@@ryanbarber6481 nah, stormcloaks are anti-thalmor while the empire is not. Both sides are headstrong just as most races always have been about their own race in universe. Tullius has some headstrong lines of his own. Stormcloaks are obviously gonna be nord focused given that its their religion being oppressed within their homeland (non-nords are free to join). I don't think their "influence" spreading really matters. Hammerfell already has issue with the thalmor for example and I'm sure anybody, regardless if they disliked each other, would seek an alliance together to oppose them. Stormcloaks are right they shouldn't have to stay with an empire that oppresses them. Even if you dislike ulfric, he did nothing wrong. His cause is right. And thalmor can't just invade skyrim, that's out of the picture. I mean honestly even if they invade what are they gonna do? roam around trying to find guys in blue to kill? come on... Skyrim needs leadership, Ulfric is right about that but not about him just leading alone, Because Ulfric is not a leader or a politician, he's a warrior. TLDR the best choice for the civil war is actually both sides but as far as you finish the civil war as soon as possible. The longer the civil war the worst. So just pick a side an finish it. Faster recovery , less casualties ect...
I mean, to be fair, the dragonborn in skyrim only JUST NOW found out he was a dragonborn. So, he's going to be novice-like for a little bit. He's got a ways to go before he learns all that he needs to.
It would have been a neat touch to slowly add a rumble audio and vibration and screen shake more and more as you learn more shouts. Every time you ask someone a question the screen shakes and NPCs respond with increasing alarm the stronger it gets.
The Dragonborn are direct descendants of Akatosh. Instead of just being a mother and father, Akatosh is quite literally the dragonborns Godfather acting as a third creator granting divine power
Dwarves used tonal magic to tap into the heart of Lorkahn. I have a theory that using the bend will shout on the daedric artifacts that the DB collects, in combination with Kagranak's tools, the dragonborn could tap into the power of multiple daedra and become a being such as Dagoth Ur, likely even more powerful.
He is already more powerful than dagoth ur, hes a avator of Shor/Lorkhan that has consumed numerous dragon souls. No character in tes lore comes close to his power level.
The fact that you can sit in Shor's throne in the Hall of Valor is evidence enough that the Last Dragonborn is a Shezzarine, an avatar of the god Shezarr/Shor/Lorkhan, meaning you as the player, are literally a living god.
Funny thing is lore wise there is ZERO cooldown on shouts, that's just for game balance. In the lore as long as the dragonborn knows the word of power he can use it whenever and however often he wants with zero restrictions.
If I remember correctly , Clavicus Vile even said that ur on par with him ( He said that before barbas returned to him which is half of his power) so ur like half of daedra I suppose ? ( But Daedras aren’t equal but anyway that’s still damn good)
Technically, a fourth of his power. Since Clavicus Vile is already nerfed ever since Umbra being half of him then the remaining half was divide again in half with Barbas existing. Regardless, he's as tough as a nerfed daedric lord which is still saying something
The thing I always questioned os why is he the “last dragon born” isn’t it alduins fate to destroy neirn and reset time because in the main quest you don’t really kill him
The thu’um has the potential to be extremely powerful because it’s essentially issuing a command to the cosmos and forcing it to obey. The one thing I can think of that is on the same level is sword singing.
Yea nah I’m not gonna lie that sounds pretty normal for a dragon born if you do everything in Skyrim you are basically the most powerful thing on the continent
I am so happy I found his video because every time I play this game I'm like wow, imagine how truly powerful this cheese gobbling, health position chugging, soul sucking, 27 shout mastering, 5 foot 4 inch Breton would be if they were real. Would they be the most powerful Dragonborn? Or would that nearly be the surface because of how far the game will let you go. 😳🤷🏼♀️
That's why he's third strongest canonically among all the protagonists since the Hero of Kvatch is Sheogorath currently and then there's the Vestige doing everything everywhere as they cannot willingly die
technically by birthright the last dragonborn is the true emperor of tamriel because from the first emperor up to martin septim have all been dragonborn
Think about it like this: A dragonborn is most powerful when he speaks the language of dragons fluently. But the dragonborn in Skyrim is still learning the language trough out the game. This is like the heroes origin story, how he came to be.
The Last Dragonborn is very powerful and has a lot of potential to be the next Tiber Septim. Skyrim's storyline took place in less than one year, if the LDB isn't trapped in Apocrypha he can accomplish even more feats.
So powerful that the last Dragonborn could live out any future and move his whole mind back in time and change history with future knowledge. Both in game and kinda in lore as well!
One of my favorite examples of this is in that one temple where the necromancer is forcing the souls of the dead to fight against their will if you fall into the trap he makes a remark on how strange it is you didn’t die on the fall down much like every other person has but not only that you don’t even take any damage meaning the dragon born is much more durable than a common mortal
Should’ve been a third option in the civil war for you to become Emperor, reinstate the worship of Talos and then lead the empire in a war against the Aldmeri Dominion
There are mods like Apocalypse that allow you to turn everything that lives into dust using one finger. It costs HP, but a proper build solves it all. Final boss energy
In lore there is no cool down for shouts. The gods pretty much took a dragon soul and put it into a mortal body. If I'm not wrong basically you ARE a dragon, just in whatever body you have
Yes, but unfortunately that wouldn’t work very well from a gameplay standpoint. Imagine if you could use Unrelenting Shout or Fire Breath with absolutely no cooldown? There’d be no point of even playing the game.
@johnnyrocket1685 oh I agree. They have to balance the game. Same with doom(2016 and eternal) lore wise he takes no damage and only uses guns because it's too easy with fists
Alduin is the first born of Akatosh, a world devouring Demi god, that the Dragonborn defeats That alone should tell everyone, he’s more than just some simple video game protagonist, he is the ultimate warrior
Part of the reason you don't get that feeling in-game is because in the lore, before you can actually reach your full potential (killing Alduin essentially would've been the start of your legend otherwise), the Greybeards call the player character to their mountain and proceed to shout you to death before you can become stronger than they are.
"Let me guess? Someone stole your sweet roll..." "I... I just dropped 4 dragons, a dragon priest, and like 30 stormcloaks... what do you jerks want from me?!?"
They should of created a dlc a couple years later or so that level 100 who completed the game would have a whole big quest line unlocking no shout cool down, a bunch of new powerful shouts altering reality etc just made dova unlock their full potential

But, the Empire, just is the best choice all-in-all.
And if a certain demi-god assists them, they're absolutely the correct choice.
@@krakenmckraken9128 And if you learn the lore about the empire, the true lore and why everything happened the way it did, then you wouldnt be saying that they are right and talking bullshit about opression when what the thalmor are doing alredy happened in the past and the empire has a lot of fucking reasons to accept the white gold concordate while they rebuild their forces, people just see blind brute nationalism and think the empire doesnt know what they are doing after being funded on the literal rebelion agaisnt genocide slavers elves and after killing more than 90% of mer population.
@@krakenmckraken9128 Also a stormcloak victory is better for skyrim because most of them are nords while legion has well legionares from cirodill too!
Meaning nords know their land outside out and the climate is cold frigid harsh and unforgiving plus the mountains and forests, come on it's perfect for guerilla warfare - defence.
@@FuskendovThe empire also has Nords though that know skyrim inside out. The empire is the best choice imo
I mean, to be fair, the dragonborn in skyrim only JUST NOW found out he was a dragonborn. So, he's going to be novice-like for a little bit. He's got a ways to go before he learns all that he needs to.
Lore dragonborn could probably move continents with shouts tbh
The thing I like about all TES games, is you start out weak and I the end, you become stronger than all gods combined
I've been playing Skyrim for a while and I'm at a very powerful level, only I know how much I suffered to reach that level of power 😂
It would have been a neat touch to slowly add a rumble audio and vibration and screen shake more and more as you learn more shouts. Every time you ask someone a question the screen shakes and NPCs respond with increasing alarm the stronger it gets.
The true power of the dragon born is wearing five amulets of Talos.
The Dragonborn are direct descendants of Akatosh. Instead of just being a mother and father, Akatosh is quite literally the dragonborns Godfather acting as a third creator granting divine power
Yep. Essentially making the LDB a demigod.
The draugr stepping on a pressure plate and killing the Dragonborn with a wall of spikes:
Dwarves used tonal magic to tap into the heart of Lorkahn. I have a theory that using the bend will shout on the daedric artifacts that the DB collects, in combination with Kagranak's tools, the dragonborn could tap into the power of multiple daedra and become a being such as Dagoth Ur, likely even more powerful.
It's funny because is Shor's heart, and the dovahkiin is Shor in some way, so...
( But Daedras aren’t equal but anyway that’s still damn good)
You rival the Dardric lords in power. That's why all of them wants you as their champion
I can absolutely do it justice witn tje fortify restoration loop
Yea nah I’m not gonna lie that sounds pretty normal for a dragon born if you do everything in Skyrim you are basically the most powerful thing on the continent
If only UA-cam provided some type of way to make longer form content
If OOONLYYY
I am so happy I found his video because every time I play this game I'm like wow, imagine how truly powerful this cheese gobbling, health position chugging, soul sucking, 27 shout mastering, 5 foot 4 inch Breton would be if they were real. Would they be the most powerful Dragonborn? Or would that nearly be the surface because of how far the game will let you go. 😳🤷🏼♀️
As powerful as the dragonborn is, he is still mortal. Can still be killed, or better yet, still ages.
not if he becomes a vampire lord
That's why he's third strongest canonically among all the protagonists since the Hero of Kvatch is Sheogorath currently and then there's the Vestige doing everything everywhere as they cannot willingly die
The games don't do him justice Modding Community: Did I Stutter!
Ima say it
MY BROTHER IN CHRIST YOU ARE THE DRAGON BORN
technically by birthright the last dragonborn is the true emperor of tamriel because from the first emperor up to martin septim have all been dragonborn
Because they needed a dragon blooded emperor to wield the amulet of kings, but after martins sacrifice it was destroyed.
Just the shouts alone are busted as hell. They also have access to really busted magic and weapons.
King wuuthart: Talos? Never heard of him
Meanwhile that one silly Khajiiti :
"Your money or your life?!"
The fact the Dragonborn is able to single-handedly turn the tide of the civil war gives us just a hint of how powerful the Dragonborn is.
But we only just discovered our powers! Imagine our character after years and years of practice. A decade later he would be untouchable
@SinForTheSaint thats a very good point
he can pet dragons and tell them they are good boys! ^w^
That’s why he can eat so much food in a short amount of time, his stomach could literally contain a thunderstorm
So powerful that the last Dragonborn could live out any future and move his whole mind back in time and change history with future knowledge. Both in game and kinda in lore as well!
Dude can do shit like freeze time or shoot an arrow at the sun and blot it out. He’s a demigod at minimum.
Don't forget Wulfarth is also the Underking from Daggerfall, honestly one of the most important characters in the entire ES lore
The Last Dragonborn is so powerful he turned a spoon into a deities artifact.
Literally one of the strongest video game characters ever
Imagine sneezing a dragonborn
The hero of Kvatch became the literal god of madness
So strong that with just 1 spoon he wiped put armies and dragons with ease.
Killing people with thu'um? Please, I slaughtered alduin with a fork
Yes the dragonborn you play as can solo your favorite verse
Sees Maxed Stats DragonBorn Goku: I heard you- 💀 WHAT DA HELL!?
There’s very few Dragonborn can kill only cause their lore states
“Actually Unkillable can’t die”
Cus doom slayer
Dragonborn are strong but not that strong in fact they can die
Should’ve been a third option in the civil war for you to become Emperor, reinstate the worship of Talos and then lead the empire in a war against the Aldmeri Dominion
No.
There are mods like Apocalypse that allow you to turn everything that lives into dust using one finger. It costs HP, but a proper build solves it all. Final boss energy
Just remember kids, the cooldown timer on shouts doesn't exist in lore. And it shouldn't exist in the game either.
*AMULET STACKING*
I walk around knowing I probably deserve high king or emperor but nobody knows how important I am lol.
Man really brings up god damn wulfheart, a shezzarine, mortal avatar of a god and an example of what a dragonborn can do.
Imagine your voice being so strong you can say “beans.” Or “f u” and someone dies
You could also think of it that the stories and lore are just legends, history written by winners 😉
In lore there is no cool down for shouts. The gods pretty much took a dragon soul and put it into a mortal body. If I'm not wrong basically you ARE a dragon, just in whatever body you have
Exactly, there is no limitation to the in lore dragonborn, just knowledge and possibly lung capacity lol
Alduin is the first born of Akatosh, a world devouring Demi god, that the Dragonborn defeats
That alone should tell everyone, he’s more than just some simple video game protagonist, he is the ultimate warrior
And that's super boring. So i dunno GG ?
Bro can freeze time to look in his inv for nord mead and cheese wheels
The avatar , a Targaryen , the chosen one , all that into one being plus the mods and packs
We need Skyrim remake that Justifies the true power of Dragonborn. The game engine limited what he could have done.
Part of the reason you don't get that feeling in-game is because in the lore, before you can actually reach your full potential (killing Alduin essentially would've been the start of your legend otherwise), the Greybeards call the player character to their mountain and proceed to shout you to death before you can become stronger than they are.
Thats someones kink if u think about it
Except that never actually happens.🤣
"Let me guess? Someone stole your sweet roll..."
"I... I just dropped 4 dragons, a dragon priest, and like 30 stormcloaks... what do you jerks want from me?!?"
I love how the greybeards kinda hint that more than one Dragonborn can exist at once so imagine alduin arrives to 30 Dragonborn all yelling at him
Meanwhile Miraak:
🎵Let me show you true power, true power🎵
They should of created a dlc a couple years later or so that level 100 who completed the game would have a whole big quest line unlocking no shout cool down, a bunch of new powerful shouts altering reality etc just made dova unlock their full potential
@user-xd7ey6gq6i yes! Instead of creating tiny little creations with no voice acting they coupd of made real DLC like Dragonborn or Dawngaurd. I know I'd buy it
Dovahkinn needs a game like God of war to do justice to his power
No it doesn't and GOW doesn't do justice to GOW kratos
Do you know real kratos is human like me and you but just a badass warrior 👍🏻
It's a game and obviously we can't use full power cause it's a game
The Last Dragonborn Defeated Alduin who at the time was powerful enough to eat the Kalpa. Granted he wasn't going to do that but that's still powerful enough to consume infinity.
Heard the elder scrolls is just 1 universe…
@@LouisTLWthe kalpa is essentially reality itself, creation. Alduin is so powerful no daedric prince would risk his wrath and they are extremely powerful on their own.
@@BansheeKing22 not if someone’s on his back and ripped his wings off
@@LouisTLWhell no, Mundus is a infinite multiverse
@@rejinald534 who tf is mundus?💀 And last I check the elder scrolls only got 26 planets the size of 3 solar systems only…where tf does a multiverse even come from?
Our Dovahkiin can pause time on a whim and has a bottomless pit for a stomach, pretty powerful if you ask me
The last dragonborns voice is so powerful that they killed Death with it lmfao
Bro if mirak was alive he would be doing a lot more than take one country
Doevakin got me going crazy
He can swallow thousands of cheese wheels in less than a second
Lol and in elder scrolls, the Dragonborn only single-handedly settles every dispute in the entire land, and involves himself in every historical and non-historical event, like Tameriel‘s very own “Forrest Gump”
I’d say the game does it justice lol
"Dovakin" 😂
