It definitely makes a difference when there’s a strong, masculine black man in the household. My parents were married until they departed this life & raised five children three boys & two girls. I can tell you to this day & we’re all in our fifties now & never been in trouble with the law. Prison nor jail. We feared our parents more than the streets.
