Toyota 2.5 Engine oil change

Quick run down of the process to change the oil on a 2016 Toyota Rav4 with 15,000 miles on the oil aswell as how to reset the maintenance lights.

Isn't the torque on the oil pan drainplug suppose to be 40 N•m (30 ft.lbs.)? 9 ft.lbs. on the oil filter drainbolt.

I believe the housing is 18ft lbs which kind of seems high. 9 for the metal drain plug from the housing.

30 ft.lbs on the oil pan drainplug. So the oil filter housing cap is only a bit less than half that much. Doesn't seem high to me. 🤔
