Hey broski, I scrolled past this and then thought about it more and came back up when i saw the viewcount. The video's got good editing quality, but to be honest I didn't even let it autoplay at first -- this is because there's no example art in your thumbnail. If you don't immediately show your audience that you've got the skill to be able to stake your claim and back up your words, they won't be tempted to click. UA-cam is all about offering an interesting premise to your audience, and then making good on that promise in the first few seconds. You offer them an endgame (a good lineart work example), and then immediately show them you're going to deliver on that offer throughout the video ("Im going to tell you how to take your lineart from this to THIS" with examples), and thus your viewer is enticed to watch and see the journey through - enticed by the promise you've given them and confident that their time spent here wont be a waste. Hope this helps, and good luck with your growth!
Thats a good tip. I catched a glimpse of her art on the video recommended next - an alien flash sheet that looked INSANE - and am on my way to see the rest of her content. I hope she gets the attention she deserves :)
Thank you for the recommendation! I'll keep that in mind, this is the first more tutorial based video I've done, so it's all definitely a learning experience. Thank you for taking the time for providing feedback!
This is an excellent idea, thank you
You're welcome! I hope it helps!
Brilliant.
Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words! I'll be sure to showcase my art more upfront!
