Honestly dawg the way cyhi broke down the difference between Macklemore and Kendrick was from a perspective I never thought of but I get it. Kendrick presented a phenomenal album but it’s the same ol hood story while Macklemore did something different. And I also get the point of certain artist reach a certain level at the top where I think it would give the writers block which makes them get ghostwriters cause at the end of the day you gotta appeal to the average fan.
