    I like the training sessions very much. Right now it is not possible to be on the pitch with the team. That's why I added your units to my training plan. It feels good and so rugby continues to be a great part of my week.
    Thank you for that and would like to have more videos.

      Hi Matt, we can definitely look to do that. Atm would be a little difficult as we aren't in a team environment but once we start back up again we can look to do it for sure 🙌

      5 mins: general movement
      5 mins: of active mobility
      2 mins: slightly harder efforts
      then into a session
