    This has GOT to be the BEST heat transfer using the adhesive that I have seen yet, and I PROMISE you I HAVE SEEN MANY!!!! This is a GREAT design. YOU ROCK!!!!!!
    I'm pretty sure you'll hear, "that's a lot of work for one shirt" but from experience, I know everything is easier when you're not recording and attempting to avoid judgement (good luck with that). Yes, there are quite a few steps but a shirt like this will sell quickly for Beach lovers AND draw repeat business because this is a unique shirt. It's not always, minimal work = max profit b/c a $20 profit shirt that never sells is a waste. But make 20, $5 profit shirts and bank easily. Granted, it's not fit for survival, but it is fit for, "hey, lets go check out TRW, their things are so cool and so different." I know for sure that one of a kind work draws repeat customers, I am that customer. Great work, let no one's words discourage you. Keep up the good work!

      We used Farenheit, being in the States. Yes, you can do this same thing on paper. We have tutorials showing how to use the Easyweed Adhesive on cardstock then apply the foil over the top. Another option is to print with a laserjet printer onto paper then press the foil on top. -TRW Pilar

    Great, very pretty Matt! You didn't use a cover sheet. I would be hesitant not to use one. I don't have the same heat press, do I need a teflon cover sheet?

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld

      For the foil we generally don't use a cover sheet as it will dull the overall look if pressed a second time or with a cover sheet.

    Wait a minute. Im confused im watching this over. So you didnt have to cut the colored foil? You just used the TRW magic foil ontop of the adhesive cut and the foil glued /applied to the cut areas ONLY? What stopped the rest of the foil in the square pieced you laid from being melted on?

    • @ciscoaq2893
      @ciscoaq2893 6 років тому +1

      Or how did the color foils not all stick together ?

    • @vernesahenderson7683
      @vernesahenderson7683 3 роки тому

      The foil itself has no adhesive. So it will only stick to the adhesive that was pressed on the shirt.

    • @bryceblazegamingyt9741

      Because the magic foil sticks to the foil, the foil doesn't stick to the magic foil

    Using a cameo 3, auto blade, 28cm converts to what speed and 60gf converts to what force? Also blade settings? Example: blade 2, speed 8 and force 4. I didn't see the setting for adhesive heat transfer vinyl on your website. I'll so a TEST cut I suppose.

      Lindy,
      A heat press will evenly distribute heat and pressure to the design.

    Do you need another carrier sheet for the adhesive or did u use the same carrier sheet to press

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  2 роки тому +1

      They have their own. The adhesive you press first, remove the carrier. Then lay down the foil sheet which has a crazy thin carrier of it's own. Press again which activates the adhesive against the foil, cool down, peel the foil away and it leaves behind only the pieces the adhesive grabbed onto. -TRW Crystal

      We actually have created distressed fonts to help with the creation of this if you want to check them out! As far as creating them yourself, the best way to do that is to use your line tool, convert outline to object (this is what it is called in Corel), then trim the line into the object.

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  7 років тому +2

      The two different transfers would be better off pressed separately rather than trying to press both adhesive transfers at one time and both pieces of foil at one time. Doing this will dull your first layer of foil a bit from pressing it a second time, but this is really the only way of pressing an interlocking foil design where you don't want the colors to mix together.

    Hi, im new to this. I would like to ask, what is the best type of cloth shirt for this heat transfer printing? polyester or cotton?

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld

      Polyester is considered very difficult to print on. We recommend cotton!

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  7 років тому +2

      Depends on the cost of the shirt itself. :)
      However, if it is a wholesale shirt, you can probably sell it for about $30 each, and give bulk discounts to your customers.

    • @TheRhinestoneWorld
      @TheRhinestoneWorld  7 років тому

      Hello,
      Yes you can, We've done the foil on paper using a laser print, as the foil will react to the toner the same way it reacts to the adhesive when heat pressed.

      If you was it correctly, (don't use much detergent with foil) it can last 5-10 washes. It is not guarantee but it is the estimated time.

      You can design them either in CorelDRAW (we recommend using the TRW Design Wizard in CorelDRAW to help) or in Silhouette Studio (using Designer or Business Edition). You would cut out the adhesive in your machine...and the video picks up the information from there. :)
