The PC12, its avionics, the airport, the take off, the scenery that followed, the piloting, the full reverse just before touchdown, the fun and sun, the sights on the return flight and that approach... wow! Beautiful countryside and very exciting approach through that valley. Would love to see more of this in the future.
Oh, boy! The taxi itself was worth the price admission in this video. Looks like the PC-12 was literally going Off-Roading! The take-off was one of the most interesting short-field can't be wrong runs I've ever seen in a PC-12. Literally an off-roading roller-coaster ride and that was all before the flight itself, folks! The PC-12 is pure genius. Its a really nice Range Rover for the sky.

Lots of fun, but not only are they taking off on a crazy grass field, but they are fighting to gain altitude to make it over the power lines at 2:28. I mean, NO margin for error. I guess it's ok as long as the gear is up.

Everyone would love to have their own airport on their property but I think I'd rather drive a few kilometers to use a field in a more forgiving place. There are no room for errors there. Kind of flying on the edge. Good luck.
WOW! I'm impressed by the short takeoff and landing skills as well as the capabilities of this plane! If I buy a PC12, I don't think I'll use my aircraft in this way. But this is still impressive!

Bro, he went through that whole pre-flight with no checklist just all memory and in way too much of a hurry then bonzai down that hill with trees coming fast and then that descent from hell, I wouldn't step foot on that thing with that guy behind the controls!!! ☠️
I need to know more.? That is not an airfield. It is not even a Field. It's a Long Par 3 Fairway.!! Are the tires not rated to land on Bitumen runways ? !!! Are landing fees at proper Airports in this part of the World excessive.?!! Loved the Video and the Still photos. More Please.
PC12 is designed for this type of operation. Those are certified airfield that satisfy with proper limitation EASA (European Aviation regulations) requirements. Plus yes, airport fees in western Europe are pretty expensive in commercial airport and since there's no custom throughout the EU you can basically land at air clubs.
The insurance company knows what the PC-12 is capable of doing and might be caused to do by the Pilot in Command. That's why they insure them. The aircraft was certified for short field operations with a single pilot. Of course, the insurance company knows what he does. If this were a King Air 350i, then the question would be valid.
