    It was so good and I love Pilates. First I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it because I'll be 70 yrs on April but I made it! It was very challenging but great. Thank you for your workouts.

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    You're definitely one of THE BEST pilates instructors on YT providing full length, challenging, well thought-out and instructive videos. I can really tell you're a true pilates instructor with the excellent narrative that helps guide me whilst ensuring my posture, form and breathing are properly executed throughout. Although I don't know if you still plan to continue with YT videos as it seems like there aren't any recent uploads anymore, I just wanted to say THANK YOU all the same for all the videos you have pushed out before. They're amazing and have really helped contribute to my fitness goals. I'm sure they took a lot of time and effort to put together!

    That was intense !!! The hardest for me was the side kneeling part. But feeling great and ready to start a new week 🙏🙏🙏 would love more 60 mn of your workouts ....😉

    Wow! I regularly do yoga and go to the gym to lifts weights but this was such an intensely different and challenging workout. My booty is on fire! I really wanted to give up (quite quickly) but pushed through. Thank you!

      Pilates really balance/compliment high impact or heavy lifting.... I feel when I balance my weight training with Pilates, I just feel stronger and healthier overall, when I just do weights I feel edgy and irritable

    Overall a great and very intense workout but could definitely do with a release stretch or 2 to break up all the leg and glute work. Also as a fellow pilates instructor myself (albeit in training) I would say this is more of an advance workout rather than an intermediate 🙃

    Hi Nathalie, this was fabulous! Worked on all my muscles with such intensity, challenge and pleasure from moving at the same time. Although I have been practicing pilates for 2 years daily, this workout was tough! After some workouts with different teachers I used to have a feeling that I want a bit more challenge but not with your workouts! Your workouts are designed perfectly to give immense challenge and enjoyment, no matter the length. Take care ❤️❤️❤️

    Exactly as described, intense and full body, glad others found it challenging too. I nearly died when I checked the time part way and discovered we were only half way through but luckily it got slightly easier at that point. Definitely feel better for it and we get our money's worth as we say in England even though we're not actually paying anything for these great classes. Thank you so much. 💛

    Awesome work out - i have problems with the side kicks - all the burn is in my supporting leg not the one thats kicking... not sure if im positioned wrong

      You can modify this exercise with your hip on the ground, so basically lying on your side and just kicking the top leg up/down or front/back (while keeping the bottom knee bent and in contact with the floor)- when you start to feel comfortable in this and you can try the side kick kneeling exercise again - and you should try to position your bottom knee underneath your hip to get more support 😊

      So happy you like my 1 hour workouts :) And yes, I will keep it in mind next time, otherwise you can just skip the warm up if you don't feel like you need it :) But I like to do a gentle warm up before a long session to really make sure that the muscles are warm and stretched, because I don't want anyone to get any injuries! :) But thank you so much for the tip, I would love to do a cardio pilates session in the future 😊

I'll never be as fit as you, so I hope it's okay to adjust some of your exercises to my own level (e.g., lifting leg on the side while standing on the opposite arm is something that I simply cannot do, so I do the same exercise on the ground).     The true question is how effective is Pilates with losing weight and toning your body? That’s a genuine question as I have started a while ago to workout doing HIIT workouts but I am looking now for a lower impact workout that will still help me lose weight and see improvements when it comes to my body appearance. I have managed to damage my knee (smt called “runner’s knee”) during those intense HIIT workouts and I don’t want to give up my “new” lifestyle now 😅 any answer would be welcome as I really want to know how this works from personal experiences
