We have a very emaciated great Dane with no muscle at all. Do we still give the exact measurements for what he currently is? Or for what he will be after getting several good meals in him?
It is an actual medical need for some dogs with an esophagus issue. At least they asked why they would use such a chair instead of just jumping to conclusions. Asking a question is never silly or stupid.

It's a way to feed dogs that suffer from megaesophagus - it helps the food go down to the stomach, instead of getting stuck in the esophagus.
