So good you are starting to self care early in life. If I had starting stretching at tour age or even knew about yoga at your age, I think my body would be in a much better (and happier) place now.
I always say I wish I found yoga at this age it's such a gift. I truly believe my life would have been free of so much of the pain in mind and body that I had to go through later in life. Keep it up!

Love this. I haven't been active lately and having anxiety because I'm about to start looking for a new job. This routine felt healing for me. Sometimes what I like most about yoga is the simplicity of it. I find that part of it to be the most profound for me. Does anyone else agree? I plan on doing it everyday for the next week. we'll see how it goes. :)

I've been practicing yoga for years, but I have been struggling with my regular practice due to tension in my body lately from recovering from being sick and all the stress of moving from Germany to the USA. This practice is perfect for me right now because it allows me to be gentle with myself and relieve tension while my body recovers, which is just what I need. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for doing 10 minute flows! I've been having a really hard time doing anything active these past few months (for a variety of reasons) but 10 minute flows are unintimidating enough to help me get back into yoga until I have the stamnina for longer flows and workouts

Just now getting into yoga and this was an amazing 10 minute session. Right now 10 minutes a day is all I have to give to it but I want to eventually move up to doing 30 minutes a day. The small sessions will eventually get me there. 💜

It’s Friday. I’ve finished work and other things for the day. After my shower I decided that I needed to do some yoga to get rid of a tension headache I’ve had for a few hours. I just finished this session and my headache is gone. Thank you💛 I always love your sessions!
I love this routine. I have felt so much tension in my body from sitting at a desk for school and work, but this helped so much. I could just hear my body popping everywhere with each pose.
I love your videos and am making a point to do this one at least once a day. Most of the time its first thing in the morning. I love it and my body feels a lot better after, which is a blessing because I have chronic pain from the medical conditions.

The stretches were effective in targeting all major muscle groups. I felt a deep stretch in my back, shoulders, hips, and hamstrings.
