I work a fixed post at a bank, I stand at the entrance. To keep from being bored I make eye contact with everyone who enters the bank. I only allow a certain amount of customers in the bank so I count people. I constantly look for what appears suspicious even if it’s not, situational awareness. I stretch and relax on my break.

One thing I do is constantly thinking like an adversary. Thinking of ways to break in or manipulate.

Absolutely, while video games can be a good way to pass the time. Let's remember to prioritize our focus on serving our clients effectively while on shift. Thank you for sharing your viewpoint!
