- Setting up a supplement system for roofing insurance claims and insurance restoration general contracting claims needs to be one of your top priorities right now. My advice is to set up a supplementing system made up of three separate departments: the inspection department, the Xactimate estimate writing department and the insurance claim supplementing department. You need an inspector, an Xactimate estimate writer and an insurance claim supplementer. Watch the video to find out more about what I am referring to.

Chad you're super helpful actually describing the whole process. There are companies that partially work outside of America (welcome to globalization) that have local estimators but foreign staff that help US Contractors with the supplement process, and they're training new, completely unfamiliar foreign employees. Let's just say that you describe it in a way that's easy for someone like that to understand how it all works. Because in my country our insurance claim process, while *very* similar because it was copy pasted from the American one, is still not as refined.

Well I feel like that's fine as well, but mostly info of course. Knowing about a person's life helps understand where they're coming from, like the fact that Chad used to be in federal prison, I feel like that's an important piece of info
