It is a gated community, they do not have any elevators. Located in the Spring Valley area. You have to make 3x base rent. Located 8 minutes away from Walmart and many other shops.
Prices right now:
2x2 upstairs starting at $1,655 (water, sewer and trash included in the rent)
1x1 with a den starting at $1,550 (water, sewer and trash included in the rent)
Application fee: $50
Security deposit: $300 OAC
Admin fee: $200 due at move-in

One of the things I was looking for in anapartment in the fall of 2023 after renting a house for 11 years was a pet friend community not too far from where I work. I needed a two bedroom for me and my son and couldn't find anything in my budget at that time. After looking for at least two months before moving, I decided to buy a townhome. With apartments you have the application fee per person, deposit, income requirements, pet deposit, etc. I don't know if I made the right decision by buying but so far it's working out.

This place is pretty nice I like the last unit you showed here. The requirements are crazy I don’t have rental history being under 30 in Los Angeles lol no one qualifies to have any history these days 😂😢😢😢😢 at my age. Most people are stuck because it’s 3x the rent out here
I know it’s become insane over here with there silly requirements. Also I’m heading to the empire today ☺️
@@carolinelopez91 oh yay safe travels in this heat. I wish we could get you a cooler ice neck fan. Idk how I did it but I would walk to Chick-fil-A near palms and take a walk last year lol I had a fan in my babies stroller and got breakfast everyday lol 🥰🥰 I was sent some photos of that a while ago.

How is the sound level at these apartments? Do you think the walls are thin?
Now that I’m not sure, just because I don’t live in these apartments.. but from what I see here in Las Vegas the older construction were built a bit better then the new construction I feel like they make new ones faster now so the quality goes out the window. Hopefully this helps ☺️
Do you know of any good apartments that are furnished & month to month?
I would have to look, but I know there has to be some here in Vegas ☺️

Why do they need bank statements if you see my credit report?
Bank statements focus on account transactions and balance, while credit card statements detail purchases, payments, and credit management, with credit cards often offering rewards.
No shot I'd ever let them look at my financials beyond the credit report.
