These are really brilliant‼️🙌🏽🙌🏽 I have high ceilings and it truly makes a smaller space seem so much larger. The only thing that saves my heart when I see a place like this after already moving, is that I probably cannot meet the 3x the rent qualification criteria. 🤣

I really like the floorplan and the vaulted ceilings. The location is good with a lot of stores, eating places and retail nice thank you.
I live at a sister property n had to take alot of my furniture to GOODWILL the living area is extremely small kitchen big n bathrooms nice size just very small living area

Caroline, Id love to see you review One60 apartments in henderson. The photos online seem pretty standard but their pricing includes direct access garages. I’ve been wanting to go view but they rarely have any apartments not being rented because noone wants to leave but if you get lucky!!! Id love to hear your thoughts

I love this place. The only negative about it is that they don't have a pantry for food or coat closets.
In most of these layouts they have plenty of cabinets and a massive closet. But overall it will definitely hold a lot of your dry food for sure ☺️
Can you do Prime apartments, they on Cambridge st please? I like the mid rise apartments also considering Mark one apartments they are close to each other and both offer 10th floor 😊 beautiful views starting at around 1080$ and near the strip!!

Dang the reviews at Milan are baaaad. Makes me so nervous to rent here when every apartment has such scathing reviews. How much are they to be trusted?
@@lloydo66 honestly I agree it’s very hard to find apartments without the bad reviews here… I always say go out and have a feel for the neighborhood and the apartments management team and see if it feels right or not. I have found that reviews are personal experience some may have great experience and some may have horrible experiences. When I was living at the 211 downtown at first it was great then it got bad for us but others had great experiences so it really depends on what happened to the individual you know. ☺️

So nice! Enterprise better than Spring Valley? Seem like a lot stuff is close by. I heard about scorpion 🦂 issues in the southwest hoods. 🥂
Honestly they are so close that they’re the same, you have your good and bad area. This apartment I feel is located in a great area because of how close you are to everything. And it is the desert so creepy crawlers are everywhere, but I have lived here for 5 years and I have not seen or encountered a scorpion, just bugs unfortunately but they normally die by the time they get inside since I keep my place pretty clean ☺️

Hi ☺️ I live in the area southern Highlands, these are beautiful apartments and they are very insulated so I’m pretty sure you will not hear your neighbors. Plus the area is pretty good 😊

Omg I think this is the building. Extremely affordable even for a 2x2. I’m stuck between this one and Vestra at UnCommons. 🤔 I don’t have a car so walking distance to restaurants is ideal.

I live here and it has been a great change from Aspire at Tropicana. Unfortunately, Tropicana has been going down the drain.
