    This was a great and fun creative class with the short box! As a pilates instructor myself, I often get bored and we did things that I hadn't done before which is always exciting and appreciated. Thank you!

    Great class again! I have been following your classes for 2-3 months now. I do them 1-2x a week. They are so fun and time flies by so quickly.
    I can really see the results in terms of muscle tone and strength ( and I just had 2 kids) ! Thank you very much for your great work!
