These are brilliant‼️ Albeit, if I am honest with myself, my budget would be stretched to a thread. Still, the fees are so much better than SoCal. This is one of the rare times I would consider a studio. The studio loft really appeals to me.
Yikes. I lived in Vegas back in 2007 and paid $900 for a 1,000 sq ft new construction apartment. For $2100 a month (for a studio!!) you might as well be living in L.A. or any other major metro city.
@@themango9644Correct. I paid like $950 in 2014 in Vegas, for an almost $800 sqft 1 bedroom apartment in a guard gated community, with elevators and garages. Now that 1 bedroom can go for the same prices you see here. I lucked out with a 1 bd luxury apartment for $1700 with fees. To get the best, you have to pony up. $2100 in LA is not the same as most other major cities.
Wow now that’s an amazing complex. The fact that it’s still under construction is a great thing. No tainted apartments lol. Nice to see your other half doing videos with you. On a side note, can you do Vestra at UnCommons? Keep up the great work!
Gotta make a bag 😂😂😂 4k a month is pretty pricey but yet compared to Cali it doesn’t seem as bad 💀 50-60k in rent is wild I’ll spend half that thank you
Hi Caroline Do you have a recent breakdown of all costs fees and credit & income requirements and documents acceptable for proof of income for Evora and Vestra? When you call the agents seem to get annoyed with all the questions lol..
@@ginger7778 Hi, yes I do have a breakdown I did put it up on the video but maybe the quality is bad sorry. Now I would go on their website and check for current prices but then add this- water, trash, sewer and pest control on a studio and 1bed is $110- application fee is $50 admin fee is $300- If you have good credit it’s $500 deposit- surface parking is free underground parking is $100 a month- pet rent is $50 non refundable pet fee is $150 and refundable pet deposit is $300- 1 months paystub and you have to make 2.5 x base rent with EVORA.
@@ginger7778 I’m sorry they were rude I can’t stand when people don’t help! With the vestra video I did add all the fees you will just have to add the current pricing for their units ☺️
Music too loud, voices too low. And you might start the video with where the place is. With all your videos, you give some good info, but I have to google map where the places are.
Thank you for the recognition and this fantastic video! We really appreciate the shout out!
Absolutely!!!! Once everything is complete I would love to come and take another tour!! ☺️
@@carolinelopez91 We would love that!

I want that loft but wouldn’t pay that unless it’s a house
Yeh it is a beautiful loft but I agree with you ☺️
You have to make over $100,000/year to afford it?

Those apts are EXTREMELY too high why she didn’t take you inside the gym instead of looking through the window I didn’t like that
She couldn’t take me inside the gym because she didn’t have the key to go inside, plus it wasn’t ready it was still empty. ☺️
You have to be on HUGE CRACK to pay luxury MORTGAGE money on an apartment.
I live in DC..2200 is definitely not mortgage money. Now 4500 is another story lol
