Thumbs up for experimenting with the tools available to us who are on the path to healing. It's always worth the time to experiment. Failures are just as valuable as successes. • The benefits I’ve enjoyed since abandoning the Standard American Diet (SAD) and adopting Keto (Jan 2020) and then changing to the Carnivore way of eating (June 2023 and not going back) (in no particular order): Excess weight gone, improved sleep, mental clarity, arthritis gone, able to remember why I went into another room, spider veins disappeared (I only had a few), sun and stove burns don’t hurt and are gone the next day, hardly any plaque and no bleeding gums at the dentist, rosacea gone, acne gone, mood improvement, cravings gone, ankle swelling gone, cracked heels gone, only have to take out the trash once every two weeks, and I never feel “hangry”
Hi Sarah, your turn will come. Trust the process ❤. I don't know Kerry but in Homestead How comments I put the idea of UK meat up to him. I got a surprise reply today which reads "I'd love to do a huge meet up there!" Focus on that thought and it will help you to stay motivavated 💪🥰
@@georgegoodenough823 That sort of meat up does motivate me. I like to imagine the day when Kerry says, "Shout out to my friend Sarah over at Healthy Carnivore UK" 😅😅
This is the list of allergies I give to people who are going to prepare my food: Canola Oil (Rapeseed Oil) Sunflower Oil Safflower Oil Peanut Oil Corn Oil Soybean Oil Rice Bran Oil Grape Seed Oil Sesame Oil Olive Oil Blends Margarine Then I give them a list of alternatives that I'm NOT allergic to: Pure Butter Ghee Duck Fat Beef Tallow Lard
Remember it’s not a diet Sarah. I believe there will be gradual changes in your body composition that do not necessarily register as weight loss. Give it more time and keep focused on health and your ability to avoid sugars
❤

You are looking healthier/better than the majority of women your age. Shouldn't be too worried about the weight (:
