the remaining part of his life is filled with healing and blessings.
Man I love his story man. And something about this guy makes you want to champion for him! I wish this brother nothing but the best and success! Damn I want this man to win at life!
I wanna hear what he feels and thinks about the difference between the world before he went in and now that’s he’s out, like places he remembers, new buildings, new technologies etc etc
Great interview
