I'm really good at block punishes and executing even just frame moves/hard combos, but I have a weak neutral game which is the most important. Thank you for the breakdown. I'm gonna rewatch this video over and over again until it's in my long term memory.😂
Yeah I find that these things really take time (unless you're incredibly talented) to become part of your muscle memory/flow state. Glad you found it helpful!
Great video I’ve been looking for as much tech I can find this is my first tekken I’m planning on taking serious so I need as much fundamentals and guides as possible 😤
Bro literally made a video just for me 😂 Seriously, tho as a complete noob in fighting games in general, this video brilliantly broke things down and made it digestible!
The only time I'm using df2 on Reina is either to punish RA or if it comes out as a failed electric cuz I didn't wait long enough for the forward input to buffer
Is there a big difference between keepout and approach moves? Like if i throw a long range move but on block i end up in opponents face i still used it like a keepout move but it puts me in a disadvantage.
Very well constructed video with solid advice for beginners. Good job.
Thank you very much!

bruh im raejin with steve and im
losing the neutral game every time
Understandably, steve is super hard to pilot, especially in neutral.
*first 5 seconds*
callout to me wow
Its honestly mad depressing that this video is applicable to like tekken kings
there is no neutral game in this game, its just a make-belief neutral game

Keepout tools generally put you far back on block, because the idea is to maintain distance. Approach tools are used to close distance.
