    I must say to use barley no.1 in high fiber more than oats and it's low in calorie.

    Malungay has higher potassium than banana. It is also rich in magnesium. Fructose in banana causes high blood pressure. Dr Richard Johnson

    Awesome. Thank you for posting this useful information I started feeling strange with severe headaches fourteen years ago after my 44th birthday and I was given paracetamol as usual.       Good observation. Pero depende kung sino po ang tinutukoy nyong mayayaman or mahihirap. Kasi madali idaan sa general na obserbasyon. Visit nyo po ang channel ko dahil marami po kayo matutuklasan :)

      😂sinabe ng bawasan ang Kanin. 3 cups raises BP kaya gawing 1 and 1/2 cup sa isang araw. Kung gutom pa kumain ng Maraming salad o gulay. Magtanim ng pechay at lettuce sa backyard or kahit sa paso isabit yong paso sa bakod pwede nayon!

    oatmeal is number one cause of high blood sugar therefore causes high blood; why lower cholesterol when it is essential to cell membranes, if you lower cholesterol one will have heart and brain issues, all our organs require cholesterol to function properly. Low carb and high fat diet is a healthy diet. It's sad that most cardiologists and endocrinologists are poor in nutrition science.

    Ang problema sa mga Pinoy salat sa kaalaman ng tamang pag luluto. maraming mga organic food sa pilipinas na pwedeng gawing half cooked, or salad ang di nalalaman kung paano lutuin. Laging alam lutuin eh fried ulam, or very well done sa gulay... anong sustansya makukuha doon. My advice, eat 20 pcs of almonds seeds before lunch and dinner. And eat a lot on breakfast. Like yung kasabihan: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar”.

      For some time (around Two years), I was maintaining my prescription medication to keep my high blood pressure not until this month I recently found about this 4BloodPressureRemedy.blogspot.com therapy. A doctor has verified it too. Really dont require the drugs previously prescribed to me. .

    Pag may high bp parang wala ka nang makain. Sa Manila puro processed food, junk food and fast food. Pag nagmamadali ka wala ka nang makainan pa.

    Take Magnesium ( glycinate, malate, citrate ) 400 to 500 mg.
    Hawthorn 300 to 500 mg

      I began following this blood pressure level solution t.co/GsO1JmyXtf last month right after having hypertension for 2 years and being prescribed medication at suggestion of nurse. During my next visit to the clinic, the doctor said I didn`t need to take medication mainly because my blood pressure level lessened normal again.

      if your obese excercise everyday and stop eating fatty food and high cholesterol food.like red meat and chicken and avoid to much salt it’s better not to eat preservatives food with high in sodium.stop smoking if you smoke and stop drinking beer..drink lemon grass and ginger tea it help to lower your bad cholesterol and blood pressure.
