I've been wearing that type of shirts for a long time. First discovered a Swiss company named ComforTrust around 2008. These are high quality but also super pricy. Helikon-Tex recently also has been making these. I got myself one from Särmä a couple of months ago just to give them a try and I have to say that it's well made and comfortable. I usually wear mine (especially the longsleeves) as underwear during the colder time of the year. They are very good for hiking and other outdoor activities IMHO.
I had a whole lot of those Helikon thermal sets, level 1 & 2, but those are all in Ukraine now. I have to rebuild my entire thermal collection before winter, and I have my eyes on some Särmä wool sets. I have great experience with all my wool stuff from Varusteleka
Coolmax fabric is bit too "soft", it dies when it comes to contact with Velcro hooks and it is bit too shiny in direct sunlight. My favourite T-Shirt is British "T-shirt Undergarment Body Armour, self wicking" both in green and brown. I like how the brown mixes nicely with M05.
I messed up, the sleeve rank attachment is "Loop" not "Hook"
I might redo the video
Nice shirt. One problem I find with the "coolmax" type shirts is the wicking action. It basically dehydrates me in the summer lol

Haha yeah that wouldn't be ideal, but it works great for me. Even better in the winter too, absolute perfect base layer for any activity

I was wondering about these.

I treat these shirts exactly how I treat wearing wool, so far they have been amazing. But I will definitely take a look at your recommendation
Nice video
