The sound of that sewing machine was so satisfying. I could listen to it all day.
it means u r jobless🤔
As someone who lives in jeans, I guess I've always just taken them for granted, but you have just amazed me with the craftsmanship and amount of work you put into a pair of these beauties. (I know the one's I wear are crappy factory hacks, but maybe one day I'll get to wear a custom pair like these.) Loves it!
Thanks
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. The quality, the workmanship, the style, all fantastic! This video has taught me to not settle for crappy jeans anymore.
That 23 minute video was far more enjoyable than watching season 4 of The Crown on Netflix....
😂
Yes, I dislike fiction, too.
From Egypt, I offer you all my appreciation and respect. You have done a job of skill, taste and mastery. Keep going strong.
Anything a tailor's scissor cuts is heavenly to my ears!
all the gestures and craftsmanship of this man are like a gift to discover...
How beautiful the sound of craftsmanship. I love silent videos.
Все что пошито индивидуально,это шедевр.Ручной труд это даже необсуждаемо.СУПЕР.👍👍👍💕💕💕
This is so cool. Loved how he signed it at the end.
I am 60, I started sewing 5 years ago. I want to make my own denim pants so bad. I am making shirts and garments for my wife. Will make my first denim shirt soon and then denim jacket. I wish I started sewing years ago. I also started embroidery and digitizing. I decorate my own clothing I make. I watch this video over and over just love the pants
never too late to starting something you love!
Sometimes I sew jeans for pleasure. Good luck! If U need any help, U're wellcome.
Уважение к Вашему труду и Вашим рукам ! Браво МАСТЕР !
How beautiful this video is, the look and details of your work, your working hand, button holes stitches, everything is so beautiful and i got so impressive
That’s craftsmanship and skills that only a few can conquer
Top of the line craftmanship.
Hi Paul, Thank you very much for your videos, they are very inspiring. I watched all of them twenty times or so. I started sewing 2 years ago to boycotting fast fashion and make my clothes, including the challenge of making my jeans. After one year of research and practice, I'm almost there! My jeans look very good on the outside, but not as good on the inside. I have avoided the flat-felled seams until now because it looks too challenging but I want to try this weekend and I will use your technic... I hope you don't mind... wish me luck!
If you were wondering if someone was crazy enough to learn from your videos, the answer is Yes!
Thanks again, please keep sharing your beautiful work, you are a master!
Charline Giroud Flatterend by your comment! Hope your jeans turn out well. Best of luck!
I always loved sewing, I had a beautiful home that i fixed up and a big sewing room and i did alterations and was going to do custom work like that for people. I was working at as a seamstress for a high end dept. store. I wanted to get patternmaking software and do custom clothing. Then the bank foreclosed on my home because i had to go through chemo and was sick, and they took my home and sold it for 28,000 dollars and i did not get a chance for a family member to buy it, they sold it so quick. My dream was shattered. I lost my pension, 401k and i was renting out two apt.s tehre too. I went to live in a travel trailer and could not sew much but taught myself patternmaking from a book. I learned some already, and just improved my skills. I now live in a tiny room and only have room for one machine. I have about 9 sewing machines in storage including an industrial jean machine like the one above, in storage. I am waiting to get my own place to start my own business and then open a store. It is my dream. I never give up. Being stuffed in this little room with all this stuff, is making it impossible to have a business. I could really do well, I would make custom clothing, as well as other things like custom bicycle seat covers and leather accessories custom engraved, etc. I just dont have the room and need some money to get a business license and a web domain name, etc. and I am interested in attending sewing machine school as well. I know how to repair gym shoes with special glue too. There are so many neat things one can do in the clothing industry, it is a creative bonanza taht we have oppressed and destroyed, so lets all get sewing and stop making war. God bless, thanks for the great video. Glad to see the art has not died.
buttonholes by HAND.... amazing work. inspiring
Always a joy to watch true high end professional at work. Thank you for sharing.
I'm impressed! This gentleman is a fine artist in clothing.
Amazing how much personal touch is involved in tailoring a pair of blue denim jeans. No overlocking stitches and all straight stitches. What a master and skill that can't be replaced by technology.
Watching your craftmanship is like meditation. This is Zen. Respect from India.
BLR CNC 🙏🏻
This is truly a Master Class video from a Master. 👍🏻 BRAVO 👏
Now that is what you call a true craftsman!!! Superb
To see a skilled guy to make his job with so dedication, care and love, it is amazing.
I am a first year Fashion Design student at the Miami International Institute of Art and Design. I "only" have a desire to produce bespoke jeans and trousers. I was asked who was my male fashion inspiration and I said PAUL KRUISE!!! The teacher immediately googled you and played this video on the widescreen to the class. ( I've watched it over 50 times ) They were in awe!!! I wish I could fly to where you are and become an apprentice.
Thank you so much. I am utterly flattered! ☺️
@@PaulKruize I follow EVERYTHING you put on the internet - UA-cam, your website, Instagram, Twitter, interviews...etc.
Absolutely mesmerising. A pleasure to view the alchemy the artisan conjures with his chosen medium.
As someone currently studying to become a fashion designer I really appreciate this video, love to see all the techniques you use, that I otherwise wouldn’t have even thought to do. thank you

Waaw! Paul, I'm amazed how artfully you stared from a thought, to design, to measurements, to stitching up and to completion. What an elegant piece of Jeans. Thank you.
I've watched this video multiple times, still haven't got enough of it
Could watch sewing videos like this all day. No unnecessary talking, just a craftsman at work.
You make it look so easy...beautiful jeans
Beautiful work, thank you for making me appreciate how much time, knowledge and work it takes to craft a garment that will last for many years.
thank you for a video with great camera angle, lighting, a professional sewing machine AND no annoying music (that sounds like music from kid's cartoon shows) like so many other sewing videos.
Sol Thanks for noticing :)
@@PaulKruize From 13:55 to 14:20 what is that you sew on the pocket bag /outer seam and why to you sew it on?
@@IEXECUTIVE That is cotton tape to finish the outer seam and pocket bag where there is no selvedge.

This first time I watching you and I enjoyed with your work .. my name is HAIDER ALASSADI from IRAQ..
you can look at the work of the master without stopping, as at the fire.
Ohhhh! What beautiful work!
Old school craftsmanship, lovely
Incredible and amazing. People don't realize what goes into making jeans wants etc. My favorite are Wrangler cowboy cut. And how they support your body and move with you. They really out you into a cowboy and productive mode. As an Artist and fabricator sculpture etc. One can really appreciate your studio and tecknique .
I never thought of using a seam ripper to pull thread. That's cool. I've always used a pin.
Smart and happy people do what they love when they want to do it, thanks 🙌👏👏👏👏
Wow! Just watching you is so inspiring... I will never fall short of being the best in what I do!
Love that Juki! ❤😊 Great skills! Sewing is my passion...its an art ✂️
Clearly a very high professional at work. 100%
What a great craftsmanship..❤❤❤
Beautiful artistry. I have to get a couple of pairs of these made! Salute sir!
OMG, he makes sewing jeans 👖 so easy.
Wow, I am going to buy jean materials and a sewing machine today.
Please pray for me.
holy crap! the construction that goes into these! there is a lot going on in a pair of jeans. was super enlightening watching your work...thx
You sir are truly dapper and your work speaks for it self.
I love this so much! You’ve truly mastered your craft !
Beautiful work and incredible attention to detail...and I love the soundtrack, chalk, shears, and the rumble of the Juki...as someone whose worked designing and developing denim for many years this is so nice to watch.. :)
Brilliant to see the master at work. Love it.
Absolute artistry!
Fantastic to watch.
Please make more videos. Amazing.
Phenomenally done. I enjoyed watching.
Loved the video so interesting to see all the work that goes into that garment. thank you Sir.
Great work
👍I respect it. Very well done. This is why I pay people to what they do / what they’re good at and why people pay me to do what I do / what I’m good at. Stay in your lane people! Nothing wrong with learning a craft, but please “learn it first” before you start calling yourself a craft’s person / professional.
Bravissimo, ottimo lavoro.
Hats off to you sir, beautifully done!
Excelente, todo un maestro.
That was so awesome to watch. I’m working on making jeans my self.
best of luck!
The way you make a pair of jeans, is like a meditation lesson
🙏🏻
Absolutely beautiful. I love the flat felling technique you used.
A piece of art.
Excelente, maestro.
You are an artist. Keep it up.
The care and attention in making these...amazing!
Excellent. Master craftsman.
Великолепная работа... высококлассного мастера... 😄👍🥰
The way you finish of the ends of the thread, by taking them to the other side and tying them up, speaks volumes about the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I have never seen anyone do this before.
It might not be for everyone with that price, but it is obvious why it costs as much as it does. Creme de la creme in jeans.
Amazing to see such dedicated craftsmanship!
Great job 👍😀👍
I love your work sir
Massive respect for your craftsmanship....
Fantastic art work.👍👍👍👍
I really loved it.You are really a talented person sir.please post more videos.Watching from Nepal and lots and lots of love from Nepal.
0:59 I love the way he sharpens scissors with his head.
This video blew me away. While I could never afford a pair of bespoke jeans, my appreciation and respect for the craftsmanship and unquestionable attention to detail required me to extend my gratitude to you. Thank you for sharing this amazing piece of work. You are a true artist. I wish I could, if nothing more, shake your hand and tell you how very much you inspire me.
🙏🏻
You are a master . I could watch you for hours . ❤❤❤❤❤
Great job
I need to know if this guy is still around. I need jeans made in black for myself, I don't care about the cost.
I am still here…
Excellent work. No rush, neat and very professional.
Perfect hand made artwork
