I wonder what if Kratos and his brother destroyed Olympus together except this time demos stayed and rebuilt Olympus to make it a better place for humanity while Kratos went on an adventure and ended up in ragnorok
Would’ve been a cool reason to make GOW 2 player. But I guess this story wouldn’t be so tragic without that sting of knowing Kratos killed everyone. Even those who he had no ill will towards
this rly doesnt make a lot of sense. why all this being mentioned but nobody ever asked kratos why his skin is grey like ashes? i mean he kinda starts telling what happened to freya, but never truly how severe it is. kratos still wears the ashes of his dead family on his skin, that's like the most important thing about him since he can never ever forget it. and speaking of deimos, his red tattoo is to honor deimos, like what are these random bs connections with wolves n stuff?
They just thought people like Kratos have that skin color. Remember, there are many races in the 9 realms so a different skin color isn't that unusual. On another note, perhaps they just find it somewhat offensive like when Atreus asked why Brok is blue and Kratos seemed shocked.
@@silenthero2795Yeah I get that part but I feel like Kratos’ strange red markings would’ve been mentioned at least
@@cactus7198 well basically everyone there is heavely tatooed. Seeing how common it is, they probably think it's just a different art style
@@filippo5297 But every tattoo would have a specific meaning to the person's background. I'd think the tattoos would be the _first_ thing a Nord would ask him about because they clearly mean _something_ but they wouldn't be familiar with the Greek version's meaning.
A tattoo is like a resumé to these people, of course they'd have questions about the resumé they've never seen before
His spartan training involved surviving in the forests while being hunted by wolves…kinda understand why he wouldn’t be the biggest fan of wolves….
I didn't know Kratos is brother with a mazda
when did his wolves get taken?
is this after a side quest?
It makes zero sense for Kratos to be a jerk to his wolves; had this been God of War 2 Kratos, sure, but not at this point in his life.
Naw Deimos is still alive. He will be the next baddie
Is that alternate scene of Kratos telling Atreus about Deimos even canon?
I like Atreus better than Freya. At least he learns something new with Kratos.
So when will he tell Atreus about his daughter?
I wish he told Atreus that he had a half-sister but I guess Kratos didn't want to relive the memories he had with her nor wanting to answer Atreus questions like "how did she die?" Also the creators probably didn't know how to bring it up so they never added. I wish Atreus was able to see his father's past it wouldn't change how he feels about Kratos but he will know the reason why Kratos killed the Greek Gods and what Ares did.
It’s best he leaves it in the past. I mean, would you want to know you had a sibling decades or hundreds of years ago? Personally I wouldn’t care
What's the context for them to bring this up during this quest? What do the wolves have to do with Deimos? Why did Kratos ramdomly curse them?
What is that armor??
