I am so grateful for any support you choose to give, financial or emotional! 🙏 I had a little downtime and decided to try and learn a pool trick shot made famous by Steve Mizerak in a Miller Light Commercial in the late 70s:
• Miller Lite, 1978 11 2...
It went from a little fun to an almost 4 hour mission to succeed!

I really appreciate that you show both sides of this. Both your intense confidence that “this is the one” and your ire when a shot is “crap.” All of your videos show the many failures before success. It makes it so sweet when you win, man, Thanks for these!
I fucking STAND watching this when he is sooo close to succeed
+Tom E haha I'm glad you feel the suspense!
Jack Clare he means he stands up when he is close to succes
Rasmus Räsänen hahahahahaha I stand corrected
when he gets it and gets super excited i find myself sharing his enthusiasm. something about watching someone perfect a skill is just addictive to watch.
Someone: Mike what’s your hobby?
Mike: yes.
Lol

i was just about to like but then i saw how many likes there were
Learning would be a good answer
how about a handstand for 10, 15, or 30 seconds?
+Marcus Sakoda im on month 3 of handstand training and have only held for like 10 seconds. that's a lot of body awareness and strength building and you can only train them so much at a time before getting tired. he could try a handless kartwheel or something though
+starogre that's why it's a good suggestion for him to try to do. I'm on month 6 on learning to kickflip and he did it in 7 hours. Doing a handstand would an awsome thing for him to learn in the least amount of time.
Javier Castro and he's already learned muscle ups
@@starogre I learned a handstand in about 10 minutes and I hold it for more than 10 seconds
@@starogre im a powerlifter so i have the strength from training for a couple of years i have trouble balancing the walking handstands
im a pretty lazy person, but seeing your videos makes me so excited! I learned to juggle because of your video and my unicycle that I've had for 3 years will finally make it out of the garage this spring. Keep up the good work, not only are your videos fun to watch, but they are inspiring too:)
I'm a comedian and these videos inspire me. Learning comedy was a lot like learning to kickflip, you get kicked in the nuts a million times. lol. but for some reason you can't stop. I remember that first taste of success and the constant "this is the one" feeling driving me. Fantastic videos. Keep it up!
Not sure if it counts with the cue ball going in!
James Riley He did it again after that without it going in sooooo
James Riley yeah it does
If you watch the video all the way through, you might see why your comment is stupid.
None of us can do it, so I’d count it
Well its a whole loss if the cue goes in after no. 8

I don't know what it is, but something about your personality just makes you so much fun to watch on screen. It always feels like you're just having genuine fun doing this stuff. It's awesome.
Just binged a lot of your channel! Love your stuff man. I'll try to spread the word. You just earned yourself at least one sub.
+mac102938 awesome! thanks so much :)
Love your videos so much man. Must take a ridiculous amount of patients. Keep up the great work :)
Tom Settle he doesn’t have patients
Man ever since that video about learning how to kickflip I've been loving this channel

10/10 most entertaining videos on UA-cam
This is both the most satisfying and most stressful UA-cam video I’ve ever watched. Love it, well done. Your channel is absolute pure genius. Thank you
Well done
Some suggestions..
Spin a basketball on your finger for like 20 secs?
Throw a 180 on a darts board?
A minute of keepy ups or foot ball juggling?
Walk a tightrope?
Learn to back flip?
Any how.. Love the videos, really enjoy seeing your progression.
Try penspinning
Yeeeeeeeeesssss
Noooooooooo
Maaaaaaaaaybe
Love the video. The mini juggling in the middle was a good laugh :D
mike:far too hard.i hate that feeling.
also mike:this is like the most fun challenge i've ever had!!!!
Can you do "Learn how to read music" ?
PeopleCanFly23 That's easy at lmao someone could learn it in like 10 min
If you are using treble clef, just remember that the second line from the bottom is G. Just count the lines and spaces up and down to find out what the other notes are. Going up, the notes go in alphabetical order from A-G. Once you reach G, the notes start over from A.
He plays guitar so hecan easily do that
He already knows that I believe, as he did a learning an instrument video
its not hard all you gotta know is middle c splits the tremble clef and bass clef and you just need to know the spaces F-A-C-E and put the letters in between and for bass its A-C-E-G for the spaces from bottem to top :D
When you notice the video lasts 4 minutes 20 second
Nice
3:10
You´re going to be BIG man ! Keep it up, I can literally smell the Subs coming :D
This video is kickass and it is a very hard trick, and Ik why you were having trouble on the first two tables, the first two tables you were playing in were English Pool tables, they usually have a different felt with different cushion design and pockets, it’s harder ti make the ball in the corner so that’s why it kept jawing in the pocket, the table you made the trick on was an American pool table, while the rails and corner pockets or more forgiving and guide the ball in the pocket, especially with the diagonal cut of the pocket, it’s much harder to make it in the sides, plus it’s hard with an American table due to size difference, English tables are usually 6ft-7ft while American tables can be 6ft-10ft, both are set with their own challenges, but never takes away from the shot, good on ya buddy❤️🤙🏼
How about learning to curve a football / soccer ball and scoring.
Learn a knucleball
KPOPMV020HD knuckleball is better cos it's harder.

brilliant video mike, greetings from melbourne AU. wish great fortune in life
This video has been up for 5 years and It is still in my recommended
Holy shit, this is easily one of the most motivating and entertaining channels ever. I know it's humanly impossible to do videos much more frequently than you've been doing it, but i feel that's the only thing keeping you from blowing up on UA-cam. Great video nonetheless and congratulations on your patience and perseverance.
Mike, found your channel through the Bootcamp Guardian article today. Great videos, nice sense of humour and really good editing!
+deanopain nice one. Is it in hard print or just online? Need to nip to the shops if its been printed!
Online for me! Not sure about the paper.
Mizerak's little book on pool (which includes this awesome trick shot) is still my favorite. BTW 3:57 is also me when I complete a bank shot, lol
It was really interesting to see in the blooper reel that you swore a lot more when you were with your friends...
I love these videos
+zak taylor great thanks so much
2:36 “are you too good for your home, ball?” Happy Gilmour reference
2:33
Love this channel! It needs more exposure.
I am now learning to juggle, stack dice and do the the basketball balancing thing 🏀
By far the funnest channel to watch! Your determination is inspiring!! Love the fact that you're inexperienced at most of your challenges. If you can do it, I can do it! Subscribed immediately!
Is it just me that want to see more skate challenges?
Thank you for the great videos, they are so motivational and addictive! The editing is perfect. Just backed you on patreon. Good luck on more videos. Would love to see keepie uppies, basketball in hoop from a distance, backflip.
Very Very Nice ! I can't wait to see what you will learn next!
Brilliant.
Such an inspiration source you are
Inspiring videos. thank you. I'd love to see you learn to throw a ball further (than?) or do the splits (is it even possible?) or play the trumpet (a simple tune) or a flip (head over heels without touching the ground) or do (5) pull-ups. Some of these need weeks rather than days of practice, but maybe not so many hours - and it would be great to see really how many hours of dedication are needed.
Every Video I Watch Is Entertaining

YASSSSSS. Love these videos.
YES KEEP IT UP MIKE I LOVE THIS
I feel so happy when he accomplishes it it makes me smile
I suppose it counts for learning a couple tips and tricks out of just that one trick. if you were to master 5-20 tricks of which all are different in variety and tecniqe then THAT'LL count at learning some pool trickshots. BUT I respect how went along with this.
OMG! I just watched the juggling video. Haha!
Learn to code now
+GamerThatSucks13 Too boring to watch.
He did by reading a book lol
What coding language tho? All of them? Backend or front end?
he did while he was learning how to hack
GTS13 I wanna try that sooo bad but I don't know where to start
The few tries before the last reminded me of the moving box from The Office
This guy is possibly the one man in Scotland you most want to invite to a party xD

I would quit in the middle of all the projects you do
Ill try the dice stacking and card throw and thats about it
I don't think it's that hard, but learning how to Kip/Kick up is pretty impressive, would love to watch you learn it.

On that last blue pool table, you can see that there’s a mark from him setting up the cue ball and shooting it so many times
I wanna see you learn to drift!
Loving the happy Gilmore reference
