    Kazuya Main who's just one rank closer to Red Ranks here
    Thank you for the information! I noticed that some things were missing in my playstyle and this video helped me identify what I was doing wrong, definitely going to try changing my playstyle a little!

    For me id use heat smash early if im guaranteed a mix on the wall. Jin's heat smash when near the wall stuns the opponent and forces a 50/50.

      Almost all characters' heat smash guarantees a 50/50 even without a wall.

    Твоё мнение на счёт фреймдаты полностью совпадает с моим! Я думаю ровно точно так же!

    Nice guide, about the back dashing, its easily said than done specially in T8 where aggression reward u more... i usually combine KBD with moves that interrupt enemy first, e.g. dick job > ws4 into quick x2 KBD to see if enemy moves and will whiff anything besides doing his 10f job that will usually catch me. Doing x2 KBD on the start of the match is good also to catch those who spam armor moves at the start of the match.
    The run to the opponent and stop tip is great, some people like to use rage art on a "while running" opponent. I get alot of easy wins because of this.

    yeah I learned this DAY 1 to resever HEAT SMASH for situations instead of AT THR START OF THE ROUND..or just willy nilly.. HEAT is a come back mechanic..and it should be used accordingly. U dont always have to use it as a combo extender..but u should never just throw it just to get thr 1st hit...never blow all your resources too early..cuz once u have NOTHING LEFT..u cant escape pressure anymore. If u dont kill your opponent upon actvating HEAT u set yourself up to be pressured later in the round

    First tekken ever for me. Watching a frame trap and punish video made the game not suck for me. I think a super basic understand of frame data was one of the most important things.

    I don't know why everyone obsessed with frame data today, if your already hard to learn game requires to learn frames - your game is shit 🤣🤣

    • @exnal
      @exnal  9 місяців тому

      It's not required. It's just a way to measure and communicate why moves connect or not. As with any game or activity, if one wants to improve, one must measure things.

    In heat means receptice to mating. Use a different phrase! "Heat active" or "heated".

    Great video. I love the digimon world 3 music too.
    The other day i sat down and drilled drilled drilled my combos and then immediately went down two ranks online. Before I was going with the flow on punishing with the simple tools I had. Great results. The moment i go in thinking im about to 10 string someone or do a level 11 challenge on someone i get toasted.

      That’s a problem with phishing for combos. Focus on your 10-14f punish strings and whiff punishment. You can bait your opponent into pressing a button. That’s when you go for launchers for that combo you spent drilling into your muscles memory.

    • @dawkmanx6058
      @dawkmanx6058 9 місяців тому +1

      Alot of the 10 strings aren't real combos. There's usually a section in there where ppl can start to block it. I only use mine in heat for chip damage. Working on punishes and having a launch punish combo is more important than the strings.

      The problem with doing those high execution combos is that they are situational.
