I was feeling DEFEATED after a stressing study session, then realized it was time for my workout. I was so sad and stressed that I almost didn´t do it. But I am so glad I did and so glad that I did YOUR workout. I FEEL AMAZING NOW THANK YOU SOO MUCH! :)

I have to say I just ADORE YOU. I started incorporating pilates in my fitness for the first time a few months ago in efforts to create a sustainable exercise lifestyle that I enjoy. You were one of two people I started with but quickly became my only pilates instructor. You are so sweet x calm x funky x positive...I have a bit of a gal crush on ya haha but seriously I feel like I'm in the studio with you in person and you make exercising so enjoyable, but f'ing hard. and I am obsessed. Pilates will be something I continue with for the rest of my life. I'm stoked to get into a real life pilates studio and have a go on the reformer. Attending one of your retreats one day is something I very much look forward to. But thankyou thankyou thankyou for doing what you do and being soo awesome while doing it. You rock!

I needed something to releive my pinched nerve, and this was promoted as a standing routine but then there was a break crawl which involved going on the floor which I wasn't expecting.
This was wonderful!! Keep doing what you do. You are an amazing teacher. You have made me fall in love with Pilates, and I look forward to doing your videos every day.

This standing Pilates routine is the only one that makes me feel strong and long and graceful while pregnant! I’m able to safely get through most of it just minus the planks haha. Thank you for a beautiful routine! 🙏🏻
Absolutely love this - perfect break from working at my desk (dining table!) at home.
Don't want to have to go back to working in the open plan office as I'll really miss doing these.

Funnnnnnn! This was perfect to do while roomies were sleeping and I wanted to be considerate of making no noiseeee! I love the sense of balance I learned and it definitely got my HR up😍🙏🏽
Hey, i find you as a pilates teacher super inspiring, thanks for the vids! I'm quite flexible, but still I find some exercises challenging. This which requires standing on one leg brings me great dose of pain I focus to put with it it instead of finding the balance. I think small break and changing the exercise type would help.

I love all your videos, and this is my new favourite! I blew my knee skiing a few years ago, and this routing is a really great challenge for my (still slightly questionable) proprioception, as well a getting my heart pumping!

can you do more standing pilates?
Was really hoping it would live up to it's title STANDING routine - but yet again planks which you don't do standing up! such a shame - otherwise was good and I then did day 20 of the challenge -
This wasn’t standing. I can’t use my wrists so this was disappointing that there was floor work
Video but doing a plank is not standing
the first part was great. then, you stopped standing! please don't title your workout 'standing' if it isn't the case! dislike from me.
Thanks very nice balancing exercises..but calling it standing is misleading
