I bought a used, older generation cricut for $100 a few years ago. I wanted to make paper flowers for decorations for my house. I made tons of crafts for me and my kids the first year. Now I make $300-$500/week just making shirts for people I work with at my local hospital (I'm also a nurse) but it's so easy and once you have a good client pool, they keep coming back! I used to worry people would stop buying shirts after they purchased one, but I kept making simple, seasonal designs and business is booming 🤯.

This is definitely dope to get started, once you start making more and more sales its time to put that money you make into a company that can do the designs, printing and shipping for you.
Look into a company called Pietra. They link you to manufactures that make your product, then Pietra will hold and ship your products from their warehouse!!
Make sure all designs you use are A) your own designs, B) open sourced (free to use with no copy righted content), C) you have permission to use and/or licensed to use. When your making anything for sale and making profit off of it, you need to follow the laws that guide as it can be extremely costly to violate the laws by selling another designer/artist/etc product or design.
Great video but make sure to not sell copyrighted images on your shirts. Also be careful of using team names and players name with your keywords. Speaking from experience. It will cost you.
@@chrislewis3322 If you sell on Amazon and use an athlete or celebrities name you are profiting off of their likeness. The algorithm will eventually remove it. Songs lyrics as well. These are all intellectual property. Fonts and some colors are also included in some cases.
Eric is correct, if you would list shirts on amazon you would not be able to write Steph or Stephen curry (or use the words golden state warriors), it would automatically be flagged and removed from the catalogue. You would have to get creative in the way you make the listing. Etsy is not as strict. If you don't use Steph's full name, warriors logos, and curry pics but get creative kind of like the examples in the vids you will be fine

I appreciate all your videos man! Killing it with the value! Can you recommend where I can source t-shirts in Europe. Here they seem to be very expensive and low quality. Thanks in advace
I do unique way of doing graphic tshirts by bleaching the image onto the shirt. You don't have to worry about color inks and the image doesn't break down like iron on graphic tees.
Hi How long does the heat transfer last though? I’d hate to make a shirt, sell it then the graphic come off. I have read a variety of different things about it, but what is your take on it?
There is not a tutorial on UA-cam like this, short sweet and straight to the point, I didn’t understand the part of how to make the tshirts last long…. Would u mind saying that in text?
Hi Patresa, basically after pressing the last vinyl you would take the area where the image is printed and do some light stretches of the image and do a quick press again
Question but isn't that Nike shoe copyrighted can you legally make that particular design and put it on a shirt without getting sued by Nike just asking
Sure you can, if you don't plan on selling it. Or you're selling it to someone around the way who won't say anything. Otherwise yes, you can get sued if they come across your listing on Etsy or wherever you're selling.
It definitely can get tedious, the alternative is buying a large machine with a roll of vinyl which can cut many sheets but they still have to be weeded
Shirts like these can also be sold at a higher price point because it’s a detailed design. Motivates you to do 50 shirts if you can profit $30 a shirt =$1500 in a days work...just wake ya a** up early and make that money 😁
Hi, your videos are the most helpful I’ve came across so thanks for that. I’m getting ready to buy all of my materials and start my business but one thing I’m having trouble figuring out is how to put designer logos or patterns on a shirt such as LV. Would I have to use a layer for the brown background and then another layer for the black LV designs? Or would I need some sort of patterned vinyl? Thanks in advance
Hey Kindall, that is correct. However I strongly advise you do not make LV or any other trademarked brands especially those that are high end, you can get in trouble for that and lose a lot of money
Please keep in mind its not that as it seems, there are plenty of tshirt makers in the market right now , for example if there is one requirement there are 100 sellers for the same, the situation is whoever picks the order he breaks the standard offer price and spoils others business, I do'nt want to demotivate you people ,take your time and get some extra funds and avoid being I'm just getting started, I will earn and reinvest, that's not going to work, this business requires availability of different stocks like tees, vinyl, screen inks and related stuff, DTF sheets and inks , in limited capital its not going to work , try to get job works as much as you can that is going to fill pockets easily rather making your own tees, once you are stacked up with enough cash in hand then pull the trigger, invest in commercial starter level machines rather than cricut/cameo, that will make you PS/corel draw ready when you will expand, best of luck
It looks good but I think it's to much time Consuming to do all them layers . If u have a lot of shirts that u have to do then it's going to take u a long time . I'm sure there is other ways tht are alot faster .
If you are buying the rolls, figure out how many shirts you can make from that roll then figure out your pricing. In my experience, a roll can do 15-18 shirts of our large image shirts. You don't factor in the entire price of one roll into the cost of one shirt since you can get multiple shirts from one roll. Hope that makes sense....
That’s why there’s a lot of math involved in business..be organized, learn to crunch the numbers in an excel spreadsheet with every item u make so u can breakdown how much raw material it cost to make that one shirt minus your sale price=net profit per shirt. You’ll never come out on top trying to do it all in your head. If you want it to be a profitable business you gotta treat it like one and keep track of your financial numbers
Holy shit that is labor intensive af…. I want $25 just for watching this…. HARD PASS for me, much respect to you guys putting in a ton of work for the love of the game…
Might not be "labor intensive" as in physical labor but geez.... too many steps/layers... looks too easy to mess up something small that ruins everything.... so yeah.
Doing it for "love of the game"... what are U talking about?!??😆😝😂😂😂...Pretty sure the reason sum1 is doing this is because the profit margins are extremely good..each t-shirt roughly costing $3-$4 max and then selling for $19.99-$29.99 that's an amazing profit margin without any doubt about it! And as for being labour intensive,I take it ur taking the fukin piss cause that's not labour intensive at all,yes u have to so a bit of work to complete each t-shirt but nothing comes free in this world,u have to work for it but to make anywhere frm $16-26 per t-shirt is a profit margin that ill rarely see in any other business or industry the only problem would be making sure u sell enough t-shirts and become consistent with it by regularly changing ur t-shirt designs and keep the customers coming back a few times every year with them hopefully bringing more new customers with recommendations! But this defo could become a very profitable business if just have to keep the designs fresh, inventive and innovative with lots of options and different colours+designs!👍💪👊💯
Not true …. Also how do u think they make the shirts you buy at stores? It’s either screen print. sublimation, print direct to fabric (dtf), or vinyl transfers. All but one of those is a heat press process.

You can make good money with very simple equipment. I started screen printing twenty years ago with the bare minimal. Through the years I had build it to three automatic screen printing presses for textile. Two 10 colour and one eight colour machine. I sold the lot just a few years ago. But if I would do it again I ask myself, would I buy cheaper machinery? The investments have been massive. There are cheaper options out there. Focus on the marge of the sales and less on the printing itself. Better faster is not always the way to money. People just want a simple shirt.

Great video! That was incredibly easy to follow and you were straight to the point! Great work!
By far the best diy video I’ve seen in a very long time
I like the fact, the supplies and equipment are minimal to start a side hustle.
Thankyou for uploading the video, easy to follow.
Great tutorial!👌👍😁
This is not great advice to start a business. He’s showing you how to make cheap crap
What falls under fair use?
Great video but make sure to not sell copyrighted images on your shirts. Also be careful of using team names and players name with your keywords. Speaking from experience. It will cost you.
definitely!!
even names? how so ?
@@chrislewis3322 If you sell on Amazon and use an athlete or celebrities name you are profiting off of their likeness. The algorithm will eventually remove it. Songs lyrics as well. These are all intellectual property. Fonts and some colors are also included in some cases.
@@erichoodsta4147 ok i just ment if i wanted to sell a top that had Curry on it and not NBA i can be still sued?
Eric is correct, if you would list shirts on amazon you would not be able to write Steph or Stephen curry (or use the words golden state warriors), it would automatically be flagged and removed from the catalogue. You would have to get creative in the way you make the listing. Etsy is not as strict. If you don't use Steph's full name, warriors logos, and curry pics but get creative kind of like the examples in the vids you will be fine
Heat Press Nation has vinyl at great prices and have over 80 colors

I appreciate that!!
i almost didnt buy the juliet cutter until this video that ive been looking for. i appreciate it god bless
You are a very great person and I really appreciate how you were on point with explaining everything step by 🚶♀️🚶♂️
Thanks so much for showing this video!! It really helps a lot especially when it comes to this! I do have one problem though: I did exactly what you did, I put the first layer, then the next one. However the every other layers I have did not align perfectly. I don’t know what happened. Hopefully you can help with this
This has to he the best video I’ve seen to start a clothing business. Thank you bro. I appreciate you.
Thank you for this. Didn't waste time, straight to the point
Hey man I do images with my cricut but yeah excellent tutorial for people who are passionate about the quality of merchandise that they are looking at making :)
Well done an God Bless

Can you use the cricut software to print Nike or Jumpman logos?
@@chrishill164 bro literally watch the video
Appreciate this my G! I've been looking for a good price point to start with but everything was always poor quality, this actually looks really good!!! Ever since I saw a cricket infomercial like 13+ yrs ago I've always wondered about them! Really appreciate it, def using your link to get it all too!
No problem bro I appreciate it!
I bought a brother se630 embroidery machine..but the whole time I kept looking at the cricket machine🤦🏾♂️ I mean embroidery is dope but this look so much easier
This was the 1st video i needed to watch. Thank you for this!
How is the quality of the shirt? Like how many washes can it survive?
That’s what I want to know
thank you so much for this video , im trying to start my clothing line and can't wait to purchase my machine .
You got this!

Which one u looking into getting ? Just wondering they have multiple
This is amazing, I use to multi color the hard was but damn, I am trying this multicolor method tomorrow and see how it goes, thanks for this 🙏…
I am ready to start… 💯…the best video on how to start a t shirt company 2022....I am ready.. thanks a lot.. 🎆🎊🎉
I wish I could voice note this msg! This is shortest n precise video I’ve ever seen .some videos were too long but urs is straight to the point!👏🏻👏🏻
I swear this video taught me at least five things I’ve been searching for . Thanks my man
I subbed! I feel like I could learn so much watching this guy in such short and informative videos. This video was executed perfectly
That seems really tedious if your doing multiple of the same design..is there another way if your doing for example 50 orders of the same shirt ?
It definitely can get tedious, the alternative is buying a large machine with a roll of vinyl which can cut many sheets but they still have to be weeded
@@SlavaTVOfficial I will look into that also!
Do you know you can earn over $20,000 in a week with investing in bitcoin trading and binary options
This is the most helpful video. Straight to the point
About time. Some1 simplified it. Ty
It looks good but I think it's to much time Consuming to do all them layers . If u have a lot of shirts that u have to do then it's going to take u a long time . I'm sure there is other ways tht are alot faster .
Screen printing or sublimation or dtf all much more expensive to start up but can be done
How do you actually turn a profit because each htv role is around $13 so if you keep using them you’d have to sell shirts at like $50
its not each sheet is under a dollar on amazon and significantly less if purchased wholesale
“Labor intensive”
Might not be "labor intensive" as in physical labor but geez.... too many steps/layers... looks too easy to mess up something small that ruins everything.... so yeah.
Yeah numbers don’t add up. 😅
Honestly, you’re amazing best video
Thank you for watching!
The best advice I've heard since I been looking into this business 🗣‼️
Is there a machine that can print out the print with out having to do so many steps?
After a couple washes those shirts gonna be no good.
Not true …. Also how do u think they make the shirts you buy at stores? It’s either screen print. sublimation, print direct to fabric (dtf), or vinyl transfers. All but one of those is a heat press process.
Hello, I'm new to Biticon trade and I've been making losses but recently I see a lot of people earning from it. Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong
That is true, you need an exprt broker and acct manager to make good profit from Btcoin trade
I highly recommend Mrs Stacy Griffin she is my current trader and her strategies are working
Mrs Stacy Griffin is the plug, get in touch with her. she gives high attention to her clients both old and newbies.
@Esha Kumar Yes they are scammers in the business just like it's in every other business but they are also legit brokers out there for investors and Mrs Stacy Griffin is one of the real and legit brokers out there.
Please someone should help me here.... I lost $7500 on live trade. I thought live trade is the same as demo trade because I was winning with my demo trade account. Please this is quit frustrating. what should I do?
This is just the best video of how to, been looking for these kind of videos, great job bro.

This information is very useful, it is an inspiration to start a business without big capital. Thank you for the information 👍😎
Thank you for watching. Hope everything works out great for you

This is really cool. Picking that vinyl out, whoa, that looks time consuming! I just want this to make myself shirts!
GREAT! VIDEO! ALL THE WAY AROUND! I have only 2 questions.
1. With this setup, can you do simple Quips and Sayings?
2. Is it possible to do this for Tights and Sweats?
Thx! yes for both!
That was a very nice video. Thank you for positing. You did a great job explaining how this process works and it was very helpful. Thanks again.
I’ll do this is a side hobby after my UA-cam channel grows a little a bit and I got some content to post beside daily reels I’m still gonna keep working cause money is money
Thanks for the advices bookmarking for sure
After I got some sketches down I’ll prolly sell some shirts on like 3 or 5 colors then if I hit the hay I’ll keep pushing 😊
Definitely good tips. But whats the break down? In a 40 hr week, how many shirts can u make? Whats the profit per shirt? Whats the cost to make per shirt?????
How is it washing as in the quality after washing it
