Fabulous video! Not only was the 1 bed loft gorgeous but you did a great job showing all the common areas.
I ended up moving here from your original tour a few months ago! As a current resident to anyone interested in this building: The community of people is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and inviting. The amenities and most of the staff is amazing. While the units and overall building is nice, it seems like they used cheap contractors. A lot of the units appliances and fixtures seem to be falling apart within the first few months of living here not only for me but for some other residences as well. Waiting to see how management responds as the building expands!

Thank you for the update, Caroline! Your videos are amazing and super helpful! I kind of have an odd request but can you show more apartments that have hardwood floors as opposed to carpet? I’m looking to move to Vegas in October and noticed most of the apartments there are either fully carpeted or have a carpeted bedroom and I hate apartments with carpet.
You’re very welcome ☺️ I will try to show more hardwood floor apartment. It’s just when I get to the apartments I don’t know how they are inside until I get there sometimes the apartments only show the renovated apartments online oppose to the one they have available (which is silly lol) but yes I will try to add more. I myself hate carpet specially when you live in this heat lol 😆

@@ForSebastian for me it would be vestra because your surrounded by shops and restaurants. And if you want a social life that would be the best place for you.. ☺️ But it is hard because both properties offer a good community
@@carolinelopez91 Thank you. I haven’t been by yet but I like the surrounding of vestra better but like the Evora room size better so it’s a tough without an in depth walkthrough.

do you know how much the studios will start at?
So they could start at $2000 that’s what they were last time, but it all depends on where the apartment is located if it’s on the high floor it would be abit more if it were on the first floor then it’s abit cheaper like in the $2000. Once they have some available I will check their prices ☺️
The cheapest I seen the studios starting at for mid floors was around 1850!
