- The Accord has been a top selling midsize sedan for years and Honda wants to make it even better for 2021. Under the hood of the Touring is a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 that is producing 252HP & mated to a 10-speed automatic. On the outside is an all new color of the Accord, wheels, front fascia and grill. On the inside you will find new technology and interior color. I just like the fact that the accord offers ventilated seats standard with the touring trim yet with the loaded Camry you have to get ventilated seats as an option. Props to Honda for Cooling our asses without extra pricing!
It's not so cool than I expected. Just remove heat little bit. That's it.
My 2008 lexus has ventilated seats lol nice and cool with the leather.

@@ridwanmahmood9711 Mazda6 may be cheaper, but, Accord is known to be more reliable, longer lasting, better resale value, and less mechanical issues, if keeping it longer. Plus, on the 6 the infotainment system is very dated, camera picture is very grainy, and also no trajectory. Also, no wireless charging, which is pretty much standard in every other sedan in this class. Even compact cars, most have wireless. And the 6 has quicker and steeper deprecation, and the Mazda6 has been discontinued, so with all that, would rather pay a couple grand more, for long term reliability with the Accord Touring
For some reason, I thought this car was ugly. Haven't paid much attention to Hondas in years. Then I found myself looking for a new car and stumbled across this exact review. Then I saw a white, 2021 Honda Accord Touring at my local Honda dealership. Made my deal right there! Thanks Joe! It's been a happy two months 😁😁
Great update video Joe! I have the 2019 Accord sport and love it but this update is really tempting, especially in that color! I rented a Camry on a recent business trip and when I got back and drove home in my Accord I realized how much better it felt to me.

I think this accord interior still has a cleaner and more upscale/luxurious look than the 2021 TLX. The use of the knobs for the climate control and the volume and tuning knobs looks so much better than the TLX’s center stack.
TLX needs a redesign.
I would love those rims but with the black Honda emblem on them rims and put them on my 2017 Honda Accord touring 😭😮💨

Always enjoyed this guy's videos, very detailed and down to business with no messing around. I love this Honda Accord, very quick and I never understood why some people dislike the looks......its a damn sharp looking car inside and out that looks great in any color (RED is my favorite). Was one of the two cars I looked at while shopping for one last year but decided to go with the other. 2019 Toyota Camry XSE V6 after trading my 2016 Nissan Altima SR V6...........Both the Camry and the Accord are a blast to drive and look at......its a shame this particular one is only limited to 125MPH but 5.5 0-60 is insane.

Thank you for throwing in the sentence; “Don’t go buying a SUV”. Sedans these days with fold flat rear seats really do have as much if not more room than an SUV of the same size without the crappy tippy handling and poor gas mileage. Enough with the Crossovers and SUV’s people.

I love this color I'm so glad they made this color for an accord. Love it on the K5 and love it on the chargers. Now its on the Accord and I love the new wheels.

Because of your reviews, I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride SX Prestige (in 2020) and today (literally today), got his exact accord - 2021 Hybrid Touring in the Sonic Grey Pearl - exactly as the one you presented. So far I'm really liking the Accord I bought on 12/22/20. Same trim and color, only difference on mine is the windows are tinted. The sonic grey pearl gets a lot of compliments from people as well. Have not had a chance to really get down on mine yet, want to wait till I hit over 500 miles so the engine is broke in.
Im a Honda technician and I get these new cars all the time but somehow I still watch this dude review them 😂

Thanks for the review. The Accord has quickly become my #1 choice in a sedan as I do some car shopping. Looking at 2018-19 for pricing, though. Looks like the 2021 doesn't have THAT much new that wasn't there before.

I went from a 2015 Lexus CT 200h to the new 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. I'm disappointed that there is no LED interior lighting, no LED rear turn signal, no LED truck light, no Bose system (especially when this is considered top-of-the-line), no "puddle" lighting, but other than that, I'm loving the color (the same as the one that you just gave a review on). This hybrid gets better gas mileage than our CT 200h. Love your reviews, keep up the great work.
Awesome Accord!! I can definitely see where Honda has evolved from the 2012 TSX Wagon which I own and love, and was the Euro Accord. The leather and build quality seem very similar....great review.

The chrome around the car on Touring was bugging me (as you stated) and decided towards the 2.0T Sport.

Aside from not having a front camera or heated steering wheel, I’ve had nothing but great success with mine. The only other knock is the speed signs are not always accurate.
I own a fully loaded 2021 Kia K5 Gt-Line and a 2021 Honda Accord 2.0t Sport (blue). I love this sonic grey pearl on this Accord 2.0t touring, it looks similar to the color of my K5 (wolf grey). Honda Accord is arguably the best midsized sedan according to most car mags and top reviewers. I'm glad they opened up the front facia on the 2021 Accords, it makes the car look more aggressive!

Awesome. Hope to be able to get my Accord Hybrid Touring one day. Glad they finally added the USBs in the back so you don't have to have wires going from the front center to the back. Im still biased on the White pearl color. Great stuff. Glad they have it a refresh after 2 yrs. My wife loves her 2018 Accord Hybrid which gets 53 mpgs easily, which is easy above the sticker mpgs. Honda rocks.

What Honda really needs to do is have a higher trim Sport model. I love how the 2.0 sport features look but don’t like the wood grain, chrome, and some other features of the Touring. But I wish my The sport model would come with more bells and whistles

@@C2daF the 2.0T Sport is essentially the Touring w/ no wood, no cooled seats, no satnav, and worse sound system. Otherwise it's got pretty much all the same features as the Touring. Oh and I think the 2.0T Sport may also lack the park distance control but I'm not certain about that. However all Sport trims have the black headliner and pillars which I think look much better than the light shade of the other trims.

I like new wheels more than the previous Touring wheels. They remind of the wheels you could find on the 16-17 Accords. Looks great!
I thought the same at first, but after comparing the 2, I still think the 16-17 Sport/Touring wheel is better. Still a huge improvement over the 2020 wheel though. Just wish Honda would have replaced the Sport wheel also.

I just picked up a 20 Touring for a great deal. I actually like my rims better then this new one. It's actually even uglier then the 16-17 Sports/Touring rims which are better looking. Pics don't do it justice on the 18-20 Touring rims tho. You have to see it in person. It's a lot nicer but of course the Sports one is more flashy.
That's kinda exactly why i don't like them lol. In my opinion they don't fit the overall design that well... looked better on the 16-17 models.

Just picked up a 19 Accord Sport 2.0 with a stick, got rid of the 18 Accord Touring 1.5T and loved both! Do miss the remote start, HUD and fuel milage.

I love my 2018 2.0T Sport. The only thing that I would change about the Accord is the audio system. They should be using a premium audio system like Harmon/Karden, Bose or maybe a version of the ELS audio system.
It’s really terrible I agree. Absolutely no midbass or bass.
And what audio system the use?

Oh, okay. I have the Accord touring 2021 and i think is sound much better with the 11 speakers. But it's true, I don't know why they don't put a better audio system.

Is it listed as a six speaker by Honda? Our Sport 2.0t has mid-basses in the front doors and rear deck, and tweeters in the mirror area of the doors and far corners of the rear deck so it’s technically an eight speaker.

I have a 2018 Accord Sport 2.0T and love it. 6-speed manual, too. Bummer that Honda discontinued the manual for 2021. My first car was a 1st generation Accord (1981), 5-speed. I've also had two 6th gens, a 1998 LX and 2002 EX (both 5-speed). Love the Accords!

Great review, love the new color. I missed the opportunity for the manual, and tried to get one when heard about it being discontinued. Dealer tried to get a sport 2.0 w/ a stick, but couldn’t locate one.
They are very hard to find for sure.

How did you cover the depreciation with such an early trade?
@@osiyal I'm thinking when I bought the 2020, I must have got a bad deal on the lease return of a Ridgeline. The 2021 was $17 cheaper a month with a much better interest rate. I had 27K miles on the 2020. For me at least, it was a no-brainer.

I got the 2020 in August knowing there would be a refresh. The only thing I’m jealous of is the wireless apple car play. Other than that, not a huge fan of the added chrome grill or wheels. Also i got the Blue which they don’t make in the touring anymore! I personally like the sonic gray pearl on the civic more.
