Can’t wait! Can we do the workout with weights instead of the band ? 2 * 10 kg dumbbells would be recommended or more ? Maybe kettlebell ? To have the same intensity as with a band ? Thank you kaykay ❤

I nearly gave up on this one near the start because my Bench bands are made of thin latex, and they're too narrow and short and kept bunching up and pinching.😕 (I persevered but couldn't do it in shorts!) I'd really like to know what are the good brands of bands to buy that are the right size and width for these sort of exercises. How long are they and what is their material? 😊💪

Awesome saturday pump! Kay Kay can I ask you, do you have any suggestion what supplements to take to keep my knees healthy and pain free while weight training hard following your workouts. I have recently notice , I can feel my knees a little more, which I never felt before, but I never did consistent weight training like now. Also i am vegan and have been for past 7 years. Would just some joint and bone care supplements be enough or do i need to take anything else? Thanks ever so much 🙏 Sending lots of love and focused calm mind ❤🙌🙏
Consult an orthopedic doctor if you experience knee discomfort. I have been working out for ages. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with miniscal tear on my left knee to my surprise since I never felt pain,due to the fact I had strong legs, quads. So the orthopedic doctor advised what to avoid and what not when I work out
Thanks for your reply. Mine feels more like that I need to take a rest and don't forget to have some recovery days. Also medical system in UK - not so good. I think I will try some joint supplements + glucosamine to see if that helps 🤞 Appreciate your reply. Take care 🫠🙏❤️🙌
@@danamilne7082 YW dear, hope the supplements will help you. But if your discomfort insists, try to consult an orthopedic. When I consulted my doctor I had a lower back pain. I was concerned since I do strength training and lift weights and thought I had a disk injury, which I was wrong since, the orthopedic decided to do a a full body magnetic tomography and the magnetic tomography showed that my lower back was OK, all disks in place but my left knee had a meniscal tear,which I didn't expect since I had no knee pain. The doctor recommended to continue working out and specific my legs, to keep the knee surgery away.., which I do. Hope that your discomfort will soon go away just be a little cautious with jumps and good form when you lunge or squat. Take care dear❤️🌹
