Caroline , I’m looking at moving to the the Las Vegas/Henderson surrounding areas in 2025. Your videos has help a lot. I’m retired, living my best active life and during my professional career I’ve been to Las Vegas a number of times. So far, I’ve seen quite a few in your channel that I really liked. Nice! That gym is the first apt gym I have seen with two levels, love it! Usually, you get 2 treadmills, two bikes and weights...lol no matter what you are paying , This place is pretty nice 👍

I'm not even looking for an apartment and i want to live there. The price difference from state to state is just ridiculous. I live in LA, and I know ppl that already have been living in Vegas prepandemic think these prices are high. My daughter moved to Fullerton, CA. last year 2b2b these same amenities $3500. The building is kept up but it's not new and definitely didn't have these top of the line appliances. Her rent is more than my mortgage.
These prices are ridiculously high. Comparing it to Commiefornia doesn't make it seem reasonable
@MrChumpus They're reasonable compared to alot of places. For brand new and all that's included. Just because you can't afford it doesn't make it unreasonable. I'm in CA and there are definitely places here I can't afford to live. That's why there should be a wide range of price points, so everyone can afford a roof over their head.
@@ebo9963 i live in Vegas and rent a nice 1400 square ft house for $1150/month. $1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment is ridiculous. People fleeing and trash like the raiders moving here from ca caused this. Just because it is comparable doesn't make it reasonable
@MrChumpus And that is the exact same point I made about CA. My daughter pays more in rent than I do on my mortgage. And Nevada is cheaper, which it is. Good Lort, calm down.

Hi Caroline, if possible, can you show some 3 bedrooms on your tours? We just secured a 3 bedroom at a great place we love but I still like to keep my eye out , you never know and I love what they're doing with these newer places. Ours is new, open since 2020 but some of these fixtures, like the newer showers, I wish we had that. Everything else here is new but they still kept the older, standard tub shower combo, which I hate . Just eh , nothing great about the way it looks yet everything else is fancy. Thanks!

So I got a reply and he says "Here at the community residents would only be able to pay 3 months of rent at a time if they chose to, but a credit and background check is still required as part of the screening and approval process" I hope this helps ☺
