These numbers are all about the torque curve. Low end torque is all the rage. It makes the car pull so hard at low rpm's. It's what we all love about these turbo 6's.

Awesome video man I just picked up a '22 and have been looking for some good content. Quick question on the JB4 - if I was looking for a bit more oomph and stuck on map 1 for the most part do I need to worry about ruining internals or anything? (General daily driving, some screwing around on empty roads coming home from work)
Hi Tim, this is the intake I ended up getting: www.k8stingerstore.com/products/injen-intake That website is a great resource for any other Stinger parts as well.
Question, has your transmission ever gone back crazy after replacing tires?? as in it starts to shift extremely hard and “hesitate” pulling away from stoplights, which I actually think is the transfer case trying to shift power L/R or F/R. I was just curious if you had ever encountered this issue because I have heard it is extremely common with this chassis…I have a 2019 Genesis G90 Ultimate 3.3T AWD (same chassis as your GT2). I had a 2018 Stinger GT2 myself, but sum-dum-itch rear-ended me drunk and it was totaled out. Now I have a 2019 Genesis G90 3.3T AWD - which is basically the exact same chassis.
Ayy good runs on the mustang dyno. Just for a ego stroke, hope you can find a non mustang based dyno somewhere once you got time. Looking forward to the draggys 🤙
Haha definitely gonna get to a dyno jet at some point. After i fix my timing issue and maybe add a intercooler most likely. Once i cross 420 whp ill be happy.
Just subscribed. I'm new to this tunning stuff. My question is does the tune stay on all the time or does it have to be activated at start up? I know it may sound silly but I'm new to this. Thanks.
You can use a phone app with bluetooth to connect to the JB4 and change the settings/upgrade firmware etc. right through your phone. The real-time monitoring he had in the bottom right is from the JB4 screen. It can also record logs that you can view later to keep an eye on things.
@@St1ngerGuy you didn't answer his question. Cool that it does that, but does it stay on when you start the car or does he have to use his phone app to set map ? or does it remember where you left it when you turn off/on the car ?
@@rpmautoreviews9249 it does. if you connect it and tune it, the tune will stay permanently on the car until you connect it with the app on your phone and detune it back to stock. Tune is there to stay.
Some Quick Notes: Looked at some logs after the runs and on the final run my timing was off. This could be due to bad gas or spark plugs not gapped correctly. Most likely the gas since the plugs were pretty recently installed. My IATs on the final run were also higher about 30 degrees which is probably the biggest reason i didnt cross the 390whp mark. Pretty sure if i would have gave the car some more time to cool off the numbers would have been closer to what i was shooting for. Overall a pretty good increase from stock especially on the torque side.
I highly recommend the Agency Power Intercooler. Makes a significant difference in combating heat soak as it recovers quickly from sitting and maintains about 10 deg F over ambient pull after pull on the highway. I haven't tested it on the dyno yet though as that environment is a bit different but should still be an option improvement over stock. I also highly recommend getting the HKS M45il plugs, also gapped to 0.022". I ran Densos 5346 plugs and they were garbage after 12k. Lots of timing corrections even with 93/E30 on Map 3. Now I have the HKS and it's great, clean logs on Map 4.

I'm in the market to buy a GT 2022 - Been seeing a lot of JB4 and air intake MODS ... Question with the factory warranty. ... Is it an issue if something malfunctions in the engine or anything else when taking it to the dealer and asking for warranty to cover??
Bolt-ons will not void warranty. JB4 probably would, but if there was any type of issues or malfunctions with the car, they have to prove it was your mods that caused it. The JB4 can be unplugged and will not be detected in any way
How much they charge you to dyno? Looking to run my stinger to see what numbers it's actually making with the mods I've done so far. Not to many stingers out here in Queens
Your IATs were fine for the Map 0. However, the IATs for the other two runs were WAY TOO HIGH. The car doesn’t cool down as fast as you think it would. You have to open the hood and blow fans directly down on the turbos for almost an hour to really cool it off. Spraying very cold water on the intercooler and blowing air on the intercooler to evaporate the water works well too. Don’t get the Wagner intercooler. It is WAY too big. It covers the other radiators and some of the intercooler is covered up from the air stream. Just do the Agency Power or IMR intercoolers. Those are much less expensive and better in some cases.
Good video! 👍 I'm sure the intercooler will help but it seems you may have some spark plug issues. Like you said, with the mods you have plus the jb4, you should be in the 400 hp area easily in my opinion
