Me and brother have been both making strides this year to be men who aren’t in a hurry and aren’t stressed. Life has never been so precious to me as it has been the past few months.
I’m glad I realized that peace of mind comes from searching within spiritually through God. I’m only 24 and I’m thankful for everything ❤ God Bless you all
Perhaps this is the greatest skill to master... Trying to find a way back home and securing its peace amid the present conditions that plague the planet.
This speech ' be at peace' and ' life is hard' is two speeches I'll keep coming back to when I'm at my lowest. I'm very grateful for your wisdom & and compassion, sir.
Peace is in Jesus. That's where I look for it. ETA: as Dewayne says, get the turmoil out of your life, mind your business. Set your boundaries. I've been trying this too, and it definitely helps.
Peace is within, no external force can press upon you if you do not accept. I suggest observing yourself in the third person perspective, look at how you react to things, ask yourself is this the person you want to be?
Try study some stoicism, there's a lot of good books by great stoic men. And don't be afraid of having faith. No matter what faith you chose, may you be at peace 🙏🏻
Jesus is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). Have you ever gone to him in search of peace? As a personal testimony, I spent sixteen years wanting peace and having nothing but turmoil in my heart and mind. Only when I came to Jesus and his sacrifice at Calvary and put all my faith and trust in him to pay my debt for my sins did I find unexplainable peace (Philippians 4:7). Prior to that I was worried did I do this right, or did I say a prayer right, or whatever else I was worried about so I never had peace because I was relying on what I did. It was all about me. I found no peace in that. True everlasting peace only cames through complete and utter reliance solely on Jesus and his payment to pay for me so that i can go free with His peace. It’s amazing that he would do that for me but it has been such a blessing to have peace in all aspects of life now that I have been born again and thus became a child of God. I pray you are able to find His peace!
This is the exact moment and exact video I needed to figure out how you made it all, and boy is this the life lesson! Warmest greetings and respect from Orthodox Christian from Serbia, Europe. Salut to you Sir and the plain wisdom you selflessly share. God Bless You. ❤

Dwayne is the type of men the world needs, not quick to judge, willing to process information and make a fair thought. Willing to stand up for what he believes, willing to give in when its for the better. Willing to be quite in loud times. offering wisdom where he see's a need. politics are always a bad and touchy subject, but Dwayne could be a leader, to all.
So I understand where I hold you, Dwaine, good man. Many say “I wish you had been my father”, but that doesn’t put it right. You’re ‘Grampa Dwaine’. You’re the role model, stability and wisdom that so many of us are lacking in this modern world without close community and strong family forms. A man that has been through hell and back, that worked through his issues and learned from life. An imperfect man, but wise man. Thank you Grampa Dwaine❤️🙏🏻✝️
Respect is a vine with logic and reason as branches. Some people were never taught, some never learned. Some people are wired differently. No amount of empathy, logic, reason, want of remedy, cure, or removal of controversy will reach by any means applied. It's hard to accept that there isn't a way to have the conversation that leads to a handshake, a new beginning, or a clean end. If continued with the misguided or tangled wiring the carousel of continued misinterpretations or deaf ears will continue. Don't throw a rope to king Kong unless you know God of Haven walks with you. Some don't want to give up on hoping the change can come. Sometimes prayer and leaving it to God is the only answer. We don't learn this in school. Thanks for your work. It reaches. It connects. It's needed in today's society and communities. Whatever is left of it can be shored up and rebuilt, or just reminded of how we do.
I am in this situation right now, the last year of my life has been a disaster. I'm trying to get a job and I hear nothing back from nobody. I wondering if I was going to make it through this but I'm slowly coming out of it. The only 2 friends I had have turned out to be dishonest at the least. I'm done with the drama and the bullsh*t from everyone. I was never taught anything about finding your own peace but I am figuring it out on my own. Peace is all I want in my life now. Some days are better than others, and some days I truly feel like I have fallen completely back down in the hole. It's like being out in the middle of the ocean in a row boat. Thank you for this video.
I grew up in an environment full of fighting, verbal abuse and exploitation.I get used to it. The art of Don't give a fuck. How to avoid the drama and how to take care of my self.I learnt how to be in peace. I learnt to respect my self. I learnt how to set boundaries, and never brake them. I built like that. It don't get any better... I'm growing and learning everyday how to become a better, more valuable person, with dignity and interiority. Thanks Mr Dwayne for sharing wisdom and knowledge to young fellas out there. Vlad, 19, from Greece.
Raised as a Christian and encouraged to help the less fortunate, I had my boundary gates open to every hard luck story and it ate me up. Fortunately, I realised boundary care and building peace within are foundations for being strong in spirit. Just like you said. Thank you sir.
I am now 68 years old. I finally about five years ago, set boundaries and went no contact with the narcissistic people in my life. They caused me so much stress and anxiety that it affected my health. I am disabled and have had six spinal surgeries. .I am now at peace, I’ve excepted everything and I am a big believer in my relationship with Jesus Christ. I’m probably the happiest I’ve ever been. I don’t have many friends anymore .I have my relationship with my husband 30 years. We don’t socialize very often. . ❤
I had what I have called an unpeaceful home life growing up. I played sports growing up and went to work for a man who taught me how to frame houses. Very patient man. I would work hard all day and go to the gym in the evening to help “release” anger. I became a firefighter several years later, which of course, is stressful. Saw a lot of pain and suffering while doing my best with my crew to help alleviate some of the pain and suffering of others. I’m retired now but still keep busy and love woodworking and building stuff. I’ve realized that the peace I have is really God’s Peace that He gives to me when I make myself available and open to Him. I’ve learned that when I do my part by creating a “quiet place”, whether that be in a quiet little chapel, or an out of the way place in nature or even in my own home, then at some point during that quiet time God visits me with His Peace. I’ve always been somewhat introverted and a lone wolf, though I do like being around people, but I also like my “alone time” just to “be” and I do try to stay away from the noise of the world. I will say it’s been a long road to get where I am now and it’s not for the faint of heart. I also have learned that my strength to persevere is from God. He doesn’t ask me to be the strongest man in the arena, but to just keep getting up and walking toward Him and just not quit. Resting is fine, just don’t quit the journey.
This couldn't have come at a better time, Just went back to seeing a therapist for severe Depression, Anxitey, People pleasing, ASD and so on. One of the topics i struggle with is setting boundaries due to the people pleasing but day by day I want to find my peace and finally put my foot down, Thank you for the reminder and reassurance sir!
Don't worry about people pleasing. I have ASD too and was diagnosed with pretty much every mental health disorder. Once I left the treatment, therapists, and toxic family members and friends behind I healed. Most people will never understand. I found people who like and appreciate me. They are all over 70 years old, I guess I'm an old soul. The truth is our culture is broken and poisonous. Life will get better. Focus on yourself, eat healthy, exercise, follow your special interests and passions. Flourish in your own way and never compare yourself to anyone but your own past self. Much love to you and I hope you do well!
I'm from Brazil and would like to thank you very much for your words of wisdom, they helped me to see that i was looking for peace in the wrong places.
Thanks for posting all these talks on the internet for us Dwayne, I really cannot fully express how grateful I & I'm sure many others are for these discussions. You've helped a lot of people figure things out and see things differently, It means the world to all of us, thanks for everything you do Dwayne & I pray that one day I find myself with even just half as much wisdom as you.
how can I find peace in this world where 1) literal satanic stuff is happening full of pain and horror and 2) we all die without being able to change it thank you sir
“But take heart; I have overcome the world” and “Choose this day whom you will serve” God is on the throne (Psalm 2) and allows everything, so don’t worry about anything (Matthew 6) and always remember that though in this world we will have hardship, we have an eternal peace waiting for us on the other side (Hebrews 12). So continue serving Him, and know that while you may not be able to change anyone or anything else without God’s providence, you can do one thing: choose the Lord every day over the world and Satan.
Amen to that. In my younger days, I could be a mean, nasty S.O.B. As I got older, I learned to reflect back on my actions, and it scared the hell out of me. It was at that point, that I started to learn how to be at peace. It is a better way to live life.
I'm Brazilian and I've been following and really enjoying your analyses, tips and advice. Even though I'm Catholic, I agree with almost 100% of your ideas.
Hello, Dewayne! Best regards from Eastern Europe ) I was just about to write a comment on whether you could do a video or include in one of your incoming ones the topic of intimidation. When someone is trying to intimidate you for whatever reasons, both in and outside of you, but I think this video answered my questions about that well enough. In one of your older videos you said that you have a heart for young people. Very rarely do I see someone translate their words into actions as unequivocally as you do it. The sheer fact that every time I listen to you talking about whatever it is that's on your mind, it feels like I'm in the same room sitting across from you, speaks for itself. It can be deceiving when you're down and yet the person you're talking to isn't saying what you'd like to hear. But in my experience, both personal and as an observant, the best help is the unapologetic one. All the best to you and yours!
Thank your for this. I am 24 years old, have had a lot of medical stuff happen in my short time here on earth, and I have learned a little bit about peace. Mainly that some people don’t like your boundaries, but it’s really hard when you have a very close relationship with a friend and they cross that boundary. Something I’m dealing with right now. Please keep doing these videos.
Proverbs 9:10-12 “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For by me your days will be multiplied, And years of life will be added to you." If we stay in God's word, we will have the wisdom to stay away from things that hinder our peace. I've never been more at peace than I am when I'm on fire for the Lord. He gives us wisdom through His word.
I subscribe to both of your Dry Creek and Tack Room Bible channels, and they've been unbelievably helpful and brought nothing but wisdom to my life, and I'm grateful for finding your content. I hope and wish nothing but the best for you and your family. God bless you, Sir.
1 Peter 3:9-11 Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing ,because to this you were called so that you may receive a blessing. For, " whoever would love life and see good days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from deceitful speech .He must turn from evil and do good. Glory to God.
I try protect my peace at all cost. Been through too much turmoil to get where I am at and I won't let anyone stand in my way of where I'm still going. I am at peace, but have not yet carved out the full life of peace I desire. I know what I need to do to get there and people can either come with me, or get cut out. 🙏🙌

Thanks for mentioning the November situation, Dwayne. This feeling of disquiet is universal. Im from Mexico, living in Spain, and both countries are also going through serious social problems. Don’t even get me started on the rest of Europe. Thank you for your wise words, we all need this kind of advice.
Helping people find peace with God, is what a peace maker is to me. To start with Jesus and find peace of God, will eventually bring us to pursue peace with our neighbours. We need to remember, we are not home yet. God Bless.
Well said, as im from europe and we have our own fires to be put down, i can honestly say that peace ive found is conected to 3 things : ending 10 years of toxic relationship, as my friends ask me why ive whistand such years i always reply: i was hoping shell change. Second meeting my current dear Suzzy and that conects with the third point her introducing jesus and church to my life as for im eternaly gratefull. Yes ive found my peace on body and soul.
I'm 54 been working since I've been about 13 sad I only experience peace after I was diagnosed with cancer I feel like I don't have a lot to lose so I'm just enjoying my time while I still have some
Thanks Dewayne, needed this one! Dealing with temper as well so I’m better with horses and life. Peace is the only answer. To have that you have to get the bull crap out of your life. Thanks
Peace - "the removal of turmoil". That's pretty good. I like also Grahame Cook's: "peace is not the absence of pressure. Peace is when the pressure on the inside equals the pressure on the outside". Different angle, but I believe equally as true.
Spot on. I am 44 and been walking with Jesus for 6 years now. Man I was the worst of the worst but no more. I've stopped the things causing chaos in my life including alcohol and my state of mind. It came naturally with Jesus. Stopped social media load music, it's the worldly things I know longer desire. I desire peace above all. I find myself in rooms with everyone complaining about the ways of the world with no solutions. Sounds to much like whining to me, like victomehood. The problem is it's at work so I have to be the bad guy and ask them to change the subject or I leave. There is no getting away from it at times so I try to break off some wisdom and shift the conversation to this. It will not stop and you can't run from it but you can choose to stand against it. They all know at work I don't want to hear complaining without solutions, and i don't care what celebrities are doing. If that makes me the bad guy so be it. I cannot go back to who I was and the chaos invites that old rage in me. After doing all to stand, stand again. Thank you for the video.
I wish I had someone like this to have been able to talk to as younger man. His wisdom and the way he puts it into words is easy to understand. God bless you sir and your family!!
A war vet here suffering a lil bit of ptsd... i came into this conclusion when i finished my service but i always thought that there's something wrong with not wanting to be the same person i was i had to clear my closet and make a change... this video told me i made the right decision 100%. Thank you sir.
Thank you 🙏 Dewayne. Good stuff! Peace and prosperity is the goal and neither can be achieved with a person who has an empty soul hidden behind a mask. Respect the dead as you respect yourself and leave them where they stand or lay. Render them irrelevant and tend to your own pasture. However, if that horse, bull, coyote keeps trespassing… well, even a humble virtuous cowboy knows and understands when it is time to put a horse down. Have no room for hate in your heart, but also have no tolerance for the trespasser. Mercy, forgiveness, and vengeance is in Gods hands and even He has washed His hands of them long ago. Stake your ground, build and maintain formidable boundaries, mend your fences, treat others as you wish to be treated, and take no $hit!
Peace of mind is among my most valued possessions. I thank The Most High for granting this to me amidst all l the chaos and drama in this world. Been through a lot and still have some time to go but darn it, I refuse to be stressed. It's not good for the mind, body, or spirit and I want to enjoy my life and all the things God has been gracious enough to give me.

The key to creating your own peace is by removing the turmoil around you. Very true!
Perhaps this is the greatest skill to master...
Trying to find a way back home and securing its peace amid the present conditions that plague the planet.
Yes sir! I’m a man of peace, born in chaos, brought through hell and back. Look how powerful God is!
God sucks
This speech ' be at peace' and ' life is hard' is two speeches I'll keep coming back to when I'm at my lowest. I'm very grateful for your wisdom & and compassion, sir.
I been searching for peace for 40 years. I hope one day I can truly find it before I die
Trust God to grant you peace friend
AMEN. Peace is a Priceless Treasure.
This is the exact moment and exact video I needed to figure out how you made it all, and boy is this the life lesson! Warmest greetings and respect from Orthodox Christian from Serbia, Europe. Salut to you Sir and the plain wisdom you selflessly share. God Bless You. ❤
Hello from another Serbian Orthodox Christian in Southern California.
Dear Dewayne, I also needed to see this video this morning and hear your affirming words. Let peace begin with me. Thank for sharing.

Your clear sight into the nature of the state of the world is a drink of water in the desert. The fruits of reason are evident in everything you share. Thanks Dwayne ❤
As a city boy from Detroit thank you sir I’m trying to find the path
Spirituality has been described as dealing w the stuff on the inside rather than just react. This is a talk about spirituality and being a growing up. Thank you 🙏
Dwayne is the type of men the world needs, not quick to judge, willing to process information and make a fair thought.
Would love to smoke a cigar and have a glass of whisky with this man!!!!!!!!
But at a safe distance 😊

Whatever is left of it can be shored up and rebuilt, or just reminded of how we do.
very powerful comment
It's a crazy world out there indeed.
You been reading my mail?
I’m in a variation of your situation man, there’s gonna be some stormy times but also sunny days. Hang in there.
Hang in there. It will get better. I'm suffering, too. We just cannot give up.
Praying for you.
@@ericanonymous7859 thank you, I will for you and everyone who is struggling right now.
Thank you for this teaching! We have had seriously deranged encrouchers of persons and properties for 20+ years. And more.

You’re just a kid. You don’t know what’s coming, trust me….
Raised as a Christian and encouraged to help the less fortunate, I had my boundary gates open to every hard luck story and it ate me up. Fortunately, I realised boundary care and building peace within are foundations for being strong in spirit. Just like you said. Thank you sir.
Many can relate. We spent years trying to be good like Jesus. Well look what happened to Jesus. History repeats itself
Good message! "For let none of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evil-doer, or AS A MEDDLER IN OTHER MEN'S MATTERS." 1 Peter 4:15
My peace is the only thing that keeps me sane.
Beautiful. Nurse here. Still working at 54 and finally finding peace. ❤ happy 4th of july!

Great word of advice thank you 🙏🏿
Live peacably without fear and don't let your regrets drag you down ...
how can I find peace in this world where 1) literal satanic stuff is happening full of pain and horror and 2) we all die without being able to change it
thank you sir
“But take heart; I have overcome the world” and “Choose this day whom you will serve”
God is on the throne (Psalm 2) and allows everything, so don’t worry about anything (Matthew 6) and always remember that though in this world we will have hardship, we have an eternal peace waiting for us on the other side (Hebrews 12).
👍🏻👍🏻 Just turned 71, and I want nothing more than to work quietly and to have some time to tie a few fishing flys.
I'm Brazilian and I've been following and really enjoying your analyses, tips and advice. Even though I'm Catholic, I agree with almost 100% of your ideas.
Just like Dwayne found peace and can share it with us all, I can feel some peace while I seat here and listen to his wisdom
I was feeling panicky and this settled me down. Thank u
I'm 64 years old and you sir just gave me the best advice I have ever gotten. Thank you my friend.

Proverbs 9:10-12
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For by me your days will be multiplied, And years of life will be added to you."
If we stay in God's word, we will have the wisdom to stay away from things that hinder our peace. I've never been more at peace than I am when I'm on fire for the Lord. He gives us wisdom through His word.
absolutely. Always I`m on fire for the LORD I feel fulfilled. The opposite is that we get conflicted, misguided, lost.
Many of us are trying to create a peaceful environment in order to be at peace but Jesus gives peace in the middle of the storm.
Thank you so much for this wisdom-filled teaching. I already shared it with several of my coaching clients.
I subscribe to both of your Dry Creek and Tack Room Bible channels, and they've been unbelievably helpful and brought nothing but wisdom to my life, and I'm grateful for finding your content. I hope and wish nothing but the best for you and your family.

"Self respect is a personal boundaries"
Oh What a beautiful truth.
1 Peter 3:9-11 Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing ,because to this you were called so that you may receive a blessing. For,
" whoever would love life
and see good days
must keep his tongue from evil
and his lips from deceitful speech .He must turn from evil and do good.
Glory to God.
Gonna listen to this everyday til I get my peace.
Amen, Sir 🙏
Thank you for these beautifully simple reminders 🙏❤🙏
So much truth. We should talk Dwayne. God bless you brother.
I thank Jesus for this man's wisdom given from God!
Great message. We often chase complicated answers but the simple things are what matter.

Thanks
True words. Great sage advice.
Thank you Dewayne
Thank you for your calm and straight forward decent honest truth,God bless you abundantly and always.
Corruption not going away anytime soon so look for your piece. I loved that quote.
I'm 31 and live my everyday in constant work stress. Hearing this while I'm at work seems like a relief.
I wish I had someone like this to have been able to talk to as younger man. His wisdom and the way he puts it into words is easy to understand. God bless you sir and your family!!
It ain't my rodeo. It ain't my bull. In any sense of the word, "bull." Not. Mine. Amen. Hallelujah. Thank you so much for this video.
A war vet here suffering a lil bit of ptsd... i came into this conclusion when i finished my service but i always thought that there's something wrong with not wanting to be the same person i was i had to clear my closet and make a change... this video told me i made the right decision 100%. Thank you sir.
Good luck for your new happy different life ❤
I never had a father or mother, but if I did I'd want them to have this type of beautiful wisdom. Thank You sir
This might be your most important message and video, cowboy 👍 Well said. Thank you.

When you protect your peace make sure not to pussyfoot around and be hesitant. The sooner you get your message across the more weight it holds.
Sounds like wisdom and truth lead to peace 🕊️
