15 Minute Bodyweight HIIT & HOLD Workout [PLYO/ADVANCED]

- Tap in with us for this quick and effective HIIT workout that combines plyometric movements with isometric holds. You don't need any equipment for this workout but we highly recommend getting in a good warm up beforehand. This session was has a lot more advanced movements but we have some lower impact modifications available.This is a great challenge if you're looking to level up your HIIT workouts or if you want to improve that vertical jump. Great workout for trying out something different compared to standard strength dumbbell workout. Loved that it is plyo plus HOLDS! Holds help the burn and always remind me of plyo workouts we did for sports (vball) training in HS.

As leg workouts are my thing, I loved it! But, Juice, those split jump squats followed by isometric holds were very challenging! This was a great workout on my active recovery day under rainy skies that will hold me back from my walk. As always, thank you both. 😘

I find just using new little muscles in some of these workouts makes things harder but as I do the workout 3-4 more times it is much more doable. Once those muscles wake up they are ready to get in the game!
When they say advanced they don't be playing. I done a few of their older workouts in the past but didn't pay attention that it said advanced until I'm halfway through it. Then I tell myself well no wonder you feel like it's taking you out 😆🤦♀️
