She has Cornelia Street, Death By a Thousand Cuts, and Daylight in the Live in Paris version. The first two are acoustic, Daylight is done on Piano but all are very stripped down and very intimate. I adore all of them.
Didn't realize how smooth wildest dreams sounded w just a slow electric guitar like this. I swear you can recombobulate every one of her songs into 10 different versions of itself.
We all see ourselves in Taylor. It’s part of her magic and why her fans feel so connected to her. 🥰 I think we’d all LOVE a best of Taylor acoustic album.
✨ I'm with you, Izzy, give me every song like this. I hope she releases an all-acoustic album someday. Also I’d love to watch you introduce Taylor to skeptical friends with these performances…
This is probably my favorite acoustic performance of hers . It’s just beautiful , no dancers no background or backup singers. Just an electric guitar 🎸
Love that you are “fully onboard” ❤ She has albums, songs or even single lyrics that will resonate with every person if they listened to her discography. Taylor has music that is relatable to everyone she’s just that talented. 🫶🫶🫶
I want to thank u for doing the Grammy museum! I've been asking and waiting for anybody to react to this and now I get the pleasure to listen to someone (who's thoughts/ the way u think and speak) ur someone I truly admire! And I luv the way you think and the way you look at things! So this is like a double or triple pleasure for me 😊😁 more people def need to discover u! I think u will do great things in this UA-cam stratosphere! 🎉👏 Btw happy new year to u and may this year bless you in ur real life as well as here on these UA-cam streets 😊😁🎉👏
Great, great reaction Izzy, I have to say I first subscribed to your channel after hearing the first reaction you did while listening to Taylor, I have since realized I really enjoy the way you break down her lyrics and her performances...thanks for that...If you would like to hear a stripped back performance of Taylor and her guitar, I would suggest her singing Better Man, live at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, TN...
Taylor is all about getting our utmost attention, her lyrics are super amazing! Her guitar style I love the most! She is so well aware and rounded! Now we know why she has attracted thousands of fans! We all live the same life as her and have been through most of all she projects, but has created these lyrics to suit so many it’s healing!
Izzy, she did a mini concert to promote her Lover album for BBC radio 1 Live Lounge in 2019. She covers Can’t Stop Loving You by Phil Collins. She also reimagines her song Holy Ground(originally from her red album) and it sounds like a completely different song. Also includes songs from Lover and a really great interview. I think you’d enjoy. Very intimate setting with her back up singers and some of her band. Thanks for you continued interest in Taylor. I love your reactions! Happy New Year! ua-cam.com/video/qxVwvz9tXbY/v-deo.htmlsi=gXQCSA30RDG3WOez
I really really think you'd enjoy watching the presentation to industry insiders (sound engineers, producers, etc.) that tells the behind the scenes of the writing process and sound design for some 1989 songs (but! listen to at least Out of the Woods' studio version, because Jack Antonoff did something really fun and creative for some of the synthesized drum beats and you'd be missing out not to know what they sound like first). This includes the sound memos she made for some of them and you'd absolutely love them I think. Love your reactions!
Some more great acoustic performances like this are: 1- Cornelia Street live from Paris. 2- Death by a Thousand Cuts Tiny Desk Concert. 3- Daylight live from Paris.
All Too Well was a song a liked but seeing her perform it in SNL a couple years ago made me get it. Her facial expressions and inflections are captivating.
Izzy is a full-fledged Swiftie! 🎟️ You don’t need to love every song, but appreciating Taylor and her talent is everything. I am thoroughly enjoying your discovery and reactions to her discography. Happy New Year, love! 🎈🎊
I really really hope that she releases an audio or video recording (was about to say CD or DVD 😂) of all her Eras tour acoustic performances. That’s where she really shines ✨
Thanks! That could be a part of it, for sure! I guess it's more of an incentive to try to make the present and future better than the past. Ain't always easy or straight forward though, is it. And better is subjective and often complicated.
I just love your reactions. As a newer Taylor fan myself, I have to say I’ve never experienced the flood of emotions I get watching her. I well up with tears, and I don’t even know why. She’s such a special, unique person and artist. I was definitely one of those people that wrote her off without really giving her a chance… Even when I low-key liked a song, it’s like I wouldn’t admit it for some reason.
Live in Paris, and her Tiny Desk show. Youll love both. Oh, and there are many, many videos of.surprise songs (the acoustic section) from the Eras Tour out there.
I’ve been watching you react to Taylor for awhile now, really enjoy it, but have you watched any videos of her showing her writing process? If not, I bet you’d absolutely LOVE it!
here's the last one. Acoustic guitar - but she has it really quiet, and you can hear her voice. Not fans' most favorite always, but a good song. I really, really, really, really hope that at some point in the future, Taylor releases an official video of every single "surprise song" from the Eras Tour. Those are the songs she performed with just guitar or piano. Started out with I think one song on each instrument at the beginning of the tour, and then at some point she transitioned to doing mashups of two or three songs on each.
I think a lot of Taylor's early relationships were with older guys who tried to downplay it after or gaslight her like it wasn't serious (after love bombing her during the relationship). So this song "say you'll remember me" and all too well's "just between us do you remember it", I think she's facetiously asking them for validation that it was real, but is really validating it herself in doing so.
I have not seen the black hat before Izzy 👀 did you get it for Christmas? Thank you as always for your reactions! Would love for you to do “right where you left me” from evermore!
The 1989 World Tour Taylor sang a few songs with just her and her electric guitar!🎸❤️ Here’s one I really like! ua-cam.com/video/YCL0gq4Gvek/v-deo.htmlsi=EN2qWKnjd6XRxqn-
So happy you watched those, you're missing How You Get the Girl, I think. But there's the talk. Please watch the talk. You will enjoy the talk. Full video of the talk and performances: ua-cam.com/video/SVGbjszns3A/v-deo.htmlsi=qH0vr79IpxotigX_

Taylors relatability is one of the reasons shes as big as she is. She makes us feel seen and understood.
She has Cornelia Street, Death By a Thousand Cuts, and Daylight in the Live in Paris version. The first two are acoustic, Daylight is done on Piano but all are very stripped down and very intimate. I adore all of them.
He's got the whole Paris show on his Patreon! I never joined P so fast in my life. 😀
@@timothytheis9709 Might have to head there then because that performance is awesome.
@@emiliedouglass7700 Twould be nice if Izzy would post one from that show to UA-cam, be a good draw to his Patreon…I vote Cornelia St. 😊
The Cornelia Street Live in Paris performance is beyond incredible 😩
@@Laura-gw5of yes, when she opens up on that chorus…🩷
Stripped down Taylor with just 1 instrument and a mic is the best. This is one of my favorite Taylor performances.
Me. too!
Didn't realize how smooth wildest dreams sounded w just a slow electric guitar like this. I swear you can recombobulate every one of her songs into 10 different versions of itself.
I agree!
Amen to that!!!
We all see ourselves in Taylor. It’s part of her magic and why her fans feel so connected to her. 🥰

It’s dangerous how good she sounds with just a guitar

I would love an acoustic album of he songs she sang at the eras tour during the acoustic set. Those performances were incredible 😮
my fav acoustic performance of this song for real ❤ she went so soft and subtle but perfect

This is a double cozy vibe, hearing your thoughts and Taylor acoustic, ahhh just a delight!

“She’s just great” …Absolutely correct. ✨👌🏼
See that twinkle 🤩 Dude be crushin.
You still have "How you get the girl" in this series. ❤
Ahhhhhhh one of my favorite all-time performances. Chills. Every time.
“A comfortable falsehood is preferable to a painful truth.” Great quote, Izzy! 👏
You might like her 2019 SNL performances of Lover and False God. Both are excellent.

you should watch her wildest dreams/enchanted mashup on the 1989 tour! one of her most magical performances ever🌸
I loved they way you smiled while reacting. She is great!!
I love this song and love when its just Taylor and her instrument.
She also did “How You Get The Girl” at this event. And as probably mentioned, you’ll really like BBC Radio 1 - live lounge 2019! So good!
The video for this song is stunning

Izzy check the cover of Phill Collins "Can't stop loving you" from BBC1 Radio. It's a beautiful cover. She does a really good job with it :)
Commenting on all the Cornelia Street live from Paris because I really wanna watch that reaction next.

I hope you listened to New Year’s Day from Reputation yesterday 😬
I didn't! I will next year!
Listen to her cover of the song Riptide. I’m sure you’re gonna love it.
I sometimes go back and watch this performance. I really enjoy this stripped back setting. Have you seen her song False God on SNL?
Not yet, but I've been meaning to react to it.

I've had this one a few years. It's a great one for winter. I've added it to the playlist, Emily. I'll see what I can do.
Yet millions of people say she can't sing or play instruments or write, they are all ignorant plain haters
Hello! The missing part is the interview she gives at the Grammy Museum. Idk if you're going to react it here or on the patreon. 😊
